Food was amazing. Rooms where clean and what you would expect from a lodge.

Service is excellent. Accommodation is out of this world. All staff trained professionals. Sean handled the game drive in an exceptional manner with constant checking on our safety and if we enjoy the ride. Gave informative talks on game, birds and vegetation. He could answer all questions in ellaborate fasion relating to the game drive. The staff at the Spa assisted us senior citizens with utmost care. Explanations were professionable. Meals were great and affordable

Good service with friendly staff. Rooms very nice, private, always clean. Restaurant needs to be managed, very average, also the Cigar bar. A very nice place to stay.

Absolutely stunning place. It's breathtaking, the service is top notch and all the staff are so friendly and eager to assist. The spa, just WOW. The whole experience at this place is so amazing, from the rooms, right through to the restaurant and lounge. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, in luxury.

Terrible terrible terrible service felt discriminated because of my skin colour. Very rude lady at reception stayed with out table dirty the entire day and we were told to pay extra.

Worst place ever. Cannot believe that the service of a place is so bad expected wrt to the price. Service is so bad that you would have to find someone to actually come and help you. Seven yars ago this place was awesome but now it is just sad.

From the moment I stepped into the Spa I was met by Hlengiwe and Maria with such beautiful welcoming smiles and they did their best to make sure we where comfortable throughout the whole spa day.. Those two truly have healing hands.

Positive: room was cleanish and comfortable. Bath needs jik or handy andy. Negatives: restaurant and food quality poor. Limited menu of which 2 of the 5 items on menu were not even available. We ended up sharing our food between the 4 of us. Service was shockingly poor. From a value for money perspective - will spend on another lodge.

Excellent food. Good service. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to see as many wildlife as we hoped for. Will have to visit again.

Was very disappointed in the lack of staff for our wedding party, the restaurant was closed all day and we had hungry children but the lack of staff was the excuse. It was even a huge debacle to get cold drinks. Only when my husband insisted that someone make toasted sandwiches for our kids that they give us something to drink before we dehydrated from the extreme heat that they relented and made a plan. Very poorly stocked bar for the wedding. I had pre arranged for an iron and board to be in our room, that was forgotten about and so were our rooms towels, I had to go get my own, we paid for a family room my son slept on a mattress on the floor as there was only one single bed. The general feel is its not well maintained or managed. On a positive note breath taking views and game animals surrounding the lodge.

The room I received was old and the entrance door didn't close properly, the bathroom door was also broken, the basin properly was not working, was disappointed as to why I got a defective room when I got there 1st and my family got nice rooms and they came late 😢 😞

Beautiful place. Great wedding venue with amazing and kind staff. The chefs are so friendly, helpful and their food is mouthwatering. The only thing I would change is that the standard rooms could do with a bar fridge.
