I went back to this Wimpy after some years; hearing that the service had improved. The general appearance was definitely better, the tables clean and the food, although varying greatly from the pictures on the menu, was good quality. The service wasn't great. Our waitress disappeared more than once and halfway through our meal she decided to bring us the bill even though we were planning to order dessert. I think I'll give it a few more years before trying again.

Placing an order at the front desk you have the friendliest cashier( Jasmine). She not only hands you the menu but is interested in what you really feel for. Describes the contents in detail so that you have an understanding of what you are choosing. She even goes to the extent to make you feel at home and is supportive in every way. Thank you so much Jasmine for the great service. I will surely be visiting Wilkoppies soon again

Service was exceptional and friendly. The only thing that I would love to se improve is when you order chips it comes out fresh and not cold or taste like it has been lying there for a while.
