Wednesday 15 June 2022, 21h05. Came in late into Klerksdorp due to traffic. With hungry Kidz and a long way to go still. We pulled into the fly thru, noticing everything was closed and staff was busy cleaning already. Stood by the speaker taking a chance of maybe getting helped. Suddenly this very friendly and energetic voice greeted us. Even though they we're closed Elsie asked if we could wait for about 10min because everything needs to be started from fresh again. I was surprised and pleased. I didn't mind, after 11 Min a very friendly lady brought our food to our car door with a big smile and a thank you sir enjoy your evening. To Elsie and your very friendly and helpful team, I thank you for your excellent service and generousity. You really made our day a special one.

Worst experience. The food is good of course. But the service is the worst. I mean, I asked inside because I spent half my day driving, paid for my meal and all the people that came after me, received their orders. Including all the cars that weren't even by the drive through... I watched people's food get prepared and go out for 20 minutes. When my order finally came, the lady said they were waiting for the meat getting done. Wow, first you you make me wait like that without even coming to me and explain why you kept me there waiting for that long, now you insult my intelligence😒😏. And that 1 star, is for the food I haven't even eaten because I gave them away. It's like we doing people a favor here. I will never recommend this outlet to anybody.👎

Meat was too salt.. I tried to complain. No one contacted me.. We throw it away but anyway, my loss.. I will never buy from chicken licken am done.

Haai shame Chicken Licken...... Is this a doves drum stick or do the chickens you sell suffer from a disease or malnutrition? I contacted their support and posted the photo on their Facebook page. They deleted the photo and post from their social media.... I would be ashamed of this chicken too Chicken Licken....

Food is out of this world, they make the best chicken licken meat

Always there is a wait off 10-20min because supposedly the food is been made only now, this is redicoulous-it is on peak times So please get the fly trough fixed

Cleaning lady removed dirt off the table with the same broom that she sweeps the floor with. When she was told about hygiene she responded very rudely!!!
