I absolutely love this place. The service I received was exceptional. Most fast food restaurants that I've visited made me feel pressured as there were other customers behind me; however, that was not the case here. The cashier politely and patiently answered my queries and I was able to order a meal, which was sumptuous, after carefully considering most of the options.

Dear store manager. Please thank your staff for my great experience today with this branch. I ordered a small kingvalue cheeseburger meal and that is exactly what i did not get. Instead, i got a bun, with a skinny patty and filled up with tomatoe sauce, what a lovely snack to have that i didn't order. Now the store gains and i loose out,, im on my way to Johannesburg as i am writing this review because i was only passing by... Aaanyway,, please see pictures for reference.

Worst Burger King ever!!!!!! If I could rate negatively, I would. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a cup full of plain thick ice cream instead. No coloring or flavor whatsoever. When I went inside to ask if they gave me ice cream by mistake, they just explained that, that is their milkshakes I was seriously disappointed. Undeniable poor service. Employees are extremely rude and not the slightest bit helpful. Disappointed is an understatement.

The second worst BK, ever. The drive through intercom sounds like technology from the 1st moonlanding, with much more static and the craziest echo. Ordered a Rodeo meal, paid, got the slip and it was replaced by something else. I queried the false transaction, and only then was advised that the Rodeo is no longer available, and the replacement meal is a whole R7 more expensive. I not only got something I didn't order, I paid more. And which take away place doesn't have coffee. Bad! Very bad! Do not recommend. Edit: 1 year later I'm a, Give that dog another chance, kinda guy. My 2nd visit turned out quite positive. The intercom worked as intended. My order was 100% correct. The staff were friendly and smiling considering it was 5pm. Keep it up!!!!!! 1 star increase, you'll be visited again.

First impression counts... first time buying from here but the burger was horrible. We were given the wrong order plus the lettuce was not fresh had brownish spot on it. As for the onion I can't say much. Their drink tasted like it was diluted. This was a bad experience

Similar to other BK around the country. This one always seems busy, so expect to wait in line a while. The drive-thru is also very packed at times. The taste is great and the staff are friendly. I havent had a bad experience yet.

Food & service is good but mostly full over the weekend ,at least there's a nearby small park where by you can sit & enjoy nature while having your meal.

I went there quickly to get an ice cream. At that time, late afternoon, they weren't that busy, and I got what I wanted quickly. No queues at all. The customers that were there, were all seated and orderly. The service I received from one particular lady was very sharp and efficient. No trouble understanding what I wanted. I went to sit down to enjoy it, and there were plenty space. It was light, clean, tidy and modern. I had a good time.

I am very disappointed. The reason for my 2 star rating is because of the fact that every time I order, either on Mr Delivery or even at the drive thru, I NEVER receive everything I paid for. I am genuinely tried of paying extra and then never receiving everything. In my honest opinion a customer should not have to check their bag to see if everything is there, that is the work of the EMPLOYEES. They will definitely be losing my business.

The food was ok, no complaints. If only attention is given to the chairs and the loo. The chair legs are without tips and make this irritable squeaky sound. The gents loo was so unhygienic with dysfunctional urinal and a messy toilet.

Great food for a great price! Love the carnivore options with no garnish. I do see shrinkflation slowly but surely creeping into the establishment.

JUST went to burger King mooi rivier for milkshake. They don't do milkshakes, but they have icecream, real bummer, if there was a 0 rating, I'd give it, very rude personnel.

The experience was very good! The staff really shows great care for the customers and most importantly, the prices are very affordable. As for the burgers, they are very tasty and i like that the cashiers, in most cases, explain the type of burger your are buying, especially if it's your first time trying it, very nice! There is also cold drink that you can have anytime you want when dining in, with different flavours!

Amazing place, the service there top notch never seen such a friendly staff. I love them. Was using my Burger king app fro purchasing it has great offers.

We had to wait almost 30 minutes just to place an order. When we finally got the order, they didn't pack juice for the kiddies meal and their burgers were messed up.

Nah, sometimes at night, I get that the staff is tired but like they ain't nice, like how we not getting our mayo and straws, y'all never have them anyways, pretty solid few members like the guys who yells out the numbers while mopping that's my GOAT * deserves a raise definitely. Uhm... Yeah further more solid space would definitely go again.

The food is great if you get the full order. When using the drive-thru, you need to go and get the food inside as the staff stand and play around. Only person helpful is the guy taking the orders at the drive-thru. T

The security guard on shift , haibo! Gave us some shady looks like we're aliens. I'm not saying smile or what but don't stare at people like you in a store down town.

The food is as good as a burger king burger should be, it is juicy (not the kind that would disgust one), but their patties are not dry nor is the burger. The waiting period was at most 15 to 20mins. the service is quick and the staff is very respectful, friendly and patient with the customers thus setting an environment of respect, friendliness and patience even among the customers. Side note: I only know burger king to be specializing in beef and chicken related products only, but I stand to be corrected. Thus far burger king has never failed to deliver and would definitely recommend.

My honest experience is that this Burger King shouldn't have a drive-thru. It is not efficient at all. The food is good but the experience of the drive-thru that we have had is is unfortunately every time poor.

Their meat was grey! No way this Burger King flame grilled their pattys; the meat didn't even look cooked, let alone flame grilled. I carried on, thinking that's how it's done in SA/ Potch... Wrong; stomach aches ensued only a short time afterwards. Not only that, the order took 25 mins to prepare... instead of preparing and cooking meals sequentially after a person's order, they complete 3 orders at a time, slowing down their preparation time drastically... Definite NO! Went to McDonalds after; sooooo much better. Different story in the UK... Burger King usually trumps McDonalds. Won't be visiting this Burger King again unfortunately...

So over this place. Took almost 30 minutes between getting in the line of the drive thru and actually ordering. I got my order in and proceeded to pay. The madam at the windows was so busy arranging her savannah date with the guard that she couldn't be bothered to confirm my order with me. Had she done so I would've told her that it's wrong. She just wanted me to pay and move along. Get the receiving windows and naturally my order was wrong. What I ordered and what I received are 2 very different things. Not the first time this happens but it will be the last. I was so fed up I just said it's fine and left - I really don't have the time or energy to wait another 30 minutes just to get the wrong thing.

Burger King is one of the few restaurants where the food actually looks as nice in real life as it does on the menu. I always say... 'if you advertise a Toyota, and charge me for a Toyota, do not give me a TaTa. It may look similar and do the same job, but it is not the same thing' Thank you BK, keep it up!

The drive through service was fast and the staff were very friendly... Thank you, had a delicious lunch. I would definitely recommend this Burger King branch to anyone, and I will grab burgers from there again. The added bonus= you get a decent size burger at a very affordable price

Ordered the Bar-one Fusion as always. Bar-one sause was replaced with a cheap chocolate sauce. Totally unsatisfied

Every single time we buy food at the drive through, my order gets messed up, every single time they did not give me my whole order. Why is that? Do they try to score and see if you will realise it or just buy another 1? If the order is big it is difficult for me to check in the car at the drive through if everything is there, so I have to park in the parking, then see, no they messed it up again, then get out and go in toe sort it. Pathetic. This is not once, not twice, but every single bluddy time.

Twice when I ordered food at the drive thru they did not give me the correct anount of soft drinks paid for.

All the staff are super friendly! And when you go onto the burger king website, you can get awesome discounts on meals, offers only available in store.

Drive thru was packed, but service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Food was hot and fresh, order was correct. Only one star lost because drinks were rather flat.

This is my favorite fast food place and I have to say this was the WORST service I have ever had... First of all everything is out of stock after I stood in a very long drive thru line, I then got a BK fusion that was barely half full and had no sprinkles (kit kat), then I come to find my bacon cheese fries has NO bacon and to top it off the tomatoes on my whopper with cheese has no cheese. I would advise anyone to go anywhere else as the Burger King in Potchefstroom. Have to find a new favorite 😭

They didn't have the correct sauce for my Big King XXL burger, but did provide me with quite a few options. Was still quite tasty.

If it show on the door that you open 9am then open at 9 don't let the customers sit and wait till 9:30. Burger king lost a customer today.

Just like any other sub average service fast food establishment in SA. You ask for no onion... they take of the pickles and leave the onion. We struggle to get the basics right. That's why they teachbus the difference between green and blue in elementary school. Check your order before you leave this Burger King.

This is definitely my go to place for burgers and fast food in general. The service is great with good quality food and consistently fast service. The staff are always friendly, but I recommend ordering inside as the drive through almost always gets my order wrong due to unknown reasons.

I like burger King, but after waiting consistently 50+ minutes for my meals, having items missing from my order, and when it finally comes your chips have gone limp and the items left off your order leaving you disappointed when you get home. I'll just have to enjoy burger King outside of potchefstroom from now on

The food is very nice and the staff is super friendly! But unfortunately when it starts getting busy they swap peoples orders out.

The order was taken and repeated upon payment, and still when we got home there was one meal missing. Senseless to drive back all the way again. I just wondered if they ever realised the mistake or was it 'stolen' on purpose?

I am really upset because either Mr D is not sending them all the info or they are not caring to read all the info. I regularly order a medium plantbased whopper meal with no sauce and no garnish (plain) and they still send it with the sauce after I have complained many times. Last night we ordered with Mr D and then we called to tell them to remember that it is no sauce and no garnish and they still sent it with sauce. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that I cannot order from them again.

Look at this freaking 3 day old mozzarella sticks they gave us!! And with very old chips!! We pay a lot of money for some decent food and this is what you get, 3 day old food that gives you food poisoning!! Very angry with this service, its disgusting!! O and I added the recipe to show we bought it just now and this is how we recieved it!!

You just need to make a fountain also for original drinks and orange juice, some of us cannot take this funny drinks on your fountain that leave an after taste, even if I had to pay R2 more I will as long as I do not have to drink that would be fanta orange or maybe coke served there
