Waited very Long and the pizza was dry and didnt have a lot of toppings on. All the cheese was in the middle and the toppings tasted Old. I tried to complain but Romans Head office didnt care much

When they get busy they tend to lose focus, otherwise friendly staff and delicious food. There's a tendency of waiting forever for a pizza pie. Average waiting period is between 30 - 45 min.

Hands down the best Romans. Had an issue on Saturday, and when I called the owner, she handled it very professionally. They definitely put customer satisfaction above all else. Well done to Tilana and her team at Romans Potchefstroom!

I understand the fact that it is a busy store The management of the house needs serious attention. The formality of the operation is not there, when we go there the staff is all over the place this one is screaming and that one is standing and in her own world.

Orderred a chicken mayo pizza with bacon and extra garlic, seems as if the chicken mayo left the building before it was put on the base. One of the most disgusting pizzas i have had in a long time. Secondly they got my wifes pizza wrong and we had to wait for them to rectify it. We order on a regular basis, and have seldom had problems, but the quality of the product seems to be going down the drain. Nee wat, julle sien my nie weer nie.

The staff up front were more interested in helping the delivery people than the customers in line.

The staff was very friendly, however, during month end, there seems to be a bit of chaos with people standing and sitting around... You don't know where to stand, who was first, if they have ordered or are collecting, etc. Perhaps a collect point at the counter could assist in getting 5 stars...

Good service and good food one pizza was a bit singed on top new one delivered in 5 to 7 minutes.

The food definitely is not what it used to be. I haven't been eating Romans pizza for a long time because of bad experience and thought I would give it another try but seems like things just got worse 😕

I have never had bad service from the branch and there food quality is good.

I brought a four in one pizza and the bacon is sour. I asked at the shop why does it look a bit grey and it was said that it’s fat. My pizza it’s sour and I spent R115 on a pizza I cannot even eat. I’ve never had a problem with Romans and it’s my first bad experience and I’m truly disappointed. Sour bacon? Not fair. It’s a lot of money.

Romans is a takeaway place, so it's obvious the atmosphere there is not that great. The service is typical. You say what you want, you pay, you wait. The food is good. Better than some other pizza places as of late in Potchefstroom.

We order 1x sava, 1x pizza and after 45 minutes nothing was been done. After inquiring about my order they said no sorry the computer dit not sent it to the kitchen. They will start it now I was so desepointed to see every body after my order got there order. 2023-11-24

Bought Supreme Pizza extra mozzarella thick base takeaway. The dough was raw,took it back and gave me thin base still the dough was raw. The staff took it as joke,wont be eating your pizza anytime soon😏

Friendly service as we were one of the first custoner for the day. Pizza's were fresh and hot as expected. Was a lekker eat.
