Today I went to Ilda for oral hygiene for the second time and also to Dr. for control and to Dr. acute! I can only report positive things. Making an appointment online works wonderfully, as does by telephone. You are always greeted and treated very friendly and politely, both on the phone and in the practice. My husband is also very enthusiastic (implant, oral hygiene) People here enjoy going to the dentist and having oral hygiene. I had no pain or discomfort when it came to oral hygiene, although my gums were badly affected due to pregnancy and breastfeeding. During the treatment, before and after, everything is discussed in detail and there is always a helpful and friendly answer, explanation and enough time for questions. As a patient with anxiety you are taken very seriously, everything is explained and if you want local anesthesia even for small things, that's no problem. I had to be treated on Sunday due to acute pain and was called up after a maximum of five minutes and asked to have an X-ray. The entire team was very sensitive and careful, and I felt very well looked after. Dr. Lochner took the time to find the exact cause of the pain and gave me enough time to prepare for treatment. Extremely kind and accommodating, and very competent. All in all, super super good experience, I can only recommend it!

I have never walked out of a dentist's office so satisfied. I've always rarely been to the dentist because I was a little afraid, but that really changed after my visit to this practice. I have finally found dentists where I feel very well looked after. Since I have been in the office of Dr. As a Lochner, I almost enjoy going to the dentist because the whole team is very nice, empathetic and very friendly. They are also perfect for children, my son really enjoys going to Dr. Lochner.

Not recommended at all. The story was about a year ago. The background was: I still had a stabilization wire behind my teeth from my braces, the wire was broken and pierced my gums (I was treated by another doctor and he was not available at the time). Ordination is terrible, got there, told my situation. The lady looked at me as if I were the biggest idiot and started to gossip to her colleague IN FRONT of me and had a nice laugh together. It was really very professional and what you would expect from a competent and friendly practice! The doctor herself is fine. But - the doctor said she couldn't help me because she would need a "certain key" to open the wire or something. I asked my doctor about it later and he said it was just glue and wire. So no idea what that was. Still, being a doctor was okay - ordination wasn't.
