easy parking because of wide parking area

I was rushed here for an emergency c section to deliver my daughter. Dr Peri and his team were incredible! My husband and I were treated with kindness and respect. The nurses were quick to help us with baby in the middle of the night. Excellent food served daily. Cleaning staff attending our recovery room daily. A midwife came in and massaged my back two days post op. We highly recommend this hospital. Ive recovered very well afterward and the prices were reasonable vs other hospitals in Bali.

This is the best hospital I have been to so far. The staff is highly professional and friendly. Their ultrasound equipment was the best I have ever seen. The surgeon was very experienced and respectful of my wishes, as far as possible to accomodate. Their food was gorgeous too. And their prices, very affordable compared to prices in other hospitals in Bali.

I like that they have a different parking area, even though it's need us to walk a bit from the hospital. Also they need to put a clear guidance about who's that park belongs to clearly.

I have subscribed to this hospital for the 7th time with my first and second children. The service is very friendly, the doctor is smart and kind. Unfortunately, there is no BPJS now, so if you have an emergency, such as a caesarean birth, you have to go to another hospital. For children's vaccines and common illnesses, we are still loyal here. Gynecologist Doctor Geg Mas and pediatrician Doctor Aryana are highly recommended. Hopefully BPJS can be reopened to serve patients in East Bali.

BEST CLINIC EVER! I'm from Europe and I have never been treated so well. Everything is clean and sterilised and the staff is professional and kind. I had to get 5 stitches in my face, and they did it an amazing job. Thanks for everything!

We were on holiday in Bali when our child fell and tore his chin. We went to this hospital and the service was really amazing. Doctors and nurses are very patient and painstaking when dealing with small children who have had accidents. As immigrants on holiday, we are grateful to be able to find this hospital to provide help to our child who had to have his chin stitched. Always success for the Husada Family, success also for the doctors and nurses, especially those who treat my child. Our prayers are always for you. Thank you very much.

It's a shame that BPJS is not currently serving at Family Hospital even though the service is good and some of the diagnoses are very accurate. I hope BPJS will return to serving at Family Hospital

The staffs; from doctors, nurses, admins, even cleaners are all very kind and helpful. I didn't move an inch from my room and, surprise, my family either. Nurses and doctors diligently visited and brought all my medicines, food, and transaction receipts. If I need anything? I can call. Although the room for BPJS class I is small and too cramped for 6 people, it was neat and kept clean. Once the AC was broken and the staffs quickly solved the problem. I also got a "Get well soon" souvenirs. Well done!

Best general hospital in Gianyar Regency

When arrived in room, room not ready (just cleaning after we arrived), 1 of nurse not train well (my son 2 yo treat not good), forget to bring 1 medicine (in adminstration not have given), VIP room too small and no refrigerator (they mention in website with refrigerator, toilet so dirty)

yesterday the disease consul checked for a while then prescribed medicine, from the hospital pharmacy the medicine was empty, asked where to look for the medicine and didn't know, went to the pharmacy it was also empty, as a result there was nothing to do

Good friendly service. Advice for children during immunization is to also check their head circumference, height, not just weight🙏🙏 so that more details can be observed so that the child's development is better. Yes, for nurses who help children, it's even more generous to smile because children like friendly nurses, every time I go there I rarely smile so it feels tense🙏🙏 thank you. the security guard is indifferent. especially the fat one. My advice is don't hire rich people like that, sorry for my rating like this.
