Sekarang astungkara sudah dekat di Bangli dengan kualitas layanan dan bangunan yang baik. Walau begitu, BMC harus berbenah, karena banyak RS baru dengan kualitas yang baik...

Maybe because it's still a private hospital, last Thursday my mother had pain in her stomach due to a long gallbladder operation, there was 1 nurse in the emergency room who was female. For me, the ethics in serving patients were very lacking, especially when she spoke harshly and harshly, if that's the way to handle patients who can't explain the pain is because I can't stand the pain, that's fortunately I use public, otherwise BPJS might not be taken care of for 3 hours😂it's very different from the private hospital in Denpsar, whether BPJS or general patients are still served well Thank you, please improve the quality of nurses in this hospital in the future🙏🏼

No antrian di poly agar di atur jam kedatangan pasien sesuai no pendaftaran. Hari ini saya sudah antre 3 jam dan tidak ada tempat duduk karena penuh. Kasian dengan pasien yang susah untuk antre berdiri

Termakasih rs bmc sudah membantu dan melayani dgn spenuh hati,meski saya pakai bpjs tpi pelayanan sangat bagus dan sama kayak pelayanan pasien umum,saya kerja di kesehatan dan melihat pelayanan dan perawat mau pun dokter sangat ramah,sampai saya pulang slalu memberikan yg terbaik 🥰

Sangat ramah. Bersih. Petugas yang membawakan makanan sangat ramah. Perawat yang menyuntikku sungguh memiliki ilmu yang unik hingga aku tak merasakan sakit. Mereka semua bekerja cepat. Aku hanya kurang suka ruang tunggu saat menunggu perawatan saja karena sempit. Terima kasih

saya di rawat di ruangan vip rs bmc. pembayarn tidak terlalu mahal, ruangan sangat bagus, bersih. perawatnya baik. pelayanan ugd cepat dan ramah. dokter sutarjana spesialis penyakit dalam sangat baik dan detail dalam menjelaskan. terima kasih RS BMC.

Sekarang pada tanggal 14 november 2023.. anak saya masuk IGD di rumah sakit... Selama 3 jam saya nunggu racikan obat.. pas saya tanya kok lama.. trnyata berkas saya tidak di proses sama sekali.. dan stafnya bilang masih di racik... Ini lo anak kecil pasiennya.. jgn main2 kalau menangani pasien.. kalian kurang profesional dalam bekerja...!!!
