At
that
time,
my
child
had
a
fever
and
had
a
seizure,
he
was
treated
immediately
in
the
emergency
room
at
2
am,
but
the
infusion
was
a
little
slow
because
the
practical
students
were
very
slow
to
open
the
paper
on
the
bandage
to
stick
it
on,
which
caused
tension
with
our
family.
It's
okay
if
there
are
practical
students,
but
can't
someone
who
already
has
experience
handle
my
child
first?
Finally
my
child
was
hospitalized.
My
child
occupies
the
bakas
room.
After
that,
in
the
room,
my
family
asked
a
health
worker
and
got
a
VERY
VERY
curt
answer.
Is
it
because
it's
late?
Or
because
we
are
BPJS
PBI
patients?
In
the
morning,
the
other
patient
waiters
were
VERY
VERY
NOISE.
Bringing
all
the
children
(around
3/4
of
the
children)
to
spend
the
night
in
the
room,
talking
in
a
high
tone,
turning
on
and
watching
YouTube
at
full
volume,
playing
ball
and
screaming,
opening
and
closing
the
toilet
door.
My
child
can't
rest
comfortably.
When
my
child
was
going
to
sleep,
another
patient's
child
screamed
and
made
my
child
cry.
It's
been
reprimanded
but
it's
still
noisy.
Health
workers
who
know
just
look
at
it
and
don't
reprimand
them
at
all.
My
advice
is
to
ask
security/health
workers
to
check
the
room
more
often
and
to
reprimand
the
patient
waiters/visitors
who
are
noisy.
And
PLEASE
LIMIT
the
waiters
from
bringing
small
children,
because
they
are
so
noisy,
the
parents
don't
even
reprimand
their
noisy
children.
I
was
in
the
bathroom
for
less
than
half
a
day,
because
it
was
so
uncomfortable.
Finally,
I
went
straight
up
to
the
VIP
Pratama
room.
Which
means
that
the
costs
from
initial
admission
to
the
ER
until
discharge
from
the
hospital
are
completely
borne
by
yourself.
In
the
VIP
room,
the
staff
are
all
VERY
FRIENDLY
than
the
staff
in
the
bakas
room.
And
one
more
suggestion
I
have,
it
would
be
better
if
patient
waiters
were
provided
with
an
identity
card
to
go
in
and
out
of
the
hospital,
it
would
be
a
shame
if
you
want
to
go
home
to
get
equipment
or
want
to
buy
food
when
you
have
to
go
back
to
the
hospital
and
you
have
to
pay
for
parking
again
many
times.
Please
read
my
criticism
and
suggestions
and
use
them
as
a
reference
for
future
evaluation
material
for
the
hospital.
Thank
You.
