What an amazing place. You can visit a canyon plus waterfall within 1 tour. Takes you around 2h. The community offers a local helper as a guide, based on donation. I can strongly recommend to do so. They are very friendly people and the guide you everywhere safe (which is sometimes really helpful) and give you great advices especially at the waterfall. So you can have a seat in the middle of the water.

The guides were fantastic - as it was a very strong waterfall, and quite high - I had a lot of anxiety. Guide helped find where to go in, but also where to go down (making the waterfall into a side). Was quiet when I arrived, but got busy in the afternoon. Delightful spot, would come again!!! Do be careful on the waterfall as it's very slippery. Hold onto the rope as you go up.

Goa Rang Rang Waterfall in Gianyar is simply refreshing! The cool, clear waters make it a perfect escape. It's not just good; it's the kind of place that gets a solid "oke 4 lah" rating. Definitely worth a visit for a nature-infused chill session! πŸŒΏπŸ’¦

Just around 8-10 min walk from ticket booth to the waterfall. Not so steep, good man-made stairs, easy to go down and go up from waterfall. Recommend to visit around 3:00pm as the sun just shines on the beautiful waterfall. It was not crowded and really enjoyed the waterfall for almost 2 hours.

We spent a beautiful morning exploring this area of Bali. It took us just one hour to get there coming from Seminyak. After first visiting Kanto Lampo Waterfall, a short distance further up the valley we found Goa Rang Reng Waterfall. Goa Rang Reng Waterfall is beautiful. The steps down to the waterfall are in good condition except for the last few steps. Once you arrive at the bottom, there is a rope on the left hand side of the waterfall to help you climb the slippery rocks to the top of the falls. There is a small entrance fee of Rp 20,000. We lucked out by choosing Tibumana Waterfall as the 3rd waterfall as by then we were hungry and thirsty and next to the entrance we found a gorgeous warung - D'Carik overlooking the rice fields, perfect for lunch or a cold drink and snack.

Beautiful waterfall, so many different layers to it, my favourite amongst the waterfalls near the Ubud area for sure, must see waterfall! There is also a secret waterfall inside of Goa rang Reng that isn’t advertised, but do check it out!Armada Komang the local there at the waterfall is great, took so many amazing pictures and videos of me and my wife, absolutely made our day.

One of the hidden gems in Ubud. Trekking here is not so lengthy if u wanna reach the waterfall. But u could do an hour or so trekking on the opposite direction to find the canyon w the swing (lots of Insta pic taken here haha). Anyway, beautiful waterfall with quite heavy waves. I think u could explore urself yet we were accompanied by a local guide, at the end we tipped him since he helped us crossing the waterfall and taking pictures (pls be careful since the steppingstone are slippery). Entrance fee is 10k.

Definitely take the locals up on their offer for a tour when you purchase your entry ticket. There is no set price, just what you think it was worth at the end. We didn’t do it at first, but came back up to ask them to take us to the second waterfall. We’re so glad that we did. Putu Gita was our guide. He took us trekking up the river to the other waterfalls, where a swing is that he built. He took great photos and videos of my husband and me, and provided great conversation about the area and the people who live there. They only do a limited number of tours, so that the local people can still enjoy it privately. We could definitely see why they would want to keep part of this gem for themselves!

Its not much of a waterfall, rather then a very nice looking cascade stream. Nonetheless I enjoyed the visit and highly recommended it. The entrance tickets are cheap (20k per person), that place has a big parking and can be accessed easily by car or bike. Path to down to the waterfall is fairly short (10 min) and easy (stone walkways and stairs), but can become slippery during the rain (especially at the waterfall). The surrounding are decorated and therefore beautiful to look atπŸ—Ώ Go straight to the waterfall, there is nothing to see near the temple on the left. At the waterfall, you can climb to the center and lie down in the stream (with the guidance of locals overseeing the waterfall). Surprisingly, stones underneath the stream are not slippery at all so its not dangerous. Its a very enjoyable and calming experience. There are toilets close to the waterfall where you can change clothes. And there is a clean puddle near the exit where you can wash your legs and face using a bucket. For danger lovers, you can reach the top of the waterfall via slippery stone steps on the left. There you will find a cave with the stream going all the way through the cliffside. You can climb onto the wall of this cave for a nice view, but do it at your own discretion, as it is quite dangerous⚠️

You probably need a guide or driver to send you there! Love the sound of the waterfall. Ticket at 20k per pax. Quite a bit of steps to take. You can do cliff jumping here, relax in the waterfall actually if you are prepared in your swimsuit. πŸ‘πŸΌ Apparently this waterfall is not as touristy, so not so crowded. Hence, you can take more photos!

Pretty decent experience and lovely waterfall. Not an expensive entry and there's folks around to help you out, either for parking or for getting in and out of the waterfall. The way to the waterfall, although not long, feels like a nice short historic experience.

The waterfall is unique, flowing fast with rocks at the bottom and passing through a rock tunnel. You can also swim here. To get to the waterfall from the parking lot, you have to walk some steps, but both sides are still beautiful and fresh, the walls on both sides of the stairs are also filled with carvings that add a magical and beautiful feel to the place. The entrance fee is IDR 20,000 Be careful as the stairs are quite slippery.

Best experience in Ubud! Not so many tourist. The β€œbig” waterfall is for all the visitors (you only need to pay 20.000) but when you go with a guide you go to other waterfalls and a sort of canyon. They only take 25 tourist a day for the tour and the guides are amazing. Super friendly, very helpfull and the view is amazing. Of course the waterfalls are not that big as kanto lamp, which is nearby, but you dont need to share the beautifull environment with 100 people! It is really beautifull and a wonderfull experience. If you dont mind to swim and walk a bit then you have a amazinf experience. In the end they dont even ask money for the tour but ofcourse you give your guide a big tip!!

Tickets are 20k idr. Lots of space to park motorbikes. Plenty of flow in this waterfall. We had the main track waterfall to ourselves except two locals that I guess are there if you need help. There is rope to hold on to, so that you can climb the side of the waterfall carefully and look up through the tunnel that the River comes through. There is a fork in the path as you get close to the main waterfall. Right drops down to the waterfall while left continues up and eventually leads to some small homesteads. Back at the first fork with signs pointing to waterfall or temple, you can proceed down to the temple. To get to the temple you cross a shallow river. There are often poles that you can use to assist yourself walking across the river. It is possible to request a guide near the carpark area to help show you the second waterfall where you walk up the shallow river and eventually need to swim. We opted to do it ourselves but it would be much easier if we had a guide showing us the shallow spots to walk in. There are places to jump in the water from the right of the canyon where it starts to get deep and where the small waterfall enters from the side. At the large waterfall through this canyon there is a swing. Nice spot for swimming. Apparently the area is quite unsafe if it rains at all so keep an eye on the weather. It is not uncommon for tourists to drown in Bali.

From all the waterfalls we saw in Bali this was definitely our favourite. The "main" waterfall Goa Rang Reng is beautiful for itself but the most magic part was the hidden waterfalls. For that you have to enter with a local guide (they are waiting for tourist in the entrance). There are no fee, you give then what you feel they disserve in the end but I can tell you that is super worth it. You get to go on a beautiful adventure in the rive and they take you pics during the way.

The waterfall itself is worth visiting The best part though was the tour through the canyon with the guide. Ask for Putugita, his English is great, he knows how to take good pictures and he can tell you a lot about the area and the ecosystem. There is no fixed price, but I would see 200K as the lower limit for a nearly 2 hour tour including the great photoshooting. Better to spend it here than on Starbucks

Nestled in the heart of nature, Goa Rang Reng Waterfalls is a breathtaking gem that captivates with its pristine beauty. The cascading water, surrounded by lush greenery, creates a serene and refreshing atmosphere. The journey to the waterfalls adds an adventurous touch, making it a perfect escape for nature enthusiasts. While exploring this hidden oasis, I found the tranquility and scenic charm to be truly rejuvenating. A must-visit destination for anyone seeking a serene retreat in nature's embrace.

It's really worth it to take a private guide to take you to the secret waterfall. Amazing place and adventure. Cost is up to you, people usually pay around 200-400k per guide. Take some shoes to water and swimming suits, you will be all wet. You can leave some of your stuff in the office. The tour to the secret waterfall and the other waterfall took around 1,5 hours. There is a swing, and you also will be jumping from 6 meters high "cliff" to the waterfall.

This place is a must visit waterfall in Bali. There are actually two separate waterfalls here and you use a local guide there to help you get to one of the two. Our guide, Putu (Instagram: @putugita28993), was AMAZING. He took great care of us and he took PERFECT pictures like a professional. Bring water shoes if you have them. It is a 10 minute walk through the river to get to the "secret waterfall" which also has a swing. There are really two small waterfalls in this location. During the time we went, August 2022, we were walking in most shin/knee deep water. However, you won't be able to visit this waterfall during wet season because the river is too high, you can message Putu on Instagram to see if the water level is too high. Overall, I highly recommend going to the waterfall and using Putu!

While the cascading waterfall is nice to look at, there is not much space for a dip. It is also slippery in many parts, so don't come if there was rain previously. If you are going to do Waterfall hopping, I'll suggest to skip this and go to the other busier ones like Timbunan, Taman Sri and so on.

What a fantastic place! The tour guides are amazing, so friendly and helpful and they take great photos. Beautiful nature and we had the place entirely to ourselves. If you want a waterfall experience, this gives you many in one.

There are several waterfalls to be seen here. You pay the entrance fee to access all of them, but to reach the furthest one (and allegedly the most beautiful one) they insist you take a guide and it requires a 20 minute walk/swim. The first waterfall is quite nice, although there is some littering around the area.

A real hidden gem , a small but majestic waterfall . There is a small area on top of the waterfall to swim . Also a gentleman there for any assistance. Be careful the stairs are slightly slippery, but other than that a must . Also no tourist we were literally on our own .

One of the best waterfall in bali. There are 3 waterfalls in the area. Guide is super friendly. A lot of activities you can do here, like cliff jumping, and swinging. So much fun!

Locals are super nice, they help tourists not to break their necks while roaming around and hunting best sport for taking pictures. I was helped into one of the pools under the waterfall, without this guys I would probably get injured, so I'm super happy they are there and so attentive and nice. But the real gem is the valley before the temple. Unfortunately I didn't take the tour, but just looking that direction was enough to feel good

The waterfall itself is very basic nothing much with basically no ability to swim, however they have a short hike tour on the river where you can get to the swing and see more nature, we haven't tried it due to limited time but seems really interesting and worth it. Also fun for a group chill as it's more shadowy than other waterfalls

Goa Rang Reng Waterfall is a beautiful and serene spot to visit. The waterfall cascades down into a crystal clear pool, making it a great place to swim and cool off on a hot day. The surrounding jungle is also full of lush vegetation and wildlife, making it a great place to explore and take in the natural beauty of the area. Overall, a must-visit destination for nature lovers...

This was my favorite waterfall in Bali and is not included in typical tour itineraries. Ask your guide to add it to the list! It is beautifully maintained and because it’s not as well-known, you will probably have the entire area to yourself like I did. The people working here are incredibly friendly and helpful and don’t expect anything except for you to have a good time. To do the swing you will have to have a guide show you as it is a short hike from the main falls. The main falls include a natural waterslide and a pool at the top. Be careful because it is slippery! Locals will help you with how to cross and access the top for the best photos. 100% recommend that you visit this waterfall before it becomes more well known and overrun with tourists. There are also bathrooms for changing and rinsing.

One of the nicest waterfalls in Bali. It was empty when we were there. The place is clean. They have a little canyon at the beginning of the waterfall. Worth going up to check for the canyon.
