This location is perfect for enjoying a beer in the afternoon. After ascending to the top, you'll find a cozy restaurant. While they might serve food, I can't confirm as I only indulged in beers. The waterfall features natural pools for a refreshing dip. It would be beneficial if there were safety rails or bars installed near the stairs for added security, especially since some visitors attempt the climb with children, which I wouldn't advise. Despite this, the spot is overall fantastic and worth a visit.

This waterfall is just so beautiful with nature pool and easy access! It takes only 5-10 mins climbing the stairs (very well maintained) and if you are into the nature and lazy (like me) here is the place you should visit when in #sideman I come around 4:30pm and enjoy the best sunset over the valley (try to get on the top you will see the amazing view of the valley and sunset) It’s not crowded when i visit, a small donation fee at the entrance (but worth the maintenance) Hope you all enjoy like i did ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful outlook and beautiful waterfall. Donations are appreciated at the entrance and parking isn’t too bad if on a scooter. The climb is steep, but we’ll maintained stairs so flip flops are fine. It was quite busy when we went and sadly just people taking pictures not enjoying lounging a around in the water. Best to go to another location if swimming and enjoying the water is your thing.

We paid 10k pp entry, its a beautiful waterfall which is now maintained by the villagers, theyve built stairs to the top of the place and we went at 7:30 in the morning to get these good pictures but our fate was so bad that the villagers were cleaning the waterfall when we arrived, and by the time they were done cleaning there were 6 more groups crowding the place. Only bad part wad that the waterfall doesnt feel natural anymore, it looks man made now... There is restaurant on the top which serves some expensive food but with a great view.

First time came to this waterfall and I will definitely come back again with my besties 🤭🤭 and will do make a lot of pictures ♥️ the waterfall is not that big but the view is beautiful and also the thrid pool is really nice, cause you can dipping your body there and just relax like you are in jacuzzi. And for the entrance fee you only pay donations 🙏🏾

Being donation only I was very sceptical but it was unwarranted. From the entrance being manned by people in traditional clothing, very welcoming, no extra fee for parking and it is the cleanest place I've ever been to in Bali, no rubbish anywhere, even the last few hundred metres riding up there very clean for Bali standards. Very well maintained with work happening for a larger viewing platform up above. The little pools were very welcoming with awesome views. Steep but safe steps and only a short walk up. I donated again once I got back as I was so impressed.

we travelled by Scooter to this Beautiful Waterfall from our Villa in Sideman , it's a Very Scenic ride through Real Bali Countryside... Once you arrive at the Waterfall you are Greeted by a Very Very Steep! Staircase up to the Waterfall itself but be go carefully as there are no Handrails to support yourself so one trip or slip and it'd be Curtains for you 😆 however we made it up to the top unscathed ( Only just ) I think this is a Waterfall for Younger and Fitter types than my Wife and myself 😂 but all in all glad we braved it and made up the top!

One of the not so popular waterfalls in Karangasem. Very easy to access. It's just 5 minutes staircase hike from the parking area. It's accessible by car as well, the road is narrow but passable. The waterfall is small but there is natural pool you can swim in. The view from the peak is very serene and beautiful.

A nice natural pool with magnificent view, both on the way to get there and in the multi leveled natural pools themselves. Best spot to take great picture, oddly enough is the first pool. So if you are not really in the mood of exploring and hiking more stairs, this would be your stop. If you are keen for a more beautiful panoramic scenery, keep climbing and you'll find a great cafe where you can drink some of the best coconuts. Entrance fee is donation based, friendly people, very local. Recommended!

Amazing waterfall, very scenic and beautiful. Be sure to go there for sunset so you have the best scene you could ask for! No proper entrance fee, but donation required to enter the place. You need to climb a bunch of (high) stairs to get to the top, doesn't take long though. Would definitely go again!

Simply exceptional, with a panoramic view of the valley and jungle below (from the waterfall and also from the restaurant at the top, with very friendly staff). It's best to visit this waterfall outside tourist hours as there are only 2/3 places that form pools where you can pretend to take a bath, and it would be a shame not to be able to go and take a photo. Atypical and worth doing

One of the best waterfalls on Bali! We asked our driver to bring us here and he said that it is not famous and he wants to bring us to another waterfall but we said we want to go to this one! The best thing is that there are not so many tourists! We had our on private water pool with view over the valley. We were there for 1 hour and maybe seen 10 other people. It is difficult to go there with the car but they are improving the road and there is a parking lot. Really nice place to go and enjoy nature!

A nice little waterfall in a well maintained environment. There is sort of a pool in the trail where you can have a dip and which is very Instagramable for many. Little donation at the entrance, to help the local community and to finish the construction at the top of the trail.

Very nice place, easy walk up the cascade, cool water and awesome views. Place is free (donations only), but you still have some staff helping and making sure you don't do anything stupid, as accident could happen fast (can be slippery). Cherry on the cake: great terrasse and restaurant at the top, so you can easily plan to have lunch there.

Really beautiful landscape and also not the best known waterfall. You can make so many beautiful pictures there and the warung is also not very expensive for its stunning views. To enter this beauty you only have to make a small donation!

Really great little hidden gem. Found this whilst i was searching somewhere with less tourists, there was no-one here! A really nicely built staircase will take you up to the top, theres a couple of pools you can sit and chill in with fresh running water Also if you keep going up a bit further you get like a viewing platform with really amazing views over the trees There’s obviously a lot of nature around here so be careful, we saw some great insects and also a snake caught a frog for its lunch 😂 enjoy!

Such a beautiful place and relaxing. Very less people do visit there so there was not much traffic when we visited. Upstairs there was a little natural pool where you can sit inside and chill with a view of coconut trees and mountains such a pleasure to eyes. We arrived at 16:00, there were a lot of people. A lot - about 10 people on a small island. And accordingly, we lie in a puddle, cool down, take pictures, and those who want to do the same are breathing in our backs. In general, human flows collapsed. Moreover, 2/3 of those present were Russian-speaking. And the waterfall is unique and very beautiful. I haven't seen anything like it. Leave a 👍 if it was helpful. I will know that I am writing for people.

All nature here is really nice, I don't regret it. But the restaurant so terrible 🤢 they even don't feel ashamed. I don't understand why they leave dirty tables for local visitors and tourists. A cup of tea cost like in London, £2 😵‍💫

Finally a waterfall where you can really donate! And its not overprice. Also you see they made new steps and keep it clean It wasn't too busy. We spend a lot of time in the pool and relaxed. The restaurant was too expensive for us. So we didn't went there Nature is nice. We where lucky. Not so many social media freaks. We where able to enjoy the place

Great waterfall. You can choose which pool you want to go to. They have few choices. We went to the highest. ✨

each region has its own uniqueness on the sidemen right in the village of Tri Eka Buana has a hidden natural beauty in the form of a beautiful waterfall, there is a small pond that is characteristic of this one waterfall, a place that is still beautiful and towering trees live and and the chirping of birds adds to the attraction to stay and linger in this place I am happy to be able to visit this place sorry to have little time because I came too late. If I have time on vacation I will come back here to enjoy the natural beauty of Sidemen.

It was pretty nice- just too many people so we had to take a quick picture and give room for the next group. Entrance fee is a donation. No set price with small restaurant at the top. Beautiful none the less.

Absolutely beautiful! Well maintained steps take you up to several terraces of waterfalls. You can soak in several small pools, which are great for some insta pics. There is a small restaurant at the top of the property with fresh drinks and coconuts. There is a donation box, no set entry fee. Highly recommended.

You have to hike about 300m to the entrance of the waterfall, and then walk up a flight of stairs to the waterfall, so it is not very friendly for people who have difficulty walking. There is no entrance ticket needed, just pay on your own wish as a donation. There are not many people. You can soak yourself in any pool. It is worth every effort.

The place is good but the supporting infrastructure is not good enough for a photo spot...

We loved this experience, the place is magnificent and between noon and two there was no one there.

It’s a decent hight for a waterfall and there are natural pools indeed but it didn’t feel like something to drive miles to get here. If you’re in the area give it a try but in my opinion an overrated spot. 4 stars because my girlfriend liked it. The area is clean and put together.

Beautiful view from above and the road led to this waterfall is pretty! Good stairs and toilet, helpful staffs. Limited car park. Steep stairs but less than 20mins hike.

A spectacular waterfall overlooking the Sideman Village. You give a donation at the entrance to enter.. hike to the top is a little strenuous but totally worth it. Gotta climb a good amount of steps to get to the top. They have also have a beautiful cafe on the top. Didn’t try their food but view is just crazy!

  • 5/5 Nir Yana D. 10 months ago on Google
Very nice waterfall and pools. The entrance is by donation and you can choose how much to pay. If you want to reach to the top it’s around 10 minutes by stairs, there is nice restaurant at the top!

This is a really special place, the waterfall is amazing and you Instagramers can get some great shots. Entry fee is donation based, they have built steps all the way to the top, so its a easy climb. There is a restaurant, viewing platform, and toilets at the top. There's a few plunge pools so make sure your take your swimming stuff. It's a must while in Bali.

  • 5/5 Uroš M. 10 months ago on Google
Hidden gem. Entrance fee is a donation, so you choose how much you will give. Then be prepared to climb some steep stairs to get to the pools, some are more crowded than others. Also be prepared for lots of "influencers" having photoshoots. There is a restaurant at the top of the waterfall that provides good view and some refreshments.
