Good service

Is there even a half star for these community health center employees??? . Really really disappointed. Came from Songgom at 8 am until 12 am, no call, apparently his ID card was lost and the employee was very negligent. SMPE now it's not news 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The service is bad and the worst in Brebes Regency, there is no queue number at 8 o'clock, there is no service at all, all the nurses and doctors are all lobbying each other without giving importance to the patients who come, the health facilities are the filthiest, the slums, the most unclear... ask the Ministry of Health for help to be audited. The service is bad, the registration officers are not thorough, the waiting period starts at 8.30. I didn't get a call until 10 o'clock, but when I checked the bjps card it wasn't there/lost, wow, please be thorough and serious...

Bad service, staff are slow, even to register you have to wait a long time, learn a little from fast-paced overseas health facilities. Here they work as they please. The point is that the worst of the bad waiters from the old registration section is that if they are dying, they will die first.

For the officer who was taking the IV drip (male) and was not friendly, there was no prior permission, even though the patient was an elderly person. It's different from the officers when they want to register for inpatient treatment. The other officers are all friendly to the doctor. The doctor is also very friendly. For giving the second medicine (wanting to go home) after being hospitalized (still with the same person who took the rough IV drip), it was not given and instead it was fun chatting with others. As a result, I took it myself even though I had been waiting and when taking the medicine it wasn't explained as to what it should be... I hope this review can change for the better🙏
