Called for a reservation and got there and the receptionist was rude and had no coothe. Didn't even bother to check for my reservation so I could check in. She needs to work on her communication skills or if she's not happy with her job, she needs to find another job.

It is really dirty in the hallways. The room needs new bedspreads and some more lighting it is really dark. I hope that I don't get bed bugs. It was 60 on the phone and 65 when I got there so I guess you get what you pay for . I would say if your broke and need a bed go. If not sleep in your car but we on a motorcycle . The staff was kind that's a plus. Just needs better up keep .

The states I have should say it all. Worst place I've ever had to stay in my life. Will never stay here again unless there isn't a bed of nails to ly on. 1 staff member was very nice. The others, including the owners are rude and seem to hate their jobs and get a thrill out of making your stay as inconvenient as possible. I've heard that citizens are wanting this place shut down and it's been on the news. I now have seen and know all to well why this is. My advice... Stay anywhere else but here. And there are cheaper and better places in knoxville to stay.

It’s a crack house maybe they’re better off there but call it the crack house inn. I blame our wealthy government for that

This place is soooo nasty they have a few young children under the age of 12 working cleaning rooms and collecting laundry i know what your thinking its summer kids could be at work with parent BUTTTTTT IF YOU KNOW THIS LOCATION AND THE AREA YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND WHERE IM COMING FROM.ALSO WHILE I WAS GETTING A SODA FROM THE MACHINE NEXT TO THE OFFICE THERE WAS A BIG ARGUMENT GOING ON THE GUY THAT WAS WORKING THAT NIGHT I RENTED A ROOM. HAD RENTED OUT A ROOM ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND THE PERSON PAID IN CASH WELL HE PUT THAT MONEY IN HIS POCKET THEY ENDED UP RENTING OUT THE ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE N THE 2ND SET THAT RENTED THAT SAME ROOM OUT ROBBED THE 1ST SET IF THAT MAKES SENSE AS IF IT WAS A INSIDE JOB TYPE OF THING .... THEN HAD NERVE TO REFUSE TO GIVE BACK THE $15 DEPOSIT ....I HAD PAID TO RENT THE ROOM. NOT WORTH THE 80 PLUS FOR A NIGHT..... I WAS BETTER OFF IN MY VEHICLE... NEVERRRRRR EVERRR AGAIN ....

I have always left the room cleaner than it was when we arrive. I do clean the floors, bathroom, bathtub, bed, & furniture before I can really relax. It doesn't look bad but not that great either. The rooms are great for the price around here. I do see a roach or insects every now & then but really it's not that bad. Believe you me I can't handle many bugs. Fortunately I have never experienced living with roaches. It has always been quiet & a place I can enjoy to stay.

A well-managed trap house but a trap house just the same. By well-managed I mean they keep the occupants restricted to the interior of the room instead of out front of the facade or on the sidewalk. Where I parked there was a hypodermic laying by my front tire. Nothing says hepatitis like a used rig and body fluids. If you like that take chances then this is the location for you

Windows busted out. $70 bucks for a rundown rum. Can't run air because it stink. Hotels on magnolia are nicer and cheaper. No microwave. Needs to be torn down. Needed a place to stay so stick here. I would not suggest hotel whatsoever.

Me and my wife get there and they check me in nice. They had to clean a handicap room because I'm in a wheelchair. As housekeeping leaves, she tells me to not plug in the lamp. We thought no problem. When we start to settle in, we noticed, no doorknob on the bathroom door. I picked up the phone to call, the phone doesn't work. I went to the office hope to get a different room. He tells me housekeeping has already left and can't clean that room if we are moved. So no one can be put in that room and would lose money. I tell him everything that's wrong and he said the lamp is fine. I'll come plug it up for us. There was no bulb either. I explained if we stay this night could we be moved for my final night. He said yes. I didn't change rooms. But took pics. You have to have quarters for the ice machine. No snack or drink vending. Never will I stay here again.

More like the apprentice inn. Just avoid if financially and logistically possible. Oh ya. Did I mention took bed bugs?

So first of all it cost $85 to stay the night. In every area the floors were not vacuumed, it felt depressing, and almost if not stuff was broken such as light fixtures electrical outlets doors to the room and much more. Basically if I could have rated it a zero I would have.

Not clean has roaches and bed bugs ceiling leaks from bathroom above it needs to be shut down and make repairs and keep the riff raff out of there and you would be better off parking a cross the highway if you don't want your car damaged owners are rude won't stay ther again

Im two day into a four day stay. I had a good time. My room was really nice and the bathroom was nice too. Everything worked like it should. Had nice office chairs and table. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. Room was spacious and colors compliment each other well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were meat and rude. There were trash in the entrance and it has a "no smoking" sigh but it smelled like in every room had the smell of smoke. And there were needless on the stairs and no elevator. And there are a lot of bed bugs.

For the price it's not to bad. They offer weekly rates of $300 a room. Not many amenities but what do you expect for those prices.

Very run down, walked into the room and the lights didn't work, they weren't even plugged in!! Went to open the patio door to let some fresh air in and there was a newly worn pair of f'ing hospital socks laying out there, I know this place has a reputation unbecoming but a friend needed some shelter but for what they charged, COME THEE F**K ON! 🤬

Very horrible place owners want to get mad when you come to them to let them know that there’s something wrong with the room or there’s rodents like rats and they try to call you a liar and won’t even come to your room to look and then want to put you on the do not rent list because you want a refund very horrible staff the staff brags about not cleaning the rooms the way they’re supposed to only use one kind of spray and I’m sure it’s pride deodorant spray very poor customer service never would I ever advise anyone to go there all the employees are on some type of drug nodding out behind the desk not good whatsoever and they go up on the price of the rooms even though they’re not fixing things or the hot water heater didn’t get fixed for two days and still charged full price couldn’t even shower just a very all over horrible experience

Executive inn on Chapman hwy is a great place to stay, me and my family has been here for a little over 5 months. the staff and owner Bobby are great, the hotel is on the bus route and you have plenty of restaurants and stores with in walking distance, so if your planning on staying in Knoxville I highly recommend you stay at the executive inn on Chapman hwy.
