Had to stay there do to emergency travel but regret it, would have been better to sleep in the car. I have never stayed in a place this bad, even in college. I will try to list the reasons here. 1. Cigarette burns in blankets, sheets, and mattress covers. 2. Floor was so dirty my white socks turned brown. 3. Toilet was not flushed. 4. Fake Eyelashes and open soap on the bathroom counter. 5. Hairdryer was covered in some brown material 6. Cigarette ashes behind the bathroom door. 7. Door lock was broken This was almost comically 3rd world, never ever waste money here.

Would never return or bring any family back here. Me, my spouse, and our 5 year old son had an overall horrible experience here. Awful/rude service and management from the start to finish. Our door would not lock because the latches didn’t line up with the holes so there was nothing but a small metal latch keeping someone outside from coming in on our family. Instead of being refunded we were put in another room and charged more money because of the new room being two small beds instead of one big bed. We did not feel safe at this point and all employees had acted aggressively and immature about the situation so we left. We were not at the property more than 1 hour & 1/2. They still refuse to give us any kind of reimbursement or even our $50 deposit back a week later. Worst hotel experience we have ever had. Also the pictures are not accurate at all.

Giving this motel 1 star because that's the lowest i can give. Booked and paid for a room to stay at to visit our sick grandmother. Checked in at 2 pm and left by 8:30 pm same day, didn't feel safe at all here. An "employee" was circling the parking lot and just gave us the creeps. They were definitely on some sort of mind altering substance because there actions were out there. Definitely a waste of $57.00 I WILL NOT BE RETURNING OR RECOMMENDING THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE. NOT EVEN A HOMELESS PERSON. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WYNDHAM HOTELS!! I WILL CONTINUE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS MISERABLE VISIT.

This was the worst room ever. They had to change our 1st room as the toilet in the handicapped room was not even bolted to the floor. Both rooms were full of dead beetles, the TV was antique in both rooms, there was the top of a needle under the headboard, and both rooms were filthy. The shower seat, although built-in, was broken, and the heater all night banged. This is the worst excuse for a hotel l have ever been in. To make things even better when informed about the toilet said "oh, it's ok" NO IT IS NOT anyone transferring from wheelchair was bound to get hurt. We booked it because it had the Wyndham name on it. I suggest that anyone looking keep looking.

Disgusting cleaning quality. I had to wash my rooms 132 floor with one of the bathroom towels to be able to step in on the floors with socks. If you're qualifying motel as low cost it doesn't mean that the cleanliness should be as low as the lack of features. I assume no one had the floor cleaned before me or previous customers. The photos are to show the quality of the room build and cleanliness. Google states breakfast included, but it is a grab and go cold snack with coffee. Tv was not configured. I had to scan channels through tv unit buttons, remote didn't worked for menu navigation. Microwave is smallest in the whole world smells like someone burned paper in it. When it works, the lights in the room dim 30%. No evacuation instructions, but there are bolts for this. The door leads to the outside, that's probably okay by code. Yellow stains on towels and bed sheets, everywhere! Bathroom has no exhaust! Bed is soft and comfy. I hope it would not eat me this night. The shower has barely warm dripping water stream. This is insane!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Check in was good and so was the clerk. Family of 3 had been driving for hours from Florida heading home to Indiana after a week vacation so we just needed a good night's rest. Well it didn't happen here. Lady at the desk directed me in the right direction to where our room would be which was behind the building. I go get in the car with my husband and 13 yo daughter and drove to the back. I automatically pressed my brakes. Both the balcony at top and on the ground floor was full of people, kids and odd looking males just lurking around. It looked 100% worse in the back then what the front represented. I looked at our door to our room and it was standing wide open with 3 men standing there by the door. NOPE. I didn't even stop, I just drove on around the horrible parking lot to the front and told the clerk i refused to stay. There was 2 more guests waiting to check in, I felt horrible for them. The clerk seemed to be aggravated about having to do the refund. I am a Wyndham Member and this is very uncalled for. There was used razors in the bay where we parked and seen a used needle too. Do better.

This place was beyond disgusting. The photos don’t do it justice. We arrived and got into our non-smoking room. It reeked of stale smoke and the smoke detector was covered in plastic. The bathroom door didn’t even close. Went to the front desk and was told that they had an ionizer in there all day to clear it out! Also guess they do a great job cleaning because there was a 1/2 drunk alcoholic a seltzer still in the fridge. Got another room that didn’t smell but 2 says later got Covid. Worst place I ever stayed at. I expect more from Wyndham.

Very bad! First, didn't get room I booked. Room was half furnished & had to use my folding chairs for a place to sit. Didn't get any housekeeping service & had to empty my own trash & go to laundry for fresh towels. DO NOT recommend.

Had to giving a $50 deposit and told it would be returned back on my card. Had to wait 30 minutes for some one to check room at check out. It was all good. The owner told me my $50 would be returned on my card. Has not happen it's been almost 3 weeks. Guess I will call visa to dispute charges. I have the check out paper work where it states I would receive refund of $50.

Best thing about this place was the location. I booked online only to be told I had to put a refundable charge on my card at check in. This is absurd! You don't have to put a hold on the card. Hold the party's ID or card behind the desk. Then at check out you can either charge or give it back. Rather than make the person have to wait several business days for the reversal. 😡. The sleep was okay, the shower was meh. Then I wake up in the morning and discover German Roaches. I work in the pest control industry so it didn't freak me out. But when I reported it to the front at check out it was made to seem like it was impossible but they would check it out. I booted up my laptop to catch up on work. The lady working the front came back she got on the phone at some point and proceeded to have an attitude with whomever was on the other line yelling or talking sternly...not very professional. I finally asked while I was leaving if the issue had been discovered. Just a yes. The place isn't horribly dirty but the only reason the roach died was because I killed it. I didn't look in depth to see how bad it could actually be. German Roaches: if there's one there's more just a matter of where.

The bed had a brown spot on the covers. We had a bug crawling across the TV. The door for the bathroom hits the toilet you can barely get in there and close the door. It wasn't like super awful but I probably won't come back .

Was driving down to Florida and called around to find a room to stay in with my family. They stated that the 2 adults and 3 kids would be able to stay, but I had to pay $10 for the roll away bed, no issue. When I arrived, they stated that a roll away wasn't available. No big deal, please credit my card and I'll move on. The next day, I reviewed my CC and noticed 2 charges for the room and $50 booking fee! Wait, what, this wasn't on the reservation! Been working to have the credit applied, and they have issued (2) credits, but charged by card a 3rd time. Trying to work with the local property or Wyndham has been such a waste of time. Never will stay at a Wyndham resorts or Days Inn again!

The lower level non-smoking room we were in seemed to be in the midst of renovation and looked unfinished and tired. We asked to be moved to the other side of the hotel as Dante Rd had a LOT of traffic noise, but were advised the entire opposite side were designated as smoking rooms. Stone counter around the sink appeared to be half-completed and no fan in the bath/toilet room. Laminate flooring was filthy dirty, GFCI outlet in sink area was not functioning and phone was dead. Hotel offers 'grab and go' breakfast for their guests; would have been nice to see fruit offered. Beds were comfortable and clean and hotel is convenient location to interstate. Reasonable pet fee of $15, but had to call to follow-up four days after stay inquiring why the delay on refund of our $50 security deposit

Very run down hotel, probably worse than a motel 6. Very loud outside, you can hear people in the other room knocking on doors etc, just had a dirty feel about it, by looking at the pictures you could see the place is falling apart. Low water pressure misaligned items, window fan doesn't work, only on heat. Very pricey for a horrible hotel. I did not recommend this place unless it's your absolute last resort. We booked it last minute, on a website so couldn't cancel.

This has to be one of the worst motel I have ever been in .I would not recommend this place to anyone ... Guy behind the counter charge me for a room that was already booked n paid for showing no respect the the rewards program offered by Windham said it was to much paper work to do seeing how late I was coming in causing my points to be used for no service only had bag breakfast in lobby that would not be recommended to anyone or their pets 4 still hard to believe they could not honor a reservation that had been confirmed hours before yet they have got the paid in full amount already . Leaving one of their customers with nowhere to stay no reason their rooms with sitting there empty but there was too much paperwork to do that that was their excuse wasn't worth the few hours I would be there.. they have no business having represent the DAYS INN. NAME BAD BUSINESS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY YES IT'S THAT BAD

We came in to celebrate Thanksgiving. We had to ask for the frig to be cleaned. It was disgusting. Then after a few days, we asked for clean towels and were refused. The lady at the desk was extremely rude. And one of the stairs on the outside of the building was broke. Don't waste your money. Extremely rude staff. If I could post a zero, I would.

The reviews had me TERRIFIED. On booking the reviews weren't that bad. So day of, I read the reviews on Google and I almost cancelled. We only used the room to sleep. So, it wasn't so bad. The light above the sink didn't work. The bathroom door didn't close, the a/c smelled freshly washed. The sheets smelled fresh, smelled so good also had burns but that's probably a dryer -on high- thing. (by the looks). I don't want to say or comment on anyone's efforts, just wasn't cleaned how I would've liked. Didn't see any roaches nor any bed bugs. Very loud at night. From like 2am-6am is the loudest some reason. If you're just using this place to sleep, it'll due. Next morning I did get my 50$ deposit back on card tho. So that was fast.

booked a room through priceline. drove over 45 minutes to get to this room and arrived around 1130 and was told that they had to have a $50 cash deposit due to “hotel policy” which we didn’t have due to using all of our money to book the room. never heard of anything like this before.

they have good amount of parking. including for Class A campers with trailers. Since they have spots big enough for 18 wheelers. rooms was clean. Ac wise I would give it a -1 star. doesn't cool down enough to where it was comfortable for me. I like it good and cold not just manageable.

A way better motel then it is to be. The owner has cleaned it up and got all of the drug people out of it. Very clean rooms.

Scammers! Nasty room with rude employees. They take advantage of travelers! They charge you what ever price they want. Make you sign but don't give you copies. (I signed for $98 and card was charged $142) Scammers! Front desk staff told me he puts "LOCALS" on one side and travelers on the other - BIG red flag! • Do Not stay here! You will regret it! I had a nasty used and soiled washcloth (see attached pictures) hanging over shower rod. Very Gross and nauseating experience. Desk Staff are not permitted to adjust for compensation, have to call the manager Mr. Patel, who is off or in a meeting when you call. Ridiculous customer service. ~Hearing I'm sorry would have been nice and let me give you 10%, 20%... off your room for the inconvenience! ~Absolutely not at this hotel!~ Wyndham you should train the staff at your hotels, but I guess you don't care as long as they make money! I will never stay at a Days Inn again. Wyndham, I am very disappointed, I know the quality of your resorts, as I was on my way home from yours at Daytona Beach. Lesson learned on my part. Obviously the hotel does not care about bad reviews, they keep coming and Priceline and Wyndham keep supporting them! Such a bad business plan. Thank you for reading! Go to another hotel, save yourself from frustration!

Too bad even for 2 star hotel. Absolutely do not recommend to stay there!!! In addition to the photos I posted I want to mention that I booked everything online, but when I saw the room in person, it was horrible. I asked if they could cancel my booking, but they said I would be charged for 2 nights as a cancellation fee. So, instead of staying for the full 7 nights I had booked, I agreed to stay for just 2 nights. However, they charged me 50% more for those two nights, citing it as their policy.

Nicest Days Inn I have ever booked and they're mid construction updating their units. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and super helpful. We are definitely staying a few nights longer. Highly recommend.

Poor service and unwelcoming. Booked using the Vio app. Upon arrival I asked to add a second night since the area was experiencing a snow storm. Desk personnel charged me 50 and mentioned a refundable fee. The next day the maid came by saying she was sent to clean the room and I needed to see the front desk. Come to find out the man at the desk the night before didn’t add a second night and the $50 was the refundable deposit. I was offered to rebook but was told they would take another deposit and charge an early check in fee. In addition to this the continental breakfast was just bran cereal and no one bothered to take the chairs down from the tables in the eating area. Fitness area out of service, cable constantly froze, shouting in room above me (I know that’s not necessarily the hotels fault), but unwelcoming enough I decided to sleep in my car the next night.
