My salad was just OK. The chicken strip was small serving. My husband was the one who was able to compare because he has eaten in other branches in West Des Moines..he just politely said, it's different! The facility being new is clean but our table was not cleaned. The staff where friendly but food could have been better.

I visited on 5.6.23 during the Tulip Time festivities. The staff was amazing, super great! The food was not comparable to other locations I have been to. The fries were mainly crumbs and the chicken nuggets were burnt to a point of not eating. I understand Tulip Time is a busy time but it also makes me hesitant to return to this location because of the price tag I spent on the food ordered....

The food is great just a small portion for a big price. Otherwise great. A 4 piece meal for 12 dollars is insane when the biggest piece of chicken is the size of a wing. Hopefully this was a mistake.

Never really had a problem here, everything is always fresh and good. Only thing I notice about this particular place is they are a little unorganized behind the counter. Not only did they mess my order up twice but when they “fixed” it they still fixed it wrong lol. I wasn’t complaining though cause they gave me a bunch of stuff I never ordered. So ya coulda just been a bad day but that’s my experience here. Still my fave chicken place even if they mess my order up every time!!

I'll admit I love Chik fila, but this visit wasn't the greatest. I'm not from this area either. I ordered a pretty big order for the family I was visiting with. I went to get it and took it to a park about 20 minutes away. I went through the drive thru. Their parking lot certainly is better than the one in my town. Drive thru was odd to me, bringing us down to one lane, basically. That is fine. However, I probably should come to the realization that I just need to take 2 more minutes and check to make sure I have everything. That is just how today is anymore. They forgot 2 sandwiches, which meant 2 family members didn't eat. I couldn't find a way to contact them, and I didn't have cell reception where we were anyway. I went all the way back to get them and also ordered something else because another person joined us. Anyway, I'm not sure if they believed me or not, but I just got an oh, we're sorry. All I ask is just do better, please. It shouldn't be that hard. You weren't that busy. The past 2 years have been awful on drive thru for me. This is the reason I go to chik fila because usually they are better at service. This time, it was not.

I drove through. Ordered grilled chicken wrap combo. The food was fine, nothing really special. Service was great & friendly.

Ordered a 12pc grilled nugget meal and somehow got a 5pc from the children’s menu. Also one of the large fries was only filled half way. Check your bags people.

Brand new facility with a new type of drive through. Instead of the traditional window drive up, they meet you outside. After paying they bring food to you under an overhang. Food is awesome and fresh. Employees are very friendly as well.

Unfortunately chic-fil-a Pella has tarnished the company's good name. I have never once had an issue with an order at a chic-fil-a until Pella. The last 2 times through, they have gotten my order wrong. Got nuggets instead of strips like I ordered and the last time they completely forgot my fries. I expect this from McDonalds but not Chic-fil-a. Disappointing that the Pella locations doesn't seem to meet the same standards as other locations i have visited.

Even though I did drive up the atmosphere was really great. Excellent food! I wish I had one closer to me!

We normally love Chick fil A, however, this experience will keep us from going back to this location for a long time. I get the regular chicken sandwich and it was as small as a regular hamburger from mcdonalds and cost way too much. Another person got the 4 pack of tenders and they were burnt and as small as chicken nuggets, and it cost way too much. I never thought this place would lower the quality of their food. I'm very disappointed.

This is at least the second time that we have gone thru the drive thru and have not received all of our order. The tag on the bag is correct but the items in the bag are not all there. It is very upsetting when you get home and all of your order isn't there, BUT we paid for it all. So then I go to the survey and it keeps telling me that I am not filling it out fast enough and kicks me out!!!! Very frustrating!! The food we received was very good and the workers are very nice but they need to make sure people ar getting what they order!!

Chick-fil-A has come to be known for their good food and fast service. Do not expect fast service at the Pella location. I have rarely had to wait for my food at a Chick-fil-A. But at this location, not only did I wait, I had to pull ahead and shut off my car. Meanwhile, the 2 cars behind me (that also had to pull ahead and wait) were given their orders several minutes before I finally received mine. I only ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, no fries, and no drinks.

Best Chik-Fil-A meal I have had in a long time! And Ive been eating Chikfila since I was about 4 years old. Its definitely worth the drive, better quality than what I expect of the Ames Chikfila.
