My stay at the Crowne Plaza Downtown Knoxville was exceptional! The staff's friendliness and professionalism truly stood out, making me feel welcome and well-cared for throughout my visit. The hotel's central location was a major plus - just a hop, skip, and a jump away from an array of fantastic restaurants, bars, and vibrant nightlife. Exploring Knoxville was a breeze! The comfortable accommodations and well-appointed rooms ensured a restful stay, and the amenities were top-notch. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, the Crowne Plaza Downtown Knoxville offers an ideal hub for your stay, where you can enjoy the best of what this dynamic city has to offer. I can't recommend it enough and look forward to returning!

Room was nice, clean, shower was enjoyable. Doors and walls a little thin, was very loud at night heard all our neighbors. Pool was nice and warm and not busy, staff was very friendly. Breakfast which was extra $ was very good. Price for room was quite a lot for what you get and have to pay extra for parking, definitely should be included. Room service was pricey, but had a good menu.

Really enjoyed staying here! Came with a friend overnight from Chicago. We wanted to see what Downtown Knoxville had to offer. We weren’t disappointed! The hotel itself was very nice, and our room had a GREAT view. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly! There is an upstairs restaurant and lounge area and breakfast is available for an extra but nominal fee. There’s also a bar in the lobby. The pool looked beautiful although we didn’t have a chance to actually visit it. Be prepared there is a $10 per night parking fee to park on property. The hotel has a very quick walking access to downtown Knoxville bars, stores, restaurants and sights. If walking isn’t your thing there are plenty of rentable motorized scooters all around. The ONLY downside and the only reason I gave 4 stars: I found was as night falls the homeless population becomes quite active and they are not shy to approach you and I even saw one walk into the hotel only to be asked to leave. Beware and use caution as quite a few appear unstable or intoxicated. Overall I was not harmed or bothered in any negative way by this, it’s just more of a downside to have it right outside such a nice hotel and would just encourage caution for your safety. I would stay here again

Crown Plaza Knoxville Downtown is an absolutely gorgeous place! The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious, adequately supplied with toiletries and soft towels, and have a great view. Parking is in a garage that is well-lit and easily accessible. It is clean, as is every place in the facility. The Library, which is the bar, has a great selection of wines, beers, and spirits. There's a beautiful gift shop available in the lobby, too. The staff is warm, welcoming, helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Although we didn't make it in time for dinner, the breakfast buffet the next morning was incredible! The layout and presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious. The service was fantastic and every need was anticipated and covered. We will definitely make this a stop for our next trip to Knoxville!

This is an EXCELLENT hotel! The lobby and room were very clean and well-maintained, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location is perfect for walking anywhere downtown. There are a ton of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The parking garage was easy to access and felt safe, but it is on the smaller side. 10/10 recommend for business travelers or vacationers!

Decided to stay here overnight to break up the trip. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. Bartender Wesley did a great job and made me an awesome new martini since there wasn't one on the menu. Very personable and kind and professional. Rooms very comfy and clean. First room did smell like smoke so we had to move but staff were helpful and apologetic. Tip- Add on breakfast buffet - can't beat $14 a room! It had so much food and was actually all fresh and delicious.

I just visited the restaurant for the breakfast bar, everything was fresh, the juice, the fruit. The grits were perfect, I didn't have to add anything to them🔥🔥🔥 same thing with the sausage gravy, the biscuits, it was all wonderful. I forget our hosts name but he was awesome, as was our waiter Kat😊 definitely be back when I've got a morning off

It's really high class, and very fancy. The dining room is very beautiful and fancy. The buffet is delicious. They value guests' safety, comfort, and overall expertise. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Can walk to restaurants & shops. Parking garage is convenient. On site store. Rooms always clean and nice toiletries. Comfortable bed. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because breakfast is a little pricey for every day and not included. However, the food is very good. They put out a very large breakfast buffet daily.

The room, staff and overall hotel experience was great. The location is walking distance from several night spots including a Celtic pub with live music. The low point is the restaurant. I read several bad reviews of it from recent weeks. We did try the breakfast and found it lacking. My turkey sausage was over cooked, the English muffins were crunchy, but with no chewy they were toasted way too far. The honey packets were dried up. The coffee was ok. The restaurant staff did a decent job but there was a lack of enthusiasm the was pervasive.

When we checked in the room was dirty with used dental floss on the toilet seat, dirty sheets, and towels that had not been washed prior to use; leaving copious amounts of lung all over your body and hair. One towel even had the inspection sticker all on it. Staff were notified of the issues, but we were again given lint infused towels the next day. The windows and mirrors were dust laden and very dirty. The restaurant was over priced, with two meal (chicken wings and a Reuben) that cost a total of $74, minus the tip. Not impressed :(

What an amazing stay my girl and I had here! We came all the way from California for my sister's wedding and I was blown away with the service! Every single person that helped me at the front desk was amazing and even upgraded our room! Any time I asked for anything it was at my door in minutes. Great service, great people, and I am now a member! Thanks guys!!

The room was roomy and quite nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the employees were all very friendly and helpful. It's in downtown Knoxville and close to some great shops and restaurants. The only downsides we're that my room faced the street and there were a lot of sirens from the firehouse down the street during the night and they were impossible to sleep through, and there was a large gap under the door that let in quite a bit of light. I modified my review because they have a serious issue with how they handle parking for events. I returned from a day of work to find that every space in the lot was full. When they have an event onsite they allow attendees to park there with no concern for hotel guests. This severely impacts my willingness to use or recommend this hotel going forward.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Everything is so clean and polished. We had an Executive King Room and the bed was so comfy. Our breakfast was also yummy. We have 2 more nights here but we will absolutely stay here again when we're in the area.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right downtown with a lot of restaurants, shopping and other activities.. Most within walking distance. Once we parked, we could walk to almost anything we wanted to do. They do have a parking garage, but with a business conference and other receptions, etc happening at once it fills up fast.. That was the only downfall about the stay.. Not enough parking.

I stayed here for a week and enjoyed my stay. I was with my son and his family. The hotel as well as our room were very clean. The location was great for us. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My only reason for not 5 stars is it would be awesome if the hot tub were in working order. The pool felt great. Very nice temperature. They serve complimentary coffee in the bar counter in the lobby. Not that good to me but my son was very happy with it. He and his work crew had very early mornings and they were very happy to have it available. I would stay here again. I especially like the wait staff in the hotel restaurant upstairs. Thanks.

Beautiful, elegant & clean! A gem in Knoxville. The entire staff was welcoming & kind. The room was pristine and comfortable. Check in/out was a breeze, parking garage was super convenient. Would highly recommend eating in house, dinner & drinks were so delicious, breakfast buffet was exceptional. The kitchen staff was phenomenal! Top to bottom an amazing stay, thank you!

Great staff, easy parking, beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was fine, but not exceptional. The staff was warm and helpful. It's an easy walk to food, coffee and concert venues.

Had to park in lower parking lot which did not have elevator. We had to carry luggage up stairs to main entrance... Holiday Inn has better parking than this...

Perfect location right by market square and the shops by gay street. Hotel has a high end looking and very clean interior. Parking lot is a bit tricky and cramped but okay for $10 a night charge. Staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean and have modern decor. Price is very reasonable for location. Highly recommend.

We loved the style of the hotel, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was super nice, and we had a pretty view out the window. I forgot to tell them, the shower door leaked, and the magnifying mirror light went out while we were there. These things happen though. We didn't realize until the next morning that straight out the front door, and across the street was a through-way that took us right to shops and restaurants downtown. We were also just a short drive to the river. The Library was a little bar in the lobby and our bartender was friendly and made a mean Manhattan! She and all the staff were great.
