The room we stayed in (121) was not worth $80. They didn't require a deposit or a credit card. The ceiling leaked over the sink and using the bathroom was a harrowing experience because I felt like the ceiling was going to come crashing down on me at any moment. I did not see any bugs though, and I checked. There was a bottle of lube that was left from previous occupants. The bathroom was not cleaned. Writing on the walls. Broken mirror.

This motel is in the worst shape I have ever seen, there's holes in the walls,most of the mirrors are broken,the carpet is visibly nasty and stinks. The bathrooms leak in just about all the rooms. They have cockroaches and bedbugs. The sheets on the beds look like they haven't ever been changed. There's no refrigerator or microwave in any of the rooms. THERE ARE NO SMOKE DETECTORS IN ANY OF GUEST ROOMS. I DONT KNOW Why CODES HAVEN'T CLOSE THIS PLACE 👎

I would gladly give them no stars if possible. We made a reservation with them a month in advance. When I arrived they told me there were no reservations that weekend and I should check the other locations in Knoxville. I did so, even knowing exactly where my reservation was for. This place refused to answer calls from me and continued to hang up on the company that I had originally booked reservations through after I contacted customer service. Aside from that, they wouldn’t allow anyone into the front room and it’s run down on the outside. It literally looks like it belongs in a horror flick. The other locations in Knoxville were nice, clean and the staff AT OTHER LOCATIONS were extremely polite and helpful. But please, do NOT stay at the one on merchants, I can only assume a scam or worse. There are many much better places in the area.

If I could give a zero. I would. This hotel charged people $75.00. They would not refund money are give the people another room. The place is horrible water on bathroom floor from busted toilet. The parking lot is trashed. These pictures speak volumes. They owner didn't care and taking people's money. Maybe the right people will see this and look into it. Just really horrible!!

I noticed bedbugs on the pillow,a beer bottle on the floor next to the bed Black dirt in the bathroom toilet and black dirt behind the door as well. Also dry blood on the pillow and sheet as well as green paint and human hair on the bed as if the room wasn't cleaned before making it available for public use . I was moved to a 2nd room that also had bedbugs on the pillow and the hotel has no wifi as I was told it was an open source

Nasty is the word!the smell of wet carpet& soured laundry should about describe the first impression of the room, no thank you!drive across the interstate, much nicer accommodations much,much cleaner.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, that's how bad this place is. BED BUGS omg the place should be shut down just for that alone. Yet somehow they manage to stay open, lord knows how that's possible cuz the staff is even worse! Telling people to leave the property as soon as you check out, like for real?! Can't even get your bags to your car without them telling you to leave! Pounding on the door when you are even 2 minutes after checkout and your bags are outside the door! I can't help but wonder how this place is even still open! No microwaves in the room, no mini fridge, half the time no working lights, and most of the air conditioners don't work either. This ladies and gentlemen is as bad as it gets! DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

Good people working the office. My car broke down early in the morning. Andy and his wife were very helpful with information regarding my vehicle. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend 5/5. Good service. Feels good to have people help people and be nice.

All we can honesty say is HORRIFIC. NO AC ALL WEEK in the middle of summer. NO fridge or microwave in room. NO breakfast. But they've got plenty of BUGS THOUGH. ROOM 119 HAS BED BUGS AND ROACHS. 314 HAS ROACHES.Very dirty overall. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. We would only return to this "hella hot mess place" if our lives were DEPENDING on it. We don't recommend that anyone stay at this place.

Just picking up co-workers and getting them to work, in my opinion the owner needs a security guard to watch the over the residents and the grounds surrounding the property

Don't stay here. The only good thing about this place was the water got hot. But there was a puddle in room 230 don't get that one or the room below it. It's probably leaking from the ceiling. The only reason I stayed here was because every other hotel was fully booked

The outside and inside was absolutely horrible, the stairs going up was rusted and falling apart I was too scared to let my kids walk up and down them... The room smelled absolutely horrible was not cleaned the phone did not work, the lights was broken there was woman's panties left under the bed, tv busted.

To many bugs, sleep with lights on please, and don't sit food or drink down unless your finished with it, bug get in it so fast..

The Room wasn't Clean and Too Many Druggies Asking For Money.I Will Never Stay here Again Nor Will I Recommend it to My Friends!! I Stayed There Many Years Ago The Rooms Were Emmaculate and There was a Pool.

This is what you expect, in this type of motel, nothing fancy. It is old, but the AC was great . The night desk manager was friendy the light fixtures were old and i could not turn the one light out. Still a bit too pricy for what you are getting.

Room needs remodel, but understand it an old hotel, air is very cold, water 💧 was hot, sheets were clean, no one bothered me. So in all honesty I would stay here any time.

This place stinks, is infested with bugs, electrical shorts ALL the time, holes cut in the upper wall near the ceiling in some rooms, the don't even clean the bathrooms after each guest leave. They could do fantastic stuff with this place, instead they just sit back and let it fall completely apart. Out of town guests, BEWARE!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The water pressure is perfect and the view is amazing. Definitely coming back!!

Reaches and I saw like 3 or 4 bedbugs the hospital put me there to isolate cause I had asymptomatic covid some rooms might be better but I had a 2 inch gap under my door i had to put a towel over and the walls needed painting or a good cleaning with bleach water

Soo many bugs. Roaches. Bedbugs. Everything broken. Furniture. Water. They charge entirely too much for the trashest rooms you'll ever see. And the drugs and pros. There was a needle in the parking lot

The property manager came to our room insinuating that we had swapped rooms and asked for proof that we had paid. She asked for my ID and debit card info to take downstairs to check. Of course I walked with her because I refused to give her my debit card without my being there. Once she realized that she was wrong she did apologize however it was very embarrassing to be falsely accused of theft or swapping rooms. If I had known that my key card could open two different rooms I would not have stayed here. I am a travel agent. I only chose this property because it was the only one available in the area at the time. Get a receipt for proof of payment!

This place is horrible! They operate like its guests are criminals. They won’t take payments over the phone, they won’t even let you come in the “lobby.” My friend who has to stay there right now and pays weekly rent is totally gouged on the weekly rent. They give me grief for coming to even pick up my friend and the front desk lady totally has an attitude. She acts snobby and that’s ironic bc this is the most ghetto hotel I’ve ever been too!!

Staff is rude and according to the lady at the counter you can't have 4 people in a room with 2 beds
