Lovely place good vibe and pizza excellent. A must if you like a good 🍕

This place is a great restaurant mixed in with a local pub, they even have a snooker/pool table. Food is excellent, the pizza are thin crust and made right in front of you in a real wood fired oven. The fusion combinations are creative and work well. Who would have thought that strawberry and capers would go together on a pizza - but they do! The beer is excellent and atmosphere very friendly and welcoming. So good we went there both nights of our stay in Knysna😊

A great little restaurant in Knysna. Any establishment that serves a bowl of chopped chillies and a bowl of chopped garlic with bread as an appetizer gets my vote. The Thai curry was good as was the Beef Rendang. Recommended

Muse is a great place to sit down, have a few beers and a great meal with friends. The food is always good. Pizza's seems to be a regular choice by diners. I have tried a few items on the menu and none has disappointed so far. There's a nice garden at the back between the trees to sit down, and also have live music on Friday's. Muse also has a pool table with a lounge type area that is fantastic for a evening out with friends. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. This is our go to spot most of the time. Will definitely recommend a visit to Muse, you won't be disappointed.

Best value local meal than the waterfront. All meals are simply fresh and delicious so do expect an hour but all worth the wait. Mussels are their signature must try dish. Beef dishes I won't recommend. Family friendly vibe but can be noisy. Sometimes it gets too busy that waiters are either overwhelmed or forgot about your drink request but they are all super friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be one of the only places I eat from now on when I am at Knysna.

Lovely place, always a good vibe. Excellent service. Muse has a wide variety of meals. Chicken skewers are very good. Jalapeos wrapped in egg plant is very tasty. Their pizzas are great too! Can't go wrong with this restaurant.

Lovely local spot, had a pizza on one occasion and the livers on another which were really good. I recommend skipping the Nachos tho. The service is friendly and I was allowed to have tasters of the IPAs

Incredible food! Best I’ve eaten in a long time and at a good price! The flavours are sooo good and the service is great! We got chili poppers. They’re a little hot but the filling is incredible! And it’s wrapped in aubergine (or bacon if you’d like). Their nachos are THE best. It not made with corn chips, it’s this light thin crispy pastry thing (but not oily!). It kind of seems like the pastry used for samosas. Ooof it’s goood! And they give you enough toppings and don’t skimp on anything. And lastly. Their flatbread! It’s even better than a pizza. It could definitely be a replacement by the way they do it. I cannot recommend more!

Amazing Service!!! Calling to order food for collection at the end of the business day 21:15 when the kitchen closes at 21:30. No collection orders any more, the people at Muse made an exception for me. As my wife is in her 3rd trimester and had a craving, I'm sure they saved my life. Thank you so much guys!!! P.S. not the 1st time doing a craving run to Muse.

We just went for a drink and to play pool! It was a chilled atmosphere. I'd say it's a go to place when you're not sure where to go to.💯 Good music. They play music inside where you play pool and then there is entertainment/live bands outside. Friendly and relaxed staff.

definitely the best place to eat if you are around here. we came from the Netherlands and had an unforgettable evening tonight. eaten in many places in the world, but this surpasses everything. THANKS EVERYONE. We love you ❤️

Saturday 29th Jan 22 Visited for the first time last night Lovely setting outside Food was great, pasta for me with Italian Salami, Michelle had the Pizza, very nice. Lovely genuine attention from the waitress(Tanique) and the owner. Secure parking, protected by guard called Bantu

Muse is a great bar with a great outdoors sitting are. The atmosphere is relaxed and they good music :) Food is ok, not the best but good bar food. Chips were great, beef rendang is not beef rendang more a beef curry, nachos is home made so don't expect corn nachos but deep dried filo and they make an awesome kids pasta (plain with cheese on the side). Service is good and real friendly.

Great tachos and atmosphere but short staffed & the mussels & chicken livers were just drenched in heavy cream.

Really nice place with an awesome garden and super friendly staff. Food is delicious with vegan options. Went there twice in two days ;)

Great place for dinner in Knysna! Nice menu with different variations and lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The service was nice but waiting time was so long. Not great when you're hungry but I would come again anyway.

Best spot in town!!! Awesome food options for gluten free and vegan (even dessert!). Something for everyone. Gluten free nachos were out of this world. Vibe is awesome, wish we found this place sooner and not on our last day. Will definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!!

Such a gem in Knysna this place. Everywhere you look, you find beautiful art in this restaurant 😍 It's a great place to have a bite and to play pool. Especially the pizzas are delicious!! The Vortex pizza is definitely the best. Also the staff is very nice and friendly💯

Lovely outdoor seating. Friendly service. Good thin-base pizza. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. But the Roasted Veg option was a boring disappointment. Expensive for what it was.

We go there every time we are in Knysna. Fantastic place! such a cozy atmosphere. Feels like home. Cozy interior, nice music, awesome food, lekker cocktails. Muse Restaurant offer the most amazing choice of meals. Reasonably priced and excellent quality. Can highly recommend and be sure to book your table to avoid disappointment.

Very lovely place. Great music and ambience with a fire pit outside. Service was excellent, our server Maracille was attentive and very helpful. Pizza was great although a little soft in the base. Would definitely recommend stopping by for a relaxed evening if you're in the area.

Worst Steak we ever had. 6 ordered medium rare, 4 came well done, 2 might have been medium. Owners told us it wasn’t their problem. We still didn’t want to make a big deal about it and asked for some drinks instead… outcome was “the bad steaks are not our problem” Btw starters came after main dishes. Worst experience we had in 11 years of traveling South Africa.
