We
were
truly
disappointed
by
our
experiences
at
this
restaurant.
Unfortunately,
we
found
a
lack
of
love,
care,
and
pride
in
its
service.
It's
overpriced,
the
staff
seemed
clueless,
and
there
appeared
to
be
a
lack
of
effective
management.
We
cannot
recommend
it
unless
you
have
very
low
expectations
or
are
simply
attracted
to
the
expensive
decor.
My
husband
and
I
have
dined
at
this
restaurant
twice,
and
both
times
left
with
a
sense
of
disappointment.
Our
most
recent
visit
was
the
worst,
and
regrettably,
we
won't
be
returning.
The
poor
service,
or
rather
the
lack
of
service,
was
evident
despite
the
restaurant
being
nearly
empty,
with
seemingly
10
waitstaff
members
missing
from
the
scene.
We
attempted
to
speak
to
a
manager,
but
our
efforts
were
in
vain.
Upon
arrival,
we
overheard
another
customer
complaining
about
their
overcooked
steak,
which
deterred
me
from
ordering
steak,
given
the
high
price.
I
inquired
about
the
chicken's
tenderness
with
our
waiter,
and
she
suggested
cooking
it
medium
for
tenderness.
My
husband
and
I
were
taken
aback,
as
we
knew
you
can't
serve
chicken
medium-rare.
Unfortunately,
when
my
dish
arrived,
it
was
indeed
medium-cooked
chicken,
served
by
a
different
waiter.
We
asked
for
a
replacement,
and
the
chef
apologized,
explaining
that
the
previous
waiter
had
requested
nearly
raw
chicken
for
us.
Another
waiter
came
to
apologize
and
expressed
their
understanding
of
our
request.
Serving
raw
chicken
is
unacceptable.
Furthermore,
we
struggled
to
find
a
waiter
when
needed;
we
often
had
to
get
up
or
call
for
their
attention.
I
ordered
a
tomato
and
onion
salad,
which,
at
R75,
was
a
disappointment,
consisting
of
just
a
quarter
of
a
tomato
and
onion,
along
with
the
inedible
stem
of
the
tomato.
Throughout
this
experience,
we
never
saw
a
manager.
