Pros: excellent pizza, good location on the main road and in the city center. Pizza is hot and delicious, friendly staff. Cons: seating tables are few and not good (inside space is small and crowded, and outdoor [3 tables] is below average), no toliets available in this resturant. The building of this resturant needs upgrade to be at the same level as other Steers/Debonairs Pizza in other cities.

Waited 35 minutes for my order. The base and some of the ingredients ie onions were still raw. The Shift Manager was just sitting there at the front counter, doing nothing. Poor, poor, poor - no value for money.

They make the Pizza base from scratch resulting in the service being extremely slow for a take away joint,waiting time 30 mins plus. The good thing,it opens until late,9 pm.

Very bad service, waiting over an hour and 40min for one pizza, phoned them just to hear that it should’ve been here by 19:00 and it’s currently 19:45 and then he hang up on me, would not recommend!

As a French living near to Italy I wanted to say that your pizzas is the worst pizzas I never eaten in my life. You should really go to Italy to learn how to make a real pizza. Grazie 🇮🇹

If I could give the debonairs in Knysna 0 stars I would. Upon ordering a pizza Saturday 8 July both my partner and I got food poisoning. Seeing as the debonairs was the only food both of us had eaten for the whole day it is only logical that the food poisoning was caused by the food from their franchise. The so called manager is extremely unwilling to help, when I requested a refund, claiming that they had "tested" all 400 pizzas sold that day, which is a statement I found highly unlikely. Let this be an expensive lesson for everyone that you will pay for food that will make you ill with food poisoning, leaving you with extra costs to see a medical professional and loss of wages due to being unable to work. The food is a pathetic attempt and the manager even more.

Ordered the on the tripple last night with an additional cappi juice(delivery) . Our order took and hour and 45 minutes to be delivered to us. When it got here we never received the cappi juice. Our one pizza was not in the bag that keeps the pizza warm so it was ice cold. To top it all off, the pizzas were burnt to the point where the cheese was dark brown and the outside edges where as hard as rocks. Only could eat like half of the pizzas and did not even have the juice that we ordered and paid for to swollow it down with. We were hungry after the long wait so we ate because we did not want to wait any longer. Felt totally ripped off and disappointed as we are frequent customers here.

the worst service received ever, placed an order at the call centre just before 8 by 9 noticed the store is closing no order received. called the call centre was informed by the manager the order was never received... I have to go and buy food at the garage this time of the night women alone walking in the dark. I'm only giving 1 star for the fact that someone had the decency to pick up the phone

It's a chain restaurant that's very busy. They are not able to deliver on great service due to this.

Found a Green Baked Brummer fly/Brommer in our Trippel Decker! Very ,Very disgusting! Be very careful when you order a Trippel Decker at Debonairs Knysna, you never know what is packed in those layers!! I've lost my taste completely for pizza / Trippel Deckers !!!

45.minutes for a small pizza order. Not great at all and the shop was not even busy. Ended up cancelling our order and went elsewhere.

Good staff,triple decker can use more cheese inbetween the layers to keep them stuck and not fall apart. Not being back for a long time in South-Africa it feels like Deb's went backwards,I was looking forward to what I can remember as awesome pizza but now it's just meh.

Friendly staff. We waited outside because it was full. The cashier assistant brought the pizza to us outside and I also saw the cashier running around bringing the Pizzas to the guys waiting at their cars.

All is just ordinary about the place,nothing wow. No complaints. There is room for improvement

Absolutely PATHETIC! DELIVERY took 2+ hours. No feedback whatsoever. I had to phone the store multiple times, as to where they cannot find my order, BUT the help desk gets it on the system in a click. Eventually phones me to tell me they are on the way, I must wait outside. Been waiting 20min after the call, and the debonairs is exactly 900m away from me, according to google maps. Will never in my life make use of this branch again! Stores like these are the reason why people dont support Debonairs!!!!

Great job, delivered in a whopping 2 hours and even called to notify me on the status of my delivery. Pizza looked scrumptious on arrival. Top level service right here!

Your average Debonairs nothing fancy here. Staff are friendly 🍕 is ok but not my go to place for pizza as we like wood fire 🔥 pizza 🍕 and only order here when we need it to be delivered as it's free. Pizza was half 4 season s and half 3 cheeses🧀 With a big cheese griller in the crust.
