πŸ‘πŸ‘ This market has a wonderful atmosphere. The food is to die for. There's a good variety of stalls with great stuff. There's the cutest model train that you can ride and live music for entertainment... People often mention Sunday, market, stalls, delicious, lunch,

We took the short but scenic drive from Knysna to Totties again today and were not disappointed. Pleasantly surprised in fact. Covid -19 precautions in place. It was a grey, overcast day but we opted to sit outside where it was sheltered. Pleasant staff. The iced coffee was rich, creamy and delicious. We both opted for the lamb curry. It was a HUGE portion (I ate an adequate sufficiency and still took some away). Served with rice. Perfectly cooked. Dessicated coconut, delicious homemade chutney and chopped tomato and onion. A cute side salad in a metal mug. Beautifully presented and very fresh and tasty. The diners behind opted for the hamburgers that also looked massive and I heard them comment that it was the best hamburger they had ever tasted. Inside were humongous home made cakes that looked very decadent and fresh. Also various pieces of antique crockery for sale. Well worth a visit.

I highly recommend the Sunday buffet!! The foods are original and delicious. The style is admirable and the place is well kept and staff are friendly. Live music adds to the lovely atmosphere. This will definitely be at the top of my list when visiting Knysna.

Wow, what an amazing surprise to find this gem in the middle of nowhere. Situated in the most beautiful countryside of Rheenendal. It's astonishing to see all the effort that was done to make this restaurant absolutely fabulous. The garden areas are totally beautiful and the dinning area is really something to see. Each table are unique with ample seating. There are little nooks everywhere to give you privacy and the feeling of eating in nature. The childrens playground is well looked after and enough space for lots of children. The food is what we will expect from a 5 🌟 restaurant! The only difference is that it is very affordable. They have a great variety of dishes and deserts. The staff is very professional and you will feel most welcome from the moment you entry through the gates. I highly recommend Totties! The legacy lives on! The also roast their own Arabica Coffee β˜•

Situated in a beautiful area and a nice drive off the N2, there is nothing special about Totties Country Market. It’s a fairly small market, but it is child friendly which is nice. The best part of the market for us was the home cooked food on offer. We enjoyed the Butter Chicken and Oxtail with veggies. The portions are great for a decent price. It’s a nice outing if you are not from the surrounding areas, but there is little on offer to make this a regular visit.

Old world charm not far from Rheenendal. Photos do not do it justice. Calm and serene environment taking you back in time, old crockery and Oumas crochet lappies on the table add to the nostalgia. I would have given it 5 stars if the waiter gave me better service. Large portions seems to be the norm. I would highly recommend

What an amazing surprise of a place this is. Eclectic, antique feel with fantastic ambience. The veal pie was absolutely wonderful and the service was excellent. If you love to go off the beaten track you'll love this restaurant. Sit back, relax, appreciate the decor and saviour home made food!

Prettiest and greatest family market situated in Rheenendal. They're open on Sundays only, from 10am to 3pm. There's a great assortment of food and treats, as well as plenty of stalls to browse for pretty things such as jewellery, accessories, hats, home decor, etc. They also have nice kiddies play areas with swings, a play gym and trampolines, as well as the occasional mini train rides, not to mention the picturesque gardens to have lunch in or the beautiful farm-style seating options inside.

We had our miniature poodle on a leash, apparently some dog owners think their dogs do not require that and ours was almost bitten by a large black dog. On the brighter side we managed to buy Worlds Away pants from one of the stalls. Fantastic venue and atmosphere. Wanted a full breakfast, not available, we left and went to Belvidere Oak Leaf Cafe that is also pet friendly.

Love, love Totties! Stopped for breakfast and really enjoyed my omelette. Be sure to ask for their homemade bread with jam, it's delicious! The staff are wonderful too and the decor rustic. Will definitely return πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Hidden away from the madding crowds a lively, and lovely atmosphere while away the time with a Sunday lunch in the country. Really good selection of food to cater for all tastes. We'll priced antique knicknacks and other crafts available. Something different to do instead of the usual dreary Sunday. Take cash as cellphone reception for PoS payments is patchy.

A good suggestion for a Sunday family outing. Starting at 10:00 you will have enough time to sleep late and then drive towards Reenendal, about 12 km from the N2 on the west side of Knysna. Excellent place for a kiddie party, interesting craft market (although small). You can have a tasty Sunday lunch with dessert (R160) or buy ice-cream/coffee or a slice moist chocolate cake at one of the stalls. There is also a selection of cheese, jams and healthy treats. I saw people with their dogs. Rather phone and find out if you can take your dog along. My personal highlight was the little steam train. So must fun. You might have mobility problems with a wheelchair specially on rainy days. The ground surface is uneven. I am not an expert, so please dont let my review stop you from going. Lots of parking available, no entrance fee, on site toilets. Suggested time for this outing: at least 3 hours.

So glad the doors are still open. I hope the old Sunday lunch format will return, and be greatly supported. Enjoyed our meal this past Sunday. Just felt a bit rushed to depart. I feel it's such a lovely space and people should be encouraged to spend the whole afternoon.

An absolute gem. We went for Sunday lunch and it was delicious. It had a laid back farm stall vibe, and it was delightful. It was worth the drive, I will definitely go there again.

Best come hungry... it's very worth the wait! The charming antiques everywhere are a fun experience to look at and ponder about, but of course the variety of the most delicious, comforting food, spread out on the eclectic buffet tables is an absolute highlight. Options of healthy soup and salads, as well as indulgent warm treats, my fave was the pumpkin bake. Eating my food off the lovely vintage crockery made it even more enjoyable! Attentive and kind staff. Highly recommend for families and any travelers passing through Knysna!

Very cute, very fun market. Had quite a few artist stalls and had some superb food stalls. A bit of a tiny market and quick to go through, but do pay them a visit!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I enjoyed my time and food at 34 Degrees South. If you sit outside, you get treated to awesome views too of what can be described like Venice. Towards the latter part of the day, you'll see a gorgeous South African sunset (if there are no clouds). I had some wine by the glass, one of the few places...
