It was our first time taking a boat tour in Knysna. Our boat ride was with Knysna Boat Charters and it was a pleasure. Justin our captain was full of interesting information and anecdotes of the Knysna Heads, the surrounding area, the history. From the start we had a little introduction time with everyone on board which made good for conversation and getting to know each other. We can highly recommend Kynsna Boat Charters and their excellent service. Well done, team!

I really enjoyed your sunset boat cruise. Not only were the views stunning, but our guide shared a deep knowledge and understanding of the area on a wide array of topics. Truly commendable and very informative. I'd recommend the cruise to anyone wanting to enjoy a bit of nature and learn more about the area.

We were 5 people that went on the cruise on 7 October and all that I can say it was FANTASTIC. Vince the skipper is very knowledgeable about the area - learnt a lot from him. From the booking to the end of our journey with Knysna Charters was GREAT. Compliments to Bronwyn and the team!! If you plan a boat trip to the heads - use them!!! 10/10

Thought I'd try my rowing skills after 2 decades and I loved it...once I got the right way to turn the oars to steer the kayak in the right direction. Fortunately there wasn't a lot of traffic, so I got to practice calmly without bumping too many times 😅😅😅 It was an enjoyable experience.

We did the Oyster Tour and it was Great. Elmar was extremely knowledgeably about all things Knysna, he was hospitable and respectful. The best Oysters was served. An all round Great experience, well worth it.

What an amazing experiance not to miss put on with Knysna Boat Chartars - most welcome friendly and helpfull staff from the begining how to get there to assisting you enjoying your boat trip towards The Hrads. A fun experience to explore a different side of Knysna - kayaking! We booked for an hour and it was the perfect amount of time to leisurely kayak around through the lagoon. If you're looking for an outdoor activity, that's not too strenuous, this is it. We even had some time to stop over for some pics 🤪

We did the Knysna Lagoon Oyster Tour. Awesome experience. Still not "Oysters R Us" quality oysters (I know wild vs farmed) but very informative tour. A bit expensive though.

It was perfect! Boat was immaculate, guide was knowledgeable and he didn't talk too much, just enough to share info while still allowing peace and quiet to enjoy the beautiful scenery and gently lapping waves.

Perfect day out on the boat. Lovely skipper who was knowledgeable about the area and history. Definitely worth it.

We did the Knysna Heads Boat trip. It was really beautiful - the views are gorgeous and the experience was worth every penny. Wear a warm jacket and take sunglasses along.

We did 1 hour cruise to Kyasna Heads, We went without any bookings and most of other companies denied for afternoon cruise. Here we got a boat charter immediately, they charged 1200 ZAR for the tour. boat operator cum guide was too friendly. Boat was super clean and even provide warm blankets. Would recommend this company for boat charters

We had great guides - Vince and Faf. They shared interresting information and enjoyed the whole experience. Can highly recommend it. Even for non Oyster eaters :-)

Thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip. Both Vince & Faf were very friendly and done a great job making it fun in telling us all about oysters. Although I can't have oysters I was able to enjoy the wine. Recommended.

We booked an exclusive boat about a month before our trip. The weather was cloudy on the day we came, but the tour was ok. Wasn’t really what we expected, but not bad in general. However, one thing that I couldn’t comprehend was that the trip I booked was 90min, and the confirmation I got was 75min. And the service we eventually got was only 60min. I did check the duration with the owner who helped with our booking when I saw the 75min on the confirmation. They said 90min is fine. Yet the skipper finished it way much earlier and told us that’s how it works. 🤷🏼‍♂️Interesting. Then better advertise it as 60min on the website and confirmation next time. Misleading.

We had an amazing trip. Our guides were well informed and shared some interesting details about the area. We went on the Knysna Lagoon and Oyster tour and the oysters were delicious! We even got to shuck our own oysters. Definitely recommend this charter and tour to anyone looking for a great time in Knysna.

Had a great time at this guesthouse. Wendy is the perfect hostess and makes you feel at home. Breakfast is perfect every morning. Rooms gets cleaned daily. What a great experience. Most spectacular views
