Very good place to stay for families, specifically with small kids. Near and clean. You will enjoy both home like feel with all amenities and hotels like everyday cleaning with all toiletries etc…

We always read reviews before booking and after reading a lot of very positive reviews we came with high expectations. These expectations were exceded. Thank you Orange Inn. We will definitely be back.

We booked for a 3 nights stay. Arrived at 6 o clock and were told loadshedding from 8 till 10.30. Lady at reception handed us a solar light as big as a teacup for us to use. No prior warning when we booked that they have zero back up As a guest house at least warn your guests that they will have to sit in the dark for 3 nights. We left to stay at Simola hotel and requested our money back but to no avail. No response or refund to date. The bedroom smelled like cat wee. Not a nice experience

Top Class! Booking, Check-in was extremely professional. Room and bathroom are better than most 5 star Hotels. Super comfortable, clean. Great hospitality and great place to stay. Highly recommended, will definitely be back.

What a pleasant stay. We stayed in a self catering unit(no smoking indoors). Breakfast is available at an additional cost. Rooms were spacious and clean. Cleaning service was great. You leave in the morning and when you get back your room is spotless (love it). Swimming pool was ours to enjoy. Friendly service. Maria Venter runs the inn and also lives on the property. She is such a honey and so accommodating. The Inn is close to shops and the knysna waterfront is a mere 6min away. Will definitely book with them again.

It was top class. Staff were extremely helpful and even went beyond duty. Bedrooms were great, clean and fresh. To top all that was the breakfast or should I say feast. We will be back .

Great hotel, very clean, large room and even bigger restroom. The staff was very friendly, especially Marie Well done breakfast, simple but super delicious. Couldn’t ask for more.

The host and the staff are beyond the world of kindness and hospitality. The food is great and the inn itself has alot of facilities. The only downside I could say is that the bed we had sadly wasn't comfy, too big blankets - we didn't ask for a change, so this might have been possible. Overall the location and such is perfect. We were happy overall.

Orange inn was definitely a winner for this holiday. Charlotte and her team were exceptional and so welcoming. Food was great. Bed was super comfy and everything is really clean the wifi was not limited and strong. I love the small extras you don't get elsewhere like the honosty bar, swimming towels, clean pool. Owl room has a bath and shower which we never get anywhere else. Charlotte's recommendations were spot on and her assistance was unrivalled. We really enjoyed the simulating conversation over breakfast before our activities began. Our stay was like home away from home

We had a wonderful time at the Orange Inn. The breakfasts were amazing & Charlotte & the staff were so warm & friendly. Charlotte went the extra mile, giving us valuable information about Knysna & places we could visit each morning, which helped us a great deal. Whenever we visit Knysna again, this is where we'll stay, what a wonderful week we had there!
