The managing couple here was so helpful, friendly, welcoming and making us feel right at home. Pet friendly, more amenities than we expected. Shaun and his wife are the best, will definitely be our first choice for our next visit. Thank you so much.

We had a good nights rest. Staff was supper help full. Room price was good en we got alot for our rand. Also back up light was very usefull during load shedding.

Pretty and clean rooms. Beds were super comfortable. Ideally located on the main road. Very friendly staff.

Very pleasant stay; Harold was very friendly and helpful; great location with easy access to the mall and other amenities. My only issue was that the toilet paper was not replace for the duration of my 2 week stay. My colleague (who had a separate room), however, had his replaced a few times.

My wife and daughter booked for three nights, we left after the first night. noise from the rd was unbearable and we had no sleep. The couple on duty very friendly and helpful. For a holiday establishment, there was no backup power, during loadshedding we had to get the couple to open or close the gate. Wont go back

Incredible warm hospitality bestowed on all guest staying at the Knysna Inn. Our hosts were warm, inviting and extended our late check out without hesitation. The braai facilities was magically surrounded by trees and meticulous planters of all species. Full marks for a comfy bed, amenities, cleanliness and atmosphere truly wonderful. Top marks. Could not fault one thing during a two night stay! Support light given during load shedding was very thoughtful. Cannot fault this Inn on any platform of hospitality. Will definitely choose to stay at the Knysna Inn if available !

The rating is based on an abrubt and unprofessional response that was received when I send a reservation request. If this response from Knysna Inn is anything to go by, I seriously doubt a stay at Knysna Inn will be a good experience.

Love the place. location is amazing coz right across knysna inn you will find wimpy and the town mall so convenient and clean and safe I love the rooms such a beautiful place will definitely go there again keep it up Knysna inn one of my favorite places

Room needed attention, floor and taps. Parking is a problem. Noisy at night. Rat problem (told its a knysna problem). Manager very friendly and helpful. People were screaming till 02h30 in the street outside our room till I phoned the police.

Wasn't happy with the stay... The photos don't reflect how the place actually looks. The chemical smell (cleaning products that they use) burned our eyes so much that we couldn't stay another night. The parking was very tricky. And the worst of all was that what we though we booked was not what we got. They don't say on the site that there is actually 2 different hotels. One is a 3 star and the other a 4 star. The breakfast was also not very appetizing as the eggs were way too watery, bacon under cooked and the scones were super dry. There also wasn't a fridge in the room at the 3 star hotel.

The accommodation was sufficient, but the location is not 100% safe. It might have been before, but not anymore. However, the stay was pleasant and the hosts were helpful.

The room was very neat and clean. Very friendly hosts. A bit noisy with music playing in the complex. Two comfortable chairs to sit on while watching TV or having coffee would have been an asset. Allover a satisfying stay.

Our room faced the street so quite noisy. Otherwise it was great! Unit 10 is a large family unit with 2 rooms bathroom and kitchen with everthing needed. Safe parking.

We were a family of 4 . Kids had a separate room in our unit. Unit was clean and comfortable. Missed not having an aircon but fans worked fine on the night.

We booked here for a hiking trip for one night and paid in full. 3 Days before the hiking trip my husband broke his anckle and we had to cancel. She refused to refund our money. We asked if we could move the booking to another date once my husband recovered and she refused. So basically, she stole our money.
