The flat that we had was two floors above the undercover secure parking. It was a one bedroom flat well maintained and fully equipped. A daily cleaning service is provided if required at an extra charge. The staff were efficient and helpful and help was available to assist with baggage. The residence was in easy walking distance to Knysna Quays and all facilities. Thynisson Island is also walkable as is the Town center.

Stunning accommodation! Didn't see much of the staff or management as we were in late on a Monday night and out early on a Wednesday morning. Rooms were huge with incredible views, amazing amenities, and comfortable beds, couches, etc. Would definitely look at staying there again should I travel to Knysna.

Top notch accomodation on the canals at the Knysna Waterfront. Very well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Right next door to the waterfront with easy access to a number of restuarants and shops.🤙😎🇿🇦🇿🇦

We were kindly escorted to our unit by Gloria who was happy to show us around. Our unit was spotless and neatly furnished with everything we needed. Our stay was too short but we will return and most definitely recommend the place

Absolutely Stunning with such Beautiful views overlooking the lagoon with plenty of activities with small speed boats coming & going & some Huge Yachts in the Lagoon. The Apartment we were in was so Beautiful & Big. Wow if I lived in Knysna I would love to stay in an Apartment like this one as you stand on the Balcony & you look into the 34 South Restaurant & smell all that lovely food. Its been such a pleasure staying here with all the Restaurant's within walking distance. The Best of all is that the Apartments have security gates to come in & go out & a security door so you can go in & out to the shops & restaurants. If you are coming to Knysna on holiday be sure to book one of these Holiday Apartments you wont be sorry.

A great venue. Our apartment was well appointed and a lot of thought went into providing the necessities as well as luxuries. Great view and well placed to access facilities ie resturants and town centre.

Beautiful place. It really looks like a hotel. The only problem was we booked a 2 room apartment, but when we arrived they gave us 2 1 room apartments. They messed up the bookings and we had to suffer. The lady 'forgot her name' rudely told us if we dont like it she can reimburse us, knowingly we cant drive all the way to Cape Town. I think they should get rid of her. Other then that we really had a wonderful time.

Stayed in 3 different apartments all of which have been very comfortable. Kitchens have all been well equipped with everything you could need. All the staff really nice and helpful. Excellent location with shops and restaurants close by on the waterfront and just a short walk into town. Recommended.

This is the only place we go too.Ideal for all the resturants and Close to Knysna.Very clean nice place to relax.

Had a lovely stay at No 10 Quay West. Well equipped and clean. Enjoyed being in the waterfront. Oh, and although I was a bit worried about the noise it wasn't a problem at all.
