We had a wonderful dinner on the Thursday. Very a accommodating and the chef did a fine job. I am Vegan!! The waitress and front of house all great!! Thank you!!

Cannot rate highly enough. We had a wonderful stay and the best breakfast I have had in years. A “must stay” if you are in the area. Sue made us feel truly welcome.

Great place, amazing friendly people, very cosy atmosphere with classic colonial rooms and shared spaces. Very good service, excellent in house dining as well (upon request). Very nice location overlooking the Lagoon. Recommend this anytime.

Incredible stay at the hotel. The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful, the views are amazing and the estate is just beautiful. Our room had view over the whole bay, was pretty spacious and very clean. The hotel features the vibe of a New England cottage. If you find this charming, it's an incredible place to stay.

Absolutely superb stay at this lovely grand old hotel. The welcome was very warm - we were very pleased and surprised by welcome drinks - and the verandah is a wonderful place to watch the night fall. We’d pre arranged dinner and were so glad we had. The food was wonderful. We had some sad personal news during the meal and the staff were very kind and considerate. We stayed in room six which was huge - the bed a triple! And the bathroom was huge and well equipped too. A huge thank you to our lovely hosts. Highly recommended.

Falcons View Manor is a cosy place located at the top of a hill which offers great scenic views. The rooms are tastefully decorated, each one different in it's own way. The staff and service is impeccable and they make you feel at home. A lot of attention is paid to the little things which make all the difference between a good stay and a great stay. I would recommend staying here rather than a hotel any day.

Gorgeous Victorian house now a hotel. Sue couldn't do more for us and our rooms were very comfortable. Fantastic views from the porch over the lagoon and The Heads.

Great views of the town and lagoon.luxurious rooms. Beautiful gardens especially to enjoy breakfast in. Cosy fireplaces in main building and great lounges to relax. Only gripes were the ac in our room did not warm the place at all deapite checking the setting several times and the pillows were too soft for my liking.

A house with over 100 years history, a wonderful view from the top of the city. Great rooms with wonderfull decorative details. Friendly and warm and very helpful service makes you feel home from the first second! Best breakfast!

I stayed here 2 evenings on my way between Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. The property is located on a hill overlooking Knysna and the headlands with stunning sunsets from the veranda. The rooms were spacious, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Perfect way to spend 2 relaxing days, I'll fondly remember watching the sun set on the veranda with a gin and tonic in my hand. Highly recommended!

Paradise in every aspect. Fantastic welcome, beautiful, massive room with a patio and wonderful garden view. The main house worth walking around too due to its historical meaning. Breakfast outside, delicious and full of choices. Exceptional service and the best of all the restaurant is a hidden gem. We stayed and dined in every night as the dishes served were second to none. Night after night we were surprised by yet another magical dinner. The restaurant is only open to those staying in the hotel and those who know to telephone and book in advance. Now that you know about it, do it! Every moment of our stay was a delight and the staff just couldn't do more for you. They even washed our car free of charge and without us asking for it. On the day of our wedding anniversary there was a lovely letter and a bottle of bubbles awaiting us in the room. We felt so at home it was difficult to be leaving every day for our day trips! It is a bit of a hike up from town but you are rewarded with amazing view from the veranda surrounding the house. We can't wait to come back!
