Absolutely disgusting! The staff and their buddies had a lekker kuier until way after midnight! No regard for the residents no regard for covid regulations! No masks. Had to dodge all the vomit in the car park this morning, sis!! They Insisted on cash so I wonder if the owner actually got his money?

Horrible, people that stays here invites their friends, so it’s very noisy and no secure parking. The owner also don’t want to speak with you about any problems. Stay away from this place.

The staff are exceptionally noisy and don't have any regard for guests. I confronted them as this was not acceptable and is stated that there may not be any noise after 10 (company policy). After the complaint it took an additional 15min for staff to stop with their noise and shenanigans. Among arrival clean bedding had to be requested. Would not recommend this institution to any person.

I travel quite a lot. Knysna N2 lodge was literally my worst experience ever. Very unhelpful staff. Sometimes very rude. What annoyed anyone the most is the fact that the employees hang out more than the Guests, so it's quite hard to tell if they're on duty or not. Worst case scenario. The one employee (lady) takes another man into "her room" with her every night....that says quite a lot. My friend's bag/clothes were stolen. It was hard to tell after that if it wasn't the same man who hangs out there every night or not. We complained to the owner and she made several promises while we were there. After we left there, we heard nothing from her again until today. IN SHORT. I WOULD NOT ADVISE MY ENEMY TO EVER USE KNYSNA N2 LODGE

Very friendly staff and clean units. The units are priced for what you get. You might need a certain level of noise tolerance from the other occupants and the road to have a restful night. Cigarette smoke from the veranda ends up in the rooms. Some mattresses need to be replaced.

Had the best stay ever with friendliest staff up to the owner also tolerating our naughty toddlers. Very neat nd clean would definately go again.. Tinkles jys die beste♥️

Friendly staff. Rooms and furniture a bit dated and can be upgraded. Good location.

Shockingly unfriendly staff! Perhaps the least communicative and amicable service I’ve had during my one month stay in South Africa. The rooms are clean though! But be warned that there are no fans and it is swelteringly hot at night. Also the floors and walls are unbearably creaky and will keep you up into the wee hours of the morning. Swimming pool looks more like a fish pond in size and color.

My visit to N2lodge was great. Even if their interior wasn't 5 star, we were welcomed with open arms by the lady manager and were welcomed like family. It was restful and no unnecessary loud noices. The extra bonus was the free wifi.
