I stayed at the Lodge with my husband and 3 children aged 13 and under. Although it is right opposite the beach, and the food was good, I am giving it 5 stars mainly for the friendly staff and excellent service. All staff seemed genuinely delighted that we had stopped by for 7 nights, and were equally happy to see us early for breakfast, or at 10 pm for a drink. A very happy spot to spend some time.

We had a great lunch for 27 ladies. They did a special menu for our group and the food was lovely. The service was good . Rene and Innocence looked after us. All the ladies were happy. I would recommend it.

What a wonderful and peaceful experience we had at the lodge. It was fortunate for us that we where the only guests, but non the less, I cannot imagine a more idyllic island villa feel. The staff where super friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Having an honesty bar was awesome. And when we wanted to have a braai, they kindly supplied us with all we would need. I will definitely be coming back, next time I'm in Kysna. Thanks to you all!!!

A gorgeous place in a gorgeous place. The staff was superb. The room was well kept. It overlooks the bay - fascinating to watch the tide come and go. Truly dramatic changes in the water/ocean level. We had two dinners there and I highly recommend it. They were delicious. The beds were comfy. We were there in the winter, but still lots to do - beach running, kayaking, and morning strolls. The pool is/was open, but it wasn't pool weather :( .

We only visited the lodge's restuarant/kitchen for dinner (Daniela's) and it was very good. Innocent is a great sport! It is very relaxing and beautiful. The price for the food is a little bit expensive for what you get I think.

One of my highlights during our garden route tour was calling this place home for a few days. What a beautiful lodge with exquisite views. The hosts were very helpful and nice. Very highly recommended 👌

We were booked into this lovely accommodation for a music tour we were on. A gorgeous lodge with a beautiful view. The rooms are stunning, and they even placed a hot water bottle under the blankets for when we got back to the room. Very helpful manageress. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning with a lot of detail to small little things, even a hot water bottle waiting for my feet when I got into bed, wow.. We were so impressed with the underfloor heating ,decor and amnesties The breakfast was delicious. Innocent and personal all very charming and helpful Will definitely come to visit again. Great place to stay, Rooms are specious and well kept and stuff was very friendly except for a lady by the name of Cher who ruined our experience. We were not told that some of the services they offer are charged, such as water and soft drink in the mini fridge provided in our room and Ironing services are at a cost. Right after we dropped the keys and checked out, we received WhatsApp messages and emails from Cher which were very impolite, arrogant and ignorant. She even threatened us by telling us that she has our car registration, and that she will be informing other establishments about us. When we returned back to the lodge to settle the "so called" bill, we found that she included incorrect items on our bill, and her excuse was they have new staff hence the errors. Her rudeness is not of someone who should be working with people. Very unhappy with the way she treated us.
