The
room
that
we
booked
ended
up
being
a
little
disappointing.
It
was
quite
a
bit
smaller
then
it
appeared
in
the
pictures
and
the
room
requires
some
maintenance.
The
provided
coffee
in
the
room
was
Chicory,
and
the
provided
salt
and
pepper
shaker
was
broken.
The
kitchenette
was
hardly
stocked
with
anything,
the
time
screen
on
the
microwave
was
broken,
a
ceramic
portion
of
the
toilet
was
broken,
the
TV
remote
had
dead
batteries
when
we
got
there,
and
the
bathroom
door
required
a
large
amount
of
force
to
open
or
close
it.
That
being
said,
it
is
in
a
good
location,
with
an
excellent
restaurant
(Muse)
across
the
road.
There
is
an
in-room
safe,
and
the
view
of
the
lagoon
is
absolutely
stunning
(picture
attached).
There
is
a
provided
breakfast
as
well
that
is
quite
good
with
another
beautiful
view
of
the
lagoon.
Nevertheless,
the
lodge's
manager
is
truly
the
best
part
of
this
place.
He
was
friendly
and
welcoming.
He
walked
us
up
to
the
room
and
offered
to
help
with
our
luggage.
He
then
informed
us
of
the
history
of
Lagoon
Lodge,
and
ensured
that
we
had
everything
we
needed.
We
forgot
to
select
the
breakfast
option
during
our
booking,
but
knowing
this,
he
was
quick
to
offer
us
breakfast
on
the
house
for
our
first
morning.
He
then
personally
took
our
orders
and
proceeded
to
come
join
us
at
the
table
with
a
map
where
he
showed
us
several
locations
that
we
could
go
explore.
He
brought
a
laptop
and
showed
us
pictures,
and
told
us
everything
that
we
may
encounter
on
our
journey.
This
manager
made
this
stay
quite
enjoyable
and
he
pointed
us
towards
some
incredible
views.
He
is
a
very
friendly
guy
and
makes
Lagoon
Lodge
a
very
enjoyable
experience.
