Papillon Bleu has n excellent view of the bay, owner is friendly, was clean, quite and as advertised on their website, better than the photos. We enjoyed our stay at Papillon Bleu, would definitely recommend it for other people to stay at.

What a lovely experience my husband brought me here for my birthday, the location is easy to find. We were greeted by our friendly host Veronica. The Place is majestic over looking the ocean at Brenton on sea . At first sight the balcony area reminded me of the "The Aladin" movie it's so breathtakingly beautiful. We spent hours by the pool and it's so quiet and peaceful. We were also able to bring our puppy with as the place is pet friendly so for me that was the highlight as I was not prepared to spend my December with out him. For those of you who love eating it is fully self catering. One days stay is just not enough. I'm so grateful this place still exists and Brenton has recovered and majority of the places still stands after the fire . It's a stay that will stay in your heart forever.

I was in Holiday in papillon blue knysna from 19 th November to 21 November 4 days.We had only one set of towels for four days imagine in summer we wash twice daily. We were issued with only one toilet paper paper for 4 days two people. After departure we were billed for R4500 for damages.Drawers and sasauge stain ,yes we were aware of sausage stain, but the owner drop the bill to R2 225.We explain to her that we're only eating it's only assume that spattered on the table. She still threatened us about the lawyer's and drop the bill R750 ,This behaviour is poor disrespect and told her we don't afford to pay small stain for R750.She got dogs and not everybody is friendly to dogs. She must stop threatening us with bills and lawyer's

We had a lovely, huge room over looking the Indian Ocean. The owner, Veronica, was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this place!
