Saturday evening, long lines both in and outside,scotching hot and no sufficient AC. One persin helping at the counter. To top it all off, card machines aren't working and nobody cared to make an announcement. So you stand in a long line only to be told you can't pay at the counter. Very disorganized like the rest of Port Elizabeth.

This KFC has a new drive-thru look. It's now way quicker than the other drive-thru KFCs. It's advisable to enter via Albany than Cape Road. The staff are professional, friendly, and respectful, above all patient. The waiting time is short, unless you order some uncommon items on the menu, but you are less likely to wait for more than 5 minutes. A great place to grab some quick bite. The new curbside collection is amazing. When you order online they have two bays that one can use. The staff are somehow slow. Lastly, during busy days the way cars queue can be frustrating. Some cars come in from Cape Road and some from Albany making it difficult for people to adhere to the first come first serve concert. This need to be addressed somehow. Unfortunately, this is still a challenge.

Their service is pathetic as well as their customer care agents! I filled out the survey and the customer care line wasn't working when they called me so I hung up because I kept saying hello and no one answered. I then received an email that they tried to contact me I should provide an alternative number. I responded to the email and still haven't received a call back, it's been 2 months. DO NOT ORDER THE BOX MASTER HERE! The box master has gotten substantially smaller while the price has increased - shameful The store can be packed with customers waiting for their orders, all standing looking at them and the staff take their time to get the orders out all while still having time for them to fool around while customers are standing and looking at them waiting on their order. They just renovated the place, seems like they replaced the old staff as well with incompetent staff. This use to be one of the best kfcs

The food was fresh, which was a great win. We ordered online and checked in before leaving home, but by the time we got there the food wasn't started. The lady who assisted me was attentive and made sure my order was out ASAP, which I appreciated.

There service is bad if you want to go to the KFC which is open 24 hrs. I waited more then an hour in the drive thru.

Their food is always top notch well cooked and doesn't smell rotten. Fresh golden chicken. All Port Elizabeth should come here. I don't even attempt other stores anymore.

Best Damn KFC I've ever had! Even better than the states where it's from, and I hadn't had this in nearly 7 years. Crispy and juicy, not oily and greasy. Just like the founder intended.

Really appreciate the friendly helpful service and the prices suited our pocket. Atmosphere is good and clean and nice, tra-la-la❤

my friends and i bought food there last week and the zinger wings were truly disappointing to say the least ...the wings looked like they were from premature chicken and as if it was cooked numerous times

I ordered a buy 1 get 1 free on uber eats the dunked crunch burger and I made 2 orders, I only received 3 burgers one was missing. Im not happy at all!

Best service I've had! Staff is so nice and friendly. Food was excellent other KFC's chicken is half cooked and oily, Albany road really is the better one. Well done, this branch's staff is excellent!

KFC from Albany Road (N) is always delicious, I don't go to any other branch except Albany Road. Keep it up guys we really enjoy your service.

Gentlemen taking my order was friendly and did not sound like a robot when talking over the intercom ordering system. When arriving at the window to collect order was ready and food nice and warm. One little snag is the way the drive thru is designed. As customers are sometimes inconsiderate when parking so entering and exiting the drive thru is not as simple as it looks.

Friendly staff. Chicken was fresh and well baked. Definitely one of the few KFC's with a good service delivery.

KFC's are uselss establishments. So many times I have just left after being told I can't have what we want to order. Go to McDonalds if you want efficient and reliable service!

Long queue, not secure as beggars pester you while you are waiting. Perfect opportunity for grab and run thief.

Generally a great experience but they can get super busy and they have improved a lot in terms of the customer experience and yes they tend to prioritize the drive through So.. choose carefully what really helps if if you order online and then just pick it up via drive through or instore

The store was super busy but the ladies team we on top of their game. We must not keep quiet when people are performing so well under tremendous pressure. Keep it up guys.

ATTENTION! Strangers enter the store in official attire and pretend to be KFC employees. They go to the cash register in front of the real employees and keep the credit card of one of the guests. After that, drive away with the credit card. The security watches helplessly and does nothing. Even when you are ask for help. The other employees just watch.

KFC Albany is very quick. Rather walk in and order your food. Went there at lunch time and literally waited 5-10 mins and I was back at the office with my order.
