I went to the hospital for the first time on 08 June 2021. I was impressed by the friendliness of the security as well as their helpfulness. As it is a provincial hospital I knew waiting is the norm. I have no problem with that. When I was called forward to register, the clerk was also very friendly and patient. The person who did the sonar did not just do her job for the sake of doing it, but really tried to see what the problem was. The hospital, from what I saw, is clean and tidy. My compliments.

I take my friend to Riversdale Hospital to visit her father for the last time. They allowed her for one hour to say good bye. He died om 21September 2021. My second visit was last Tuesday for x-rays. I love this hospital. All the personnel was very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff and helpful security. Neat government hospital with professional staff. I am impressed with everyone's care and friendly/ empathetic patient care. The building itself needs a little spruce up on the outside ie clean roof/ gutters and cut away plants from the direction sign on the outside.

I can complement the Staff and acting Doctors for their loving and kind assistance and care we have received with our 87 year old mother who was admitted twice due to fragile lungs and diabetics. We were overwhelmed with the friendly loving care. Thank you Riverdale Hospital.
