Just wondered how many customers check their till slips for purchases in store, especially in the food department. I occasionally do check my till slip and more often than not find a difference between the marked price and the till price. It isn't worth going back to the store to query it so I just let it pass. Today, I purchased prepacked Brinjall marked at R22.99. The till scanned R24.99. It isn't a big deal R2.00 Just thought I should share.

I cannot always pay for a R6 bag whenever I have forgotten my bags in the car or at home. They need to have some other means of carrying our groceries when we don't want to go the expensive route of that linen bag......adawyz happy with Woolies......

The clothing section has limited variety compared to other Woolies stores around the country. The food section is well stocked. Helpful staff.

Woolworths Knysna. I only have good thoughts of this Woolworths branch. The reason is that whenever we come here from Cape Town, then it is when we are on holiday. We always stop at Woolies to buy some hot meals, as they sell halaal meals. I have no complaints as the staff are always lovely and the store always has what I am looking for. 👌

Although it was a good and well stocked Woolworths, The long life milk had expired by a month which was very disappointing. I didn't notice at first so had to come all the way back to return it and when I went to the shelf to get a replacement I noticed that every one of the flavoured long life milks was expired!

Very disappointed with the level of floor management in the food section. I arrived at the store this morning at 9.00am on the 23rd September to purchase a few items on promotion only to find that the promotional pricing had already been removed. The broadsheet clearly states that the promotion ends on the 24th. This is not the first time this has happened at this store.

This is a great Woolworths with really helpful staff, a good selection of foods and a nice clothing section. It’s just the right size.

Many items out of stock. Staff battling to keep Shelves packed. Aisles way to small for huge trollies. Stupid new store lay-out. Always a nightmare this time of year for both staff and customers. Come on management do something, it must be terrible for staff to work under these conditions at this time of the year.

Always with good products. The Knysna shop is quite cramped for space though. That was quite a while ago. It is now 2022 and they have enlarged the shop but the food section is still cramped. The range of clothing is quite limited. Aimed more at mid market and lower.

Woolworths Knysna is very busy over the Christmas season. I did a Click and Collect order and did not check the bags. Got home to find one was missing and I arranged to pick it up the next morning. I know it is not really incumbent on the customer to check their order but considering the time of year it is not such a difficult thing to do. My bag was waiting for me with a beautiful bunch of flowers as an apology. 😊 Thank you Woolies for brightening my day.

I found this store to be an excellent store although the variety is limited because it's small. Maybe it's because that it caters for the small community in Knysna. The service is very good and the store is fresh.

Knysna Woolworths was upgraded and enlarged during 2020/2021. Consequently it is a well laid out and pleasant store in which to shop. Being in Knysna, it is smaller than the Woolworths stores in larger metropolitan cities and of needs does not have the capacity to stock the wide variety of goods to be found in those stores. The men's clothing and homeware sections do not carry the full range to be found in the larger stores. There is no Country Road or Trenery in store. It is the service in this Woolies which distinguishes it from the larger stores. The staff are very, very friendly, provide excellent service and when they see one is struggling or not finding what one is seeking, they unsolicitedly offer their services to assist one. I experienced this service in both the supermarket and men's clothing sections. It was a joy to receive such excellent and friendly service.

I love WW Knysna. A pity there is no restaurant. It woukd do very well!

As with all Woolies shops it is great, only not much clothing in the kids range sadly.

Always find what I need except the tiramisu cakes sell out too fast!

Its small but adequate for last minute food shopping or specific items. Do not expect what you'll find in a mall as most of the brands and lines are not stocked. The clothing section stocks generic items and styles for older people. for parking rather use the main mall parking and not the Spar or Game section as those bays and isles are very narrow and nicks and scrapes are plenty.

Only was here once but it's decently big and has lots of products that every other store . Did not buy clothes but grocerys but the clothing there also looks nice but has wonderful service

Nice Woolworths, good variety of clothes which is nice, the queues just take forever in December. Just to note. They don’t have any vegan options.
