I left Viva gym PE a year ago as I moved away. From the start of 2023 they start spamming me with sms messages about every week. I reached out to their head office so that they can remove my contact details and they confirmed that it is removed.... I am still being spammed. By giving Viva your cellphone nr. you should mentally prepare yourself for a lifetime of spamming...

Great gym... Open, airy and well equipped. Friendliness and the most helpful gym staff in the world! I don't even miss the fact that this gym has no pool.

A lovely and clean gym however equipments could increase in quantity to benefit users especially during peak hours. It has a lovely chill area, studio with regular classes, and a cycling room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Shower head are fixed and immovable, and shower cubicles are without shower gel.

All I can really say is well done viva gym walmer. I've been training at profiles gym in Port Elizabeth for 4 years and have gotten used to bad customer service, bad equipment, poor maintenance to facilities and cold showers. I have been at viva for 2 weeks now and it feels like a premium gym. Amazing customer service, amazing gym facilities that are all well maintained and industry leading equipment. Honestly the best gym in Port Elizabeth. Go give it a look for yourself and I promise you won't regret it.

Miss led me into a contract I didn't want and did not make aware of the terms and conditions I followed up on this problem but my emails have been ignored for weeks horribly service and customer care

I've got to say i have been gyming at this gym for 3 years now and not once did the staff treat me with disrespect, they maintain their equipment very well, so the equipment is always in good condition and if something breaks it's immediately fixed the next day, where some gyms fix their broken equipment the next week only. The equipment in itself is fantastic, there is enough and good quality equipment. And also if your looking for an affordable gym THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Keep up the good work Viva gym😀😉

Recently started gymming at Viva and in the first week we had a few small concerns, but it seems that Viva is very quick when it comes to solving issues, which is a huge plus! The gym is extremely clean at all times and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Sign up was super easy and the contract is straight forward with no loopholes. We really look forward to continue our fitness journey in this beautiful and top-quality gym.

Great one of the best gyms I've been to. The staff is friendly and welcoming the equipment is clean, clearly labelled and there's enough for everyone even during peak hours. The overall environment is great from lifting weights to their workouts classes (which there's plenty to choose from ) whether you are a beginner or a experienced athlete this gym will accommodate you perfectly

Definitely my favourite gym. You get everything you need for a great price, and I love the flexibility of a month-to-month option. It costs a little extra but I don't have to worry about cancelling a contract when I move around for work. Awesome service, keep it up!

Great ambiance..really enjoy training..clean lockers and shower facilities.. Only thing i feel is that there should be People to assist on the floor to help new members and also just to engage with the members.. But over all it is a better then many other expensive gyms..

I joined last year (2016) then disappeared for a couple months and went back again coz it's such a great gym with lots of space and even at peak hour, there's a few equipment available. The staff is very helpful and supportive and always greet with a smile :) Thanks Viva!

Went to SA, PE for a short trip after 12 years. Viva Gym Walmer staff was super friendly, amazing and helpful. Great gym, great equipment, vast dumbell range, great cardio and circuit machines. I paid third the price for my visitor visits than I would have at Virgin Active. If you don"t wanna swim, but you wanna gym go Viva!

The staff at the door is very welcoming, signed up yesterday with excellent customer service. Meaningful smiles and conversations, how could i not join. My sister and i were very impressed. Did our first class today and we enjoyed every part of it. The trainer was top notch and motivating. Signing up is easy and cancellation is also easy. Viva Gym does not trap you in any way.
