Great hotel. Ice cold AC, nice bar, super friendly and helpful staff. Scooter to rent in the hotel. Hotel is almost brand new, so everything is new and nice and functional. Roof top bar service was understaffed and slow. We left after 30 min of not getting our order. About 2 blocks from the old city wall, very easy walk, not as ideal as being within the city wall, but still very convenient. For IHG members this hotel is significantly better than the Holiday Inn. The AC and breakfast specifically.

Clean modern hotel ideally located close to plenty of restaurants and things to walk to (castle, square, church, old town). Also close to the train station (for intercity travel) and plenty of street car options for getting around the city. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very bright and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t included in our rate but we had it one day. Lots of options and tasty food.

We had a brilliant stay here in February, the rooms are so well designed and we loved the heated floor. We used the sauna every night and there was never anyone using it which was amazing. Thank you hotel indigo! We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Krakow.

Lovely place combining traditional architecture with modern elements. Spacious, nicely decorated rooms. Excellent breakfast and great dinner options onsite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great: The hotel is in a quiet street but just a short walk away from the old market square.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo in Krakow and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. The hotel itself has a beautiful, modern design with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. But what really sets Hotel Indigo apart is the food. The meals I had during my stay were simply amazing - some of the best I've had in Krakow. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Krakow to go to the hotel's restaurant for dinner. The combination of the great atmosphere, attentive staff, and delicious food makes for an unforgettable dining experience. Overall, I had an excellent stay at Hotel Indigo and would definitely come back again.

We were not disappointed, we found this to be an excellent well managed hotel. Staff plentiful, caring and very helpful. Very easy to stay here stress free secure and comfortable. Very very clean. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Krakow. Situated in a nice quiet area a short and pleasant walk from the main square and shops. The room was clean fresh and comfortable with everything you would expect provided, there is an easy to use safe and hot water straight away. Showers are great. Bath robes and slippers provided. If I visited Krakow again I would prefer to stay here. Thank you Hotel Indigo Krakow for making our stay enjoyable. Colin & Andrea.

Beautiful hotel. Just a short 10 minute walk from the main square. Rooms are lovely and the hotel is very well kept. It's very peaceful and the staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. We had an early tour one morning and the hotel did a packup lunch for us. The breakfast is excellent as well. We did not get chance to eat in the restaurant in the evening as it wasn't open on the days we were there but it was highly reviewed too. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff nothing too much trouble. Good breakfast, only comment I would make is the standard double room was a little small, although everything was well decorated and lovely bathroom.Easy 10 to 15 minute's walk into main square, beautiful city.

Very nice hotel. Room clean and modern. Quite hard American style bed. But liked it. Near to the center of the city. All in walk distance. Staff very nice and helpful. English spoken. Nearby is a market with amazing polish food. Right outside the hotel. Parking is difficult if you come between 9-18.

Had a wonderful week staying in this lovely hotel, the room was fab and the bed was so comfy! The rainfall shower and toiletries were of very high quality. The buffet breakfast was lovely and staff were excellent. Cannot praise this hotel enough 👍👍👏

fabulous hotel. Very elegant, 5 minutes walking from Krakow central station on the edge of the old town. the hotel and rooms oozes elegance. the room is very convenient , quiet and bed was very comfortable Didn’t have much contact with personnel but what i did - they were profesional and kind. Breakfast is standard but definitely enough and good quality of cold and hot dishes. didn’t try the gym or restaurant other than breakfast. All in all a nice gem in the heart of Krakow.

Hotel Indigo Krakow - Old Town is a superb choice if close proximity to the Old Town, excellent restaurants, night life, a variety of shopping, and historic tours is what you want from your stay. The rooms are stylish with a historic nod and an carefully constructed maximalism that echos the historic attributes ofnthe neighborhood. The room service is exceptional, both house keeping and food service are poliet and attentive. The food is at a very high standard (6 breakfasts with consistent quality). I stayed 13 nights, and I have booked again with this hotel fornmy next visit.

I am a frequent traveller and old customer of Indigo/Kimpton Hotels. I have been already in this hotel and fully satisfied. This time the experience was really bad: my room (101) with two windows ,one blocked, the other a shame (see pictures). Room with king bed, paid full fare and " upgraded" at check in. I cannot imagine where they would have me hosted if not with the "upgrade ". Being on the first floor and close to the stairs customers where walking up and down nearby. Check out without a word about my customer experience and without asking at least if I needed a taxi to go tinte Airport. Auful experience with an,otherwise great IHC company.

At the age of 66 and having lived in 3 continents- I have spent many nights in hotels. This stay is definitively one of the best! Upgraded to a corner room with huge bed and lots of light from the 4 windows. Nice decoration. And then the breakfast that also is one of my top hotel breakfasts. The restaurant Filipa18 with a very nice menu. And then the bar with the perfect Negroni’s (when the bartender with long hair prepared them). Reception also brilliant to interact with. I never saw the cleaning lady but wow the work she did.

The hotel is in a great location a short walk from the main square in the old town but is very peaceful. The Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and the room had everything we needed. I cannot fault this hotel and would recommend for anyone planning a trip to Krakow.

Beautiful hotel in a really easy/excellent location for exploring. The room was lovely and I had the best night’s sleep on the fantastic mattress and pillows. My room was extra quiet too. I didn’t hear anyone. The bar was very pretty and the cocktails were perfectly made. Room service one night - it was really delicious. My only complaint was breakfast-the coffee was not very good, the buffet was small, and the eggs I ordered one morning were not cooked enough (I love a runny yoke but the whites were also runny). I hate to even say this because the rest of my stay was perfection and the staff were quite friendly. I will definitely return but maybe skip breakfast.

Great location. Excellent service. Good breakfast. Nice room, although for us the mattress was very hard and a first sleepless night along with no pillow options. However, the housekeeping team were able to add another topper to the mattress, enabling us to get a better night's sleep. Totally understand that comfort is subjective however if you prefer more give in your mattress, ask for a topper. Shower was very good although a bath would have been great after a long day exploring. Picky maybe but did enjoy the stay.

Small boutique like hotel. Nice and professional staff. Comfortable rooms. Rooftop terrace closed in fall/winter, but lobby bar is decent. Would stay here again in the future.

A very nice Indigo hotel close to the city Centre. Parking situation is aweful. The hotel only has two spots next to a market. Staff is super friendly. I would recommend it for leisure and business.

My friend and I stayed here the other night.. (I’ve stayed here before a few times, both with my sister and alone and it's always been wonderful). The service, as usual was incredible (especially Pawel). Hospitality in this hotel is top notch. The food is delicious. The hotel is simply just amazing. What else could one ask for? 6 stars. Bravo hotel Indigo krk! :)

This hotel and its employees are treasures. The hotel: Gorgeous, nice design with unexpected details. Very good location in close walking distance (5-10 min) to the heart of Old Town. Rooms are unique and comfortable. On the top floor, we had skylights and a very nice view. The restaurant, Filipa 18, is outstanding. Ubers know where it is (always a plus!). The employees: Everyone went above and beyond to make our 3-night stay a wonderful experience. From the front desk, to the bar, to the restaurant and housekeeping, all of the hotel employees we encountered were very hospitable and eager to ensure we were happy. Basically- great hotel, great service- what more could you ask for?

We stayed at this hotel during a short city break to Krakow and really enjoyed the experience. Our allocated room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean as was the well equipped shower room. There were coffee making facilities and ingredients replenished daily as were the towels and toiletries. The bed was large and comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. There was a free safe in which valuables could be secured. Breakfast was in the restaurant and the good selection of food was beautifully prepared and presented and the staff very helpful. All in all a really enjoyable experience!

What a lovely boutique hotel. Cleanest and nice decor. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. One of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Right next to farmers market where you can buy local fruits, vegis, pastry, meat etc.

During my recent work trip, I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a relaxing stay after a busy day of work. The hotel's proximity to downtown was a definite plus, making it convenient for both business and leisure activities.
