A lot of different houses are arranged in the park. They did a great job in displaying the daily life in the different time periods. English translated displays would help a lot though.

Very nice, quiet place for a half day walk. Interesting interiors of the 19th century timber huts from the Upper Silesia region. A place for a fire. A caffe with traditional Silesian dishes and an exhibition area with temporary exhibitions.

Without events this place is like abandoned. Some buildings have atmosphere, but in complex view no to see. No details about buildings in English… Silesian have comfortable and big houses.

This is an excellent historical site to visit with lots of history.

Visiting the partk is a cool way to see how people lived in 19-20 century, but there are no information stands and all the houses are very similar because they are from the same time period basically.

This is a fabulous museum. We were staying in Katowice and wanted something to visit. We ended up spending 4 hours in the park with a stop in the little inn for a drink and snack. There isn't a lot in the way of information about the buildings and certainly nothing in English, but we didn't feel that we missed out because of this. The wooden houses and barns are beautiful, especially the church and the park itself is lovely. There are lots of places to sit and picnic with shade or shelter from rain and the little inn is cute and very reasonably priced.
