Excellent location, but most of all very professional, yet very warm and welcoming personnel. It is our second long term stay here and we will definitely come back again. We get all the help and support from the staff members, even their personal attention, offered when and only when and always when desired. We can even have our cat here and the cleaning stuff make sure to always take Mr Cat into consideration when entering our room. Mr Cat gets his food cooked in the kitchen, so he is definitely not only accepted, but also welcome. Human food is excellent, my personal favorite being 'racuchy' served for breakfast;-)The service service is excellent, the hotel is clean and spacious. When my car broke down, I was immediately offered help, when my child slipped in the shower and caused some damage, we were shown compassion. We are definitely coming back again.

My last visit will be 2 years ago in just a matter of a few days (13 July 2019). I can't believe it was so long ago already because the wonderful memories make it feel like it was just yesterday. We had our wedding reception here and all our guests stayed in the hotel. My family and friends flew in from America and England to stay a few days ahead of time and the accomadations were fantastic. Large rooms, friendly and courteous staff (English speaking was a HUGE bonus and very helpful). The day of our wedding everything was absolutley exquisite. Food was extraordinary and seemed to be never ending. Our entire party, of about 90, was waiting on like individual Kings and Queens. Everyone who was there said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Going back to visit family in nearby Trepcza in October this year and look forward to stopping in the bar for a piwo and some fond memories.

In general is OK to stay for one or two nights. We had big room for family. Room is not well organized and some furniture is old. Good breakfast. Free parking.

The hotel has a good infrastructure. The room is huge and nice, but mine was too cold ( you can't control the temperature). All the staffs were nice, friendly and proactive, even with the communication issue ( English). The breakfast needs to improve and they need to get a better Salmon supplier. It is a bit pricey.

Food is superb, especially for the cheap prices. There is a brilliant range of whiskey and spirits. Also, the rooms are wonderful. Brilliant decoration and spacious. Again brilliant value. The whole hotel interior is deliciously modern and clean. It is a very swanky hotel with travelodge prices. (this is bc of the price of hotels in Poland, however it is still brilliant compared to comparative hotels in the area). Highly recommend.

A very comfortable and well kept hotel just outside of central Sanok. Rooms are spacious, modern and pleasant. Definitely one of the newer hotels in town. Notable for wonderful balcony views of the surrounding hills.

Nice hotel and very good service.Nice staff, very serviceminded. Pool was perfekt ( outdoor, but coverd) though it was a very rainy day.Even the indoor bubblepool was nice. Thay had a sauna as well but we never used. Restaurant was very good and they could even serve lokal maid wine if you ask. We would like to come back one day!

All the foods were all maintain their original taste inside with crispy skin(zander, trout, fried pork, karkówka). Not only the foods, but their soups should be tried before your main courses, I personally recommend mushroom and beef tripe soups. Nothing can be criticized. Besides this, I totally love their hotel room, big enough for at least 4-5 people to live together or do exercise in your own place. A bit pity is their swimming pool is closed in the winter, and sauna should be paid additionally. Anyway, good place to visit from spring to autumn.

I was here before, few times but is getting worst every time. From staff which have lack of need for work, food, services, room cleaning and noise. By the time i have stayed, they were modernising the restaurant and the noise of construction started crom 7 oclock in the morning to 23:00 or even later.

The receptionist there is bad - I think they need to do something about the approach,

Hotel a bit old. With spacious rooms, quite old toilets, but in complex silent and well served. Breakfast not really of my test, but there were all the ingredients of a local meal.

Old hotel, quite with a need of upgrade. Restaurant fine, cheap, big rooms. Tv not working though

Very comfortable and tranqil place. Service is exelent.
