Fantastic resort! Most attentive staff we ever met. We celebrated our small wedding at the beach at SAii and it was just perfect. The breakfast options are amazing (try French toast). Our villa was beautiful with a huge pool, it was very relaxing. You can order in from the restaurant. There is a scooter rental next to hotel so you can go anywhere, as the area around SAii is quite calm. Highly recommended for honeymoon and simply relaxing. Tak and her team deserve 5 star rating!

Perfect hotel for a relaxed vacation. Very lovely and professional staff with a customer first mindset. The rooms are very comfortable, big, clean and the pools are a real asset (which are also cleaned every day). The location is perfect as it’s very easy to get to every hot spot and there are some nice restaurants around. Thanks for making our stay very special!

Idyllic setting on a private beach. Staff could not do more to make our stay perfect. The facilities are immaculately clean.

Our FAVORITE place we stayed during our 10 day honeymoon throughout Thailand! This resort is top tier!! The service is AMAZING! The bar tender Aek (I believe that’s how you spell his name) was so friendly & definitely made us feel welcomed! Amazing employee & asset to your team! The food, location, view, complimentary breakfast, room service, floating private breakfast, & spa services are all 10/10! We will definitely be staying here anytime we come back!

Total relaxation nothing much around so you wood need a taxi but we chose to stay put and enjoy the quietness, great weather and sea views. Staff great they can't do enough for you

Pros: Wonderful room with our own private pool. Great breakfast while sitting steps away from the ocean. Staff is amazing. Cons: other food besides breakfast was average and so is the gym. Pro or a con: resort is tucked away, means it’s intimate and quiet but have to get a shuttle, a grab, or taxi.

We absoutely enjoyed our stay at SAii. The bugalows are spacious and very clean. Every bungalow has its own pool which is perfect to cool down. We especially want to thank the stuff, that made our stay so memorable. Everyone is super friendly and courteous! We would come back anytime again an can recommend the hotel in particular to couples.

WOW!!!! We stayed at SAii for my partners 30th birthday and it was the highlight of our trip to Thailand. THANK YOU to the incredible staff who made sure every moment of our 5 night stay was magical. Our room was stunning and was made up beautifully every day. The pools were clean and luxurious and the private beach was perfect especially at sunrise ! On her birthday, the staff arranged a birthday cake and sang at breakfast and even delivered a complimentary bottle of bubbles to our room during the day. While it isn't in the main area of Koh Samui, transport to the main town is fast and easy to arrange either the with the hotel or the local drivers. We also hired a scooter for the day (next to the hotel) which was a perfect way to get around the island! We were so well looked after during our stay that we felt like family! We are thinking of returning to Thailand just to spend 2 weeks at SAii. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Thank you so much!! <3 <3 <3

This hotel is good value for money but if you’re looking for luxury you won’t find it there. The staff are great but there’s just simply not enough staff at the grounds or restaurant. Little things like dropping off laundry to the room instead of making a guest pick it up at Conceirge. The rooms are gorgeous but the hotel could use a lil extra something. All the other hotels we went to had scented oils everywhere etc.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The spa treatments were amazing and affordable. The rooms were beautiful and so comfortable, we had our own dipping pool and beach access from our room. Our honeymoon could not have been more perfect!!!

The service we got were excellent at any time of the day. I loved that we can book a taxi through the hotel reception easily. The rooms were very peaceful and private. Food and drinks were exceptional. We had a few massages in the spa and I would recommend their traditional Thai massage and their lymphatic massages which was very relaxing. I would like to come and stay here again.

What a beautiful spot! This place is like an oasis compared to the hectic beaches like chaweng and lamai. Even though it’s a short drive away from everything, unless you plan to take a scooter/ bike do be prepared to shell out on a grab or taxi which have comparable fares to Bangkok grabs as at Feb 2023. The villas are very private and beautiful. You could literally spend your whole trip here as they have a good little gym, complementary yoga classes every other day, spa and restaurant. We loved it!

This gem of a hotel has its own small beach. It is a sandy Cove but you need beach shoes (provided) to go in the sea. The rooms are individual bungalows with windows all round and a private plunge pool. The main pools are by the beach with a poolside bar and the restaurant which is split into 3 connected areas. The rooms and gardens were well maintained and the friendly staff are extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. It is set between Chaweng and Bophut beaches and there are always taxis passing the end of the lane to get around the island. Lovely buffet breakfast and the restaurant serves Thai and western food. There is also a great restaurant and 7/11 store on the main road. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent environment and service. My wife got sick during the stay and she was transported to the hospital, the whole staff knows the incident and asked her well being after she got back to the hotel. The manager sent us fruit plate and coconuts just to comfort my wife. We were really touched, best service ever. Definitely recommend for anyone!!

Beautiful resort with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good with beautiful views right on the beach. The sound of the waves as you eat was so relaxing as were the tropical sounds all day. Would totally recommend the villa with the private pool. So refreshing, cooling and relaxing. The spa was great too. They even noticed on my passport that it was my birthday and the staff presented me with a cake with a candle and sang Happy Birthday to me. Thank you all for an amazing week.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out emaculate service & superior attention to details. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They had an app that you use during your stay to level up the experience. Definitely a 5 star 🌟 resort. Thank you for making me want to stay longer...

Had a great stay, nice cozy hotel, mini villas. Comfortable and private. Pool area is just by the sea, what a view. The restaurant and bars are tug together and give an easy access to all. Food choices and taste are great. Good portion size and reasonably priced. A gem in Samui, plenty of activities to do by the pool, the beach or canoe 🛶. Will surely be back soon

We stayed 3 nights in One bedroom suite pool villa during new year holidays. Pros: The hotel offered free pick up from Nathon ferry pier on our arrival and free airport drop off on the last day. Room layout is very nice and functional. 8 m private pool is exceptional. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Cons: less choice for food menus, especially for breakfast. Maybe because they just re-opened, there is no paper dining menu provided in the room, have to download the App and it didn’t work for my phone. Overall, it was one of best vacations ever spent. The hotel is located in secluded rocky beach. If you like quiet and privacy, this place is the answer. We also rent a motorbike from a bike shop in front of the hotel to go around.

Staff was amazing! Which made our stay truely amazing. Helped us with taxis and organised tours, even giving us water at 3am. Although i can say that location isn’t amazing if you’re looking to strall the island, every walk outside pretty much requires a taxi. Restaurant is ok but the beach and pool are amazing.

My partner and I stayed at SAii Choengmon in September 2022 and we didn't want our time here to end! We loved every second. Our very detailed review below, but if you don't want to read further please take this as our highest recommendation - we were on Cloud 9 the entire time! FACILITIES The room/bungalow is gorgeous, modern, clean and spacious and has everything you need. A/C worked without problems, and the blackout curtains are lovely. The hotel has an app where you can find information, contact reception, order room service, request more items etc. which worked great. The wi-fi worked without problems. The private pool is cleaned daily. The grounds are very clean and extremely well cared for. The walk to the restaurants, spa, pool and beach is lined with greenery and you will be accompanied on your way by colourful butterflies, birdsong, and chirping cicadas. The pool area right by the beach is stunning! Lying on the upper deck you're in a lush green oasis; on the lower deck you're right by the beach. The bay is secluded and clean and the waters calm. The hotel provides snorkelling equipment, protective shoes and kayaks for free. We didn't use the gym, but from the outside it looked like a clean, well-equipped fitness room. STAFF The staff are exceptional. Every single member of staff is extremely friendly and will go above and beyond. They perfectly balance being available and responding quickly to your needs without hovering or pestering you. At no point did anyone try to upsell anything to us. When we had day trips planned, the staff at reception made sure everything ran smoothly with the hotel transfers and were quick to help with contacting organisers etc., even though we hadn't booked the trips through the hotel! Truly fantastic. We hope these wonderful people are compensated well for their amazing work! FOOD & DRINK The breakfast buffet is great. There's all the western breakfast you would expect; pancakes, french toast, croissants, hash browns, an egg station with omelettes etc. made to order, fresh fruit and juice, yogurt, cereals, bread and spreads, as well as a Thai breakfast buffet with soups, rice dishes and dim sum. Coffee and tea are served fresh by the staff. Beyond breakfast, food and drink prices in the hotel are very much western. We ate lunch at the hotel once and the food was good, but the restaurants in the nearby towns and villages are much better and more authentic, while also being much cheaper. The pool bar has a nightly Happy Hour with 2-for-1 drinks, which we used a lot. They're generous with the alcohol in the cocktails. LOCATION The hotel is a little off the beaten track, which has the great upside of having the beach basically to yourself, but does mean that you'll need a taxi/moped/car to get into town. There's a 7-11 a five minute walk from the hotel, as well as a couple of restaurants on that particular strip (we highly recommend Pui Relax!) and The Moon massage spa which is FANTASTIC. Cheongmon village is about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.

We had an amazing 7 nights here. The kindest and hardest working staff. We had a few minor issues with our room and when brought to the attention of staff, the issues were resolved within minutes. Thank you to every member of staff that made our visit exceptional!

Amazing resort with a fabulous pool. The staff is really friendly and for this amount of money i have never had a better quality of a resort as this. The pool by the house was a big plus and every thing is really clean and well organized. No bad things about it, one tiny detail. The beach is nog really kid friendly

Lovely experience. The hotel is stunning, rooms are perfect & super clean and the staff is the best, extremely kind. The only downside for me was the beach, full of rocks and uncomfortable rocky sand, however still pretty to look at from the pool & restaurant. Alcohol extremely pricey compared to other hotels & restaurants in the area, but besides this, amazing experience, would definately come back!

Waste a lot of time, The staff called to make an appointment to check-in from 11 am but the room will finished at 2 pm. There was no call to inform that the room was ready.

    V. Good service , good location, you can see sunrise every morning. But If you are hard to sleep , don’t chose beach front since sound of the wave pretty loud. I recommend Thai food at beach front restaurant … really good taste.

Charming resort with small own beach, nice cascading pools and beachfront restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, everyone of them. Good food and drinks. The resort is currently half-full and they have great prices. Highly recommended.

I visited Saii for my birthday this year and I cannot fault it one bit. Firstly, the staff are exceptional, they made my birthday so special and are the friendliest people always greeting you with a beautiful smile! They made our stay at SAii unforgettable. Secondly, the hotel is beautiful. The pool villas give you a private slice of paradise. Cleaned to perfection and the beds are so comfortable it’s like sleeping on a cloud. The location is fabulous, taking you out of busy Chaweng but still in perfect reach of everything you’ll want to do, with a motorbike stand just next door. The breakfast was also wonderful, one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. And the dinner/lunch menu was also delicious! We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back! A big thank you for making our stay just so special.

We had a very positive experience. Loved the hotel. Good food and great cocktails. Service was beyond great. They were incredibly good to us and especially to our little girl. She was the star of the resort 🙂 Thanks again for the beautiful experience.
