Very well staffed hospital which ensures a fast service and minimum waiting. All staff spoke a very good level of English. In my circumstance, the doctor’s consultation was over in literally a few minutes which I felt was very rushed. A blood test and a fist full of medicines and they sent me on my way for the extortionate price of 6,500 Baht. Overall I have to say good, but simply can not justify that sort of price.

Sadly I was the victim of Covid and this government hospital. The doctors and nurses are fine but when I received an Extortionate bill and couldn't pay, I received threats of fines, jail & deportation by the financial department for forigners. They also illegally retained my passport until I'd paid the bill in full

This clinic is very dishonest and will cheat you by changing the price when it's time to cash out. I came here for a travel vaccination and they initially told me the price would be 1200 Baht and then changed it to 3200 Baht. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off!! There are much cheaper options.

They are friendly and helpful BUT Only go here if you absolutely have to. The medicine is a bit of a scam - the prices are absolutely crazy. Just go to the pharmacy and get what you need there.

Bad experience with the doctors, they don’t seem to know what they are doing. Equipment seems outdated and they seem to just prescribe loads of antibiotics for whatever you have, without even knowing what you have. I would not go back there.

cleanliness was awful, not flushed poop in the toilet in xray room witch was absolutely disgusting in general. overprescribed me and my girlfriend medicine, and the medication was not explained whatsoever and neither were the side effects of the drugs, when we asked to speak to the doctor about the medication we were told we couldn't. we then called a family member who is a doctor and the told us one of the medications was obsolete and the negative effects well out weighed the positive effects and to stop taking it(side effects: vomiting and insomnia). we were also told it would be 25,000 to stay the night per person. over all we were completely uninformed of what conditions we had or why we had over a 40°c temperature. I would recommend going to any other hospital than this one it was a absolute nightmare. but they do offer free water soooo.

Came in with infected wounds, they didn’t clean it properly and gave me the wrong medicine which gave nerve damage. Also grossly overcharged medicines

Came here with an ear infection. Lost one hour trying to explain Aetna insurance is covering expenses. Spent one more hour to at least fill expense form. Two minutes to actually get the medication

Very clean. Well organized. We were there with an ear infection. Doctor costs are 1200 bath without medication.

Amazing assistance from some very lovely people. Lovely nurses, staff and the doctor was incredible, diligent, thorough and so kind. We felt very looked after, and our young boy was very comfortable with everything. Explained fees, and helped explaining how to use insurance if we wish. Many thanks!

I was hesitant to go to the hospital as I’m not from Thailand but I had a really positive experience. I was seen to straight away by 2 nurses and straight after that the doctor saw me. The doctor was very thorough and listened to every thing I had to say and wrote it all down. The nurses and doctor were all very friendly and spoke English with no issues. I ended up having to stay for about 4 hours but was given my own private room and bed with pillow and blanket and water. If you’re hesitant to go like I was, I would say it’s so worth it, for the treatment, medication, and peace of mind. I’m very grateful they were all so helpful.

We're expats & they just pass us off on someone else, a different pharmacy, a different hospital. No help at all. Be aware!

Ok experience. Doctor was good. Nurse assigned to us had bad attitude and was rude.

I can highly recommend the service and professionalism of the staff within this hospital. I was examined, treated and provided with medication within 45 minutes. There were some English speaking staff available which made it easy to communicate the issue and treat it.
