Staff are friendly. Place is clean. Price of the cafe is about the same as the inexpensive restaurants on the street. Plenty of opportunities to meet people at the cafe if you open your mouth and are friendly. Laundry is across the street. Money changer is across the street. 24 hour convenient store is across the street. Nightlife is about a 15 minute walk. In private rooms the shower is directly over the sink and toilet. I chose to use the communal showers instead. Air-conditioning is not strong in the private rooms but if you pay a deposit for an additional key you can keep it running all the time which will keep your room at a very nice temperature. It is very close to the beach but in an area where the beach is not well groomed, but clean enough in most spots. I rented a scooter from them. The gas gauge measured 2 dots initially. they recorded 3 dots. I returned it with 2 dots, and they charged me 50B for gas. I would consider staying here again. My experience was a little better than OK.

I only stayed here for one night, but as far as I can tell this place has got everything you need. You get your own private capsule with a small TV where you can leave all your belongings, there are several showers and toilets for each floor, the lobby area is nice and although I didn't get to try the food, the place is apparently a decent restaurant as well. As this place has got a lot of people and everyone sleeps in their own capsule, you might have a harder time connecting with new people compared to smaller places with bunk beds.

Nice and clean hostel, close to the beach! The staf was helpful and cool rooftop for breakfast. The private room is perfect for a longer stay. The party area is like 10-15 min walk. Would book again!

The location of this hostel is great as you've got lots of restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby. The hostel itself is very clean, the staff are very friendly and accommodating plus the food here is very good and cheap compared to the other restaurants on Koh Samui! The showers are great, you are given shower gel and shampoo in dispensers and the beds are lockable, comfy for hostel beds and you get your own fan attached to your little room. We've had a good experience here and met a lot of people.

The hostel is in a perfect location - right next to the restaurants and bars but also only a 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach. It’s very clean and the cafe downstairs has delicious food for a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and approachable 😊

Great hostel! Very clean and good food. The pods are relaxed. The only downside, you don't get to meet a lot of people because of these pods. Besides there is no laundry services which was a bit of a pity. But for the price there's no better place to go to!

Had an amazing 7 day stay at P168 hostel. Modern new & Clean capsule hostel rooms. Including discounted breakfast. Carl and I opted to book the 2 biggest rooms of the roof top rooms with a view on chewang beach and door opening on a roof top patio 😍 Staff is professional and friendly ! Perfect and affordable for backpackers and travellers and for digital nomads!

Only stayed for one night whilst waiting to move on from Samui. Wasn’t bad at all, clean and tidy with shared bathrooms. Friendly receptionist. Little bunked capsule rooms with air con in shared dormitories felt cozy at night but a bit cramped whilst packing the day after. You will probably be woke by other people staying there as everyone obviously needs to leave at different times, the outside lights get switched and doors get slammed but we knew that would happen. Free water cooler downstairs. Decent stay overall.

Stayed at P168 after seeing good reviews from Hostel World, it didn’t disappoint. Great hostel, very nice and clean, all the staff are very helpful and friendly! Also loved the roof top terrace, a really good place to chill. My only down would be that the mattresses in the dorm rooms are pretty rock solid. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay here. Thanks a lot!

P168 hostel is a very clean well kept hostel. The ladies who work the restaurant and hostel are very nice. The hostel has a very cool roof top to hangout at. And it is pretty much on the beach. You cannot are the beach very well from rooftop. But it is only like a two minute walk to get there

Stayed here for 4 nights total, had an enjoyable stay in our two man pod. This pod has plenty of room for you, your bags and everything else and still not feel cramp. Cosy mattress to get a good night's sleep on too. The pod has a shutter to give you some privacy as well as a fan to blow in the AC. Everything was kept very clean so no complaints there but the WiFi was knocked out for 2 days which caused a little bit of hassle. Location wise its very close to the beach & a 5-10 minute walk to most places you'll need on the main street. Nice thick bath towels are provided on check in with shampoo/body wash available in the showers

P168, I never imagine I will stay in a hostel with such name. I absolutely loved the hostel! Full review ! STAFF: Friendly, helpful and speak GOOD English.(not all but the ones in the reception, even the cleaners they speak English but it's very basic) LOCATION: for me I considered it a perfect location in Chaweng, the beach at the back side of the hostel is dream and so clean. The hostel is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the central mall and the Ark beach which I only recommend for the fire show at night, but the beach might not be as clean as the one behind p168 hostel.there are several restaurants, massages, barbers ,laundry, you name it, within few minutes walk and a 7/11. Just right in front of the hostel ! ROOMS: they have capsule like rooms, and private rooms, I stayed in the 2 person capsule room with window, it was really good, you have a tv, a socket to charge your electronics, space to put your luggage and a hunger for cloth. COMMON AREA: Perfect ! Lavatory(toilets and showers): There are more than enough showers and toilets in this hostel , and they provide liquid body soap and shampoo as well, they also give you.one towel for every 2 nights of stay. HOSTEL FOOD: overall the food price and quality was fair . Try the Tom Yum Kong and the Papaya Salad . NEAR BY RECOMMENDATION: If you want a western/Thai restaurant with good quality food, just exit the hostel turn left and walk until you see the hungry wolf on your left. Or you can keep walking until you reach the fishermans restaurants and some other street food on your right . :)

Everything was OK, no socializing but clean rooms. Unisex bathrooms so you will be shaving while she blows her hair in the bathroom.😏
