Excellent place ✨ I lived there for 6 months, the house is amazing, cleaning perfectly every week, the location is perfect : near tesco, the beach and good restaurants. The view and the sunset on the rooftop is amazing. I recommand this place and I will definitely come back ✨

Quaint setting. We stayed in Villa 5 at rear of property and in the shade. The beds are huge and really comfortable 5⭐️. We were expecting 2 bathrooms NOT single with adjoining doors (Jack & Jill). The listing could be more explicit and is why we have rated 4 stars. Par and the team are excellent. The Villas are a good size and have the basic amenities. They are clean and well presented. Washer / dryer machines available next to main property at small cost and plenty of hanging space for wet clothes etc. Built in wardrobes are small and there are no chest of drawers and too few hangers, if required. Iron & ironing board is available by request and fridge / freezer / kettle / toaster / microwave and two ring electric hob in small kitchen area. You are about a 1 km walk from beach however this is fine as multiple walking routes back or short tuk-tuk ride. Lots to do, places to eat, drink & shop. Ten days was overkill, 7 would have been about right, however we enjoyed our time and the hospitality of Par and the team at Coco Layma. Good value mid budget stay for couples and / or family of four.

Big and modern villas, very clean and comfortable. The pool on site is great to chill after a day in the sun. The owner, Paa is very friendly and helpful. She really wants you to enjoy your stay there and she succeeds!

Wonderfull place!!! Strong strong recommendation !!! The manager 'Par' is a wonderfull woman full of energy and generosity ! The place is so peace full well hidden from the creazy area of the island. We have been there with our 2 kids. The villas are extremely modern, functional and beautifull. There is a very effective staff taking care of the place permanently! What a great place!

A perfect place for families with a good view of the pool, quiet and relaxing in the center of many attractions. Clean and nice rooms very fresh. I really can recommend this peaceful place to relax and enjoy some time in the daily stress.

Excellent place to stay, very modern and clean, peaceful. Incredible staff. Across the street from great restaurant, The Green Cafe and French Bakery. 10 minute walk to beach. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and it had been a very pleasant stay. The pool is in good condition and the room is clean. The location is convenient with lots of yummy food nearby. Manager and staff are accomodative and friendly.

Excellent accommodations, Excellent host (Par and her family are the best!)..very efficient, helpful and accommodating. We were so happy we went back a 2nd time on our Thailand trip! Best suited if you have a scooter which you can rent nearby at Mr. Pong! Pool is great, location is great and private! There isn't enough words to explain how amazing the host Par is. So helpful, friendly ,genuine and nice. She makes your stay so easy and awesome.

Fantastic appartment, 2 bedrooms, nice kitchen corner in living room, fast internet, Smart TV with Netflix (for rainy days), powerful air condition, beautiful pool, good location (not in the busy tourist area but still in walking distance to all attractions) and fantastic host!

Incredibly beautiful place in Lamai. The accommodation was nice, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was definitely the highlight.

We have stayed with Par in total around 10 nights and we just loved everything here! The houses are amazing and super clean, also the pool area! And especially Par and her crew are very lovely, helpful and so nice! We would absolutely recommend to stay and we'll come back for sure :)

It was so fun to come stright from the plain to this great place. Par the manager was super helpful and did everything she could to help us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, quiet, and there is a lovely pool outside. We really enjoyed our staying and even came back. 😊

We loved our stay at Coco Layma! Rooms are big, pool is clean and big and the whole compound is just so relaxing. The owner is really nice and gave us tons of good recommendations for everything. Highly recommend to stay here.
