HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED 🤬🤬🤬 Disappointing Experience I would like to share my unsatisfactory experience at this chalet. I made a reservation six months in advance and was shocked upon arrival to find that my room had been replaced with a very poor-quality one. Despite requesting a room with two single beds, I was given a large bed. Furthermore, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and the overall condition of the hotel was unsatisfactory. I also observed similar issues experienced by other travelers, where reservations and payments had been made, but upon check-in, the chalet was already full. This experience is highly discouraging and reflects poor management. The reservation system should guarantee the desired room and maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. I hope the management can improve their services and ensure a more positive stay for future customers.

Nice place ,very close to the beach. I booked a bungalow.. but had to upgrade cos it was hotter inside than outside. Friendly place. Nice pool. Close to the beach. U can rent motorbikes front the reception, for 250bth /day. Also the do laundry as well.

Scam. With Agoda. Booked number with transfer nobody meet me. Wasn’t room with separate beds. Owner David started to screaming at me and took hemmer and said go away no refund from agoda and never trust to David owner. I will call police to stop this French scammers

Place quit good and also beach very nice also smal swimming pool, pool table also cafe accept nont really managed may be not really donit after covid hopefully thier managed back

The place is a little bit underrated in our opinion. For the price we paid, nice spaces and clean room. Nice beach bar integrated with a very nice beach bohemian flair. If you are looking for a luxurious resort, it will not be your place. But if you are a backpacker or you are looking for a relaxed Place to stay-for a few days we recommend. Staff is very friendly, nice music, great Flair, price totally ok. The beach area in front is not so crowded like lamai center which makes it really relaxing. Just Plan in a little Bit of time if you are ordering Food as it takes quite a while. But no problem, if you know, because they bring it to the Beach for you.

Great place, good fun, friendly staff, nice pool. A bit quieter than further down the beach but close enough if you want to go looking for trouble :)

The best location you will probably find in Lamai! Amazing wide beach front, very good sea, not dirty and shallow like at the other end of Lamai. I was enjoying a good swim every day. The area inside is huge and very quiet. They have a lot if space and not many houses, so there is room for everyone and guests are not breathing into each others’ necks. They also have something like a bird garden, but not made by people, the real one! There are a few giant Buddha trees growing and millions of birds living in them. So every day you wake up like in paradise with all the birds singing. Macro, the big food supermarket is just across the road, so as many cheap restaurants. Definitely a place to visit and come back if you enjoy a quiet and relaxed natural atmosphere.

DO NOT BOOK! we booked online over 3 weeks in advance only to arrive at the hotel and be told they are fully booked even though the money had been taken out of my account and I had received multiple confirmation emails. We have had to now book a different hotel at double the price given it is the week between Christmas and new year and it being so last minute. On top of this then had to obviously pay more money for a taxi to the other hotel.

Awesome resort with great and attentive staff. It's right by the beach with a great pool. Lots of green gardens around the grounds. It's off the main road so it's super quiet at night. Any issue I had has been solved with great professionalism. I've been staying here for a month and I love it. You'll get the occasional lizard or spider in your bathroom but that's Thailand. If you can't get the gecko out, the staff will gladly remove it from your room for you! 😂. Affordable compared to competing hotels in Lamai. When I come back to Samui to train Muay Thai, I will definitely stay here again!

Avoid this place. No maintenance, scruffy bungalows. The first day, I was assigned a room that was not cleaned yet, with the toilet full of poo. The second room had no water. After a couple of days, no power throughout the place. It is a shame to run such a garbage like this.

Best place in Lamai beach!! Quiet and relaxing!! Bungalows in the garden and the ones on the beach are awesome, the bar is greatthe staff friendly and helpul...and the sea in front is great!! Greta value for money!!! Reccomended🙂

Thank god we only had to stay one night to catch our flight on the next day. The bed contained of a wooden frame and a topper plus nightly roaches surprise. The walls and floor had many holes to let friendly neighbours get it. Not sure how the other bungalows looked like but ours feeled abandoned for a long time. Not again.

A bit sketchy location but right next to the beach but we had wifi problems in our room.

It was a great quiet place, we stayed there with a family. Not a luxury one for sure, but very natural and pleasant. Very friendly owner and staff, good service. They have a large pool just next to the beach. We loved this place and may come back next year!

Amazing place, we had our room upgraded to view pool and we loved it. The hosts are very kind and provides motorbike rental too. Location is very good with nice restaurants around

I have known this hotel for a number of years now. Before that, Pumpui was the boss here. Now it's pin. The resort is very family run. It's a tropical paradise without 5-star comforts. Everyone must be aware of that. But the friendliness, helpfulness and the whole staff is worth more to me than a 5-star hotel. Thank you Pin for everything. I'll get back to you as soon as possible! Staff dark. Resort run down and primitive. Restaurant and bar built from scrap and garbage. Positive side it has a great pool and it's on the beach

Mold, bugs, smell, trash and a bad smell met us when we chased in and afterwards the staff weren’t very cooperative changing our rooms or refunding us:/

It's a very good place in front of the beach. The cook is very good. The manager and the team are so nice and warm. The best place to drink some cocktail ! We came only for eat and drink and everythink was great. We recommand it ! Merci encore. Nadège et Rubens.
