My
husband
and
I
went
to
Ang
Thong
with
100
Degrees
East
at
the
recommendation
of
our
guidebook.
It
was
the
most
expensive
outing
of
our
trip,
but
very
worth
the
price
(10k
baht
total
for
two
people).
The
entire
experience
was
breathtaking
and
lovely,
made
even
better
by
the
very
attentive
staff.
Throughout
the
day,
they
offered
us
water,
fruit,
sodas,
etc
to
be
comfortable.
We
started
our
day
with
an
hour
long
boat
ride,
where
we
sat
in
the
front
and
enjoyed
chatting
with
the
tour
guide,
Ben.
Our
first
activity
was
snorkeling
once
we
arrived.
We
went
with
Chai,
who
was
*amazing*.
He
took
special
time
to
help
a
child
in
our
group
who
was
nervous,
and
also
dived
down
with
my
husband
to
show
him
a
cuttlefish
on
the
bottom.
We
also
saw
two
octopi,
some
giant
clams,
a
coin
fish,
and
others.
I
can't
say
it
enough
-
the
snorkeling
alone
was
worth
the
price!
Once
we
were
done
snorkeling,
we
went
to
lunch
on
a
beautiful
beach.
The
lunch
was
delicious
and
the
staff
very
gracious
-
all
day,
they
pointed
out
"pro-tips"
of
where
to
sit,
where
to
take
the
best
pictures,
special
secret
areas
to
see
unusual
wildlife
and
plants,
etc.
We
kayaked
after
a
relaxing
lunch,
and
Ben
showed
us
some
interesting
sights
along
the
way
to
our
destination
-
the
Emerald
Lagoon.
There
is
a
steep
hike
on
the
way
up,
but
well
worth
it.
Excellent
photo
opportunities
abound,
and
the
view
was
breathtaking.
Chai
took
those
who
wanted
down
to
the
lagoon,
where
we
had
a
special
moment
to
appreciate
the
calmness
and
beauty.
Chai
was
so
great
-
he
constantly
asked
for
our
camera
to
take
photos
of
us,
and
did
a
great
job.
He
was
the
best
☺
it
was
such
a
treat
to
learn
about
the
park
from
him.
The
photos
below
are:
1)
my
husband
and
Chai
2)
a
school
of
fish
we
saw
in
a
cave
while
snorkeling
3)
the
view
from
our
lunch
spot.
We
would
heartily
recommend
this
tour!
