The staffs were so nice and to their best to help. The view and room was pretty and neatly clean. However, the water system was terrible. I had to ask for changing room for 3 times in the middle of the night and I had to do it in my own. No staffs working during the night time. In ther morining was even worst because the water was not running. If you want to stay here, you must ask for cheking the room before check in. If this water problem is solve I think this place will be the wonderful place to stay!

Great staff very nice. Every single one. We were only staying three nights and ended up extending to a week. Moped rental from here. 200baht a day. Breakfast is fresh and made to order. Set menu choice of 4 options. View is stunning and infinity pool.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. Villas was spacious and super clean with all the amenities. What we loved about the villa is small pool and private entrance with a outdoor shower. The interior of the dining hall and rooms were beautiful.

Nice cozy clean place, lil bit of a walk or distanced from main area like chaeweng so some kinda transportation needed. Room was exactly as described on their webpage. We would recommend if you don’t mind the distance.

Been staying here for over 5 years. It is the nicest villas you can get for the money and the staff is very friendly. Room is left spotless everyday after cleaning. Try the breakfast too! Only 180 baht! (Less than 6 USD)

The villas have nice interior and decent private pool, but our room was mouldy and very humid. Good value for money. Location is odd, on a hill and right next to a club, bring earplugs!

Great stunning views with big spacious rooms. The pool, bar and restaurant was closed when I visited.

Yes it has seen better days but they are renovating at present and their prices reflect the condition. That said everything worked perfectly and it was well located for our needs. Not great for the beach but good for Central Festival and Bees Knees Brewpub.
