Great Ambiente, cocktails are Bad and overpriced. Service inexperienced and slow.

The hotel is off of Chaweng strip, way over priced. Very poor customer service. Starting off from the service from the pool, to the bar, to the receptionist. My girlfriend and I stayed by the pool, and they had horrible horrible music that they wouldn’t change or turn off. Very dead space. We ordered some food and drinks and found out when we were checking out that we had been charged for items we did not order. To add onto this, one of the pool servers decided to come and tell the receptionist that we in fact did order this food when we don’t even eat what they charged us for! Would not recommend this place .

Definitely a value for money. The resort has amazing and friendly staff. The rooms are basic but clean. The resort has two pools. One is in the center of all the rooms and the other one is at the beach with restaurant and bar on either sides. The beach is really nice. You can sit at the bar have a drink or two and enjoy the beach with best facilities. There is a private massage centre just above the bar at the beach which offers another beautiful experience of having the Thailand massage overlooking the sea with breeze in your hairs. Overall a must visit if you lookout for a clean place with awesome staff.

the hotel is dead after covid. the poolside chairs are in awful condition. breakfast is terrible. the only good thing is beautiful beach right in front of hotel, but hotel management rented it out to some water ski competition, so they have build a massive construction to keep the ski and blocked the beach! hotel provides with free tea once. if you ask for it the next day, you won't get any. horrible stay

Hotel was overbooked during my stay, so I had to change the room after the first night. But i got a free massage as compensation. All in all a nice hotel, which could need a little more cleaning all over. If you don't like loud music at the pool/beach area, this is the wrong place for you.

What to say? This hotel can’t be considered operational anymore. Staffing is barebones. The hotel and hotel grounds are barely maintained anymore. The large swimming pool is completely green, the sun chairs need refurbishment and the entire hotel a paint job. Obviously COVID has hit this accommodation hard. The manager said the owner has promised to invest, but at the moment it is better to close the resort down or offer the available rooms (only the villas are actually open for reservation) at a much cheaper price. The only positives are the location right by the beach and the fact that the manager was willing to grant us a partial refund after we decided to leave after 1 night.

It's inexpensive, so I didn't expect it to be upscale. However, any place I pay for, I do expect things to be clean and function properly. I had a room with a pool, but the pool was dirty. They cleaned it upon request. Later, I decided to go for a walk in town, but my room door wouldn't lock. Upon request, they came to fix it and it delayed my walk for a half hour. We also had a couple power outages in our room that seemed to be an on-site issue. Otherwise, it's a beautiful beach property and the people who work there were very nice, friendly, and helpful.

We used the beach club pool, paid 500 baht each which gave us access to the pool area/beach, one bottle of water and a drink from quite a large selection of drinks.. The pool area is nice, plenty of sun beds and the toilets were very clean too.. great place to come if you are looking for a nice pool and good atmosphere

Fantastic hotel with the best staff (super friendly and helpful). My boyfriend became very ill during our stay and all the staff were on board to help and were very reasonable with the price as we had to extend our stay. Grateful for the team! Beach access pool was quiet and really clean with plenty of staff around. Would definitely come back and stay here. Close to restaurants and bars. The breakfast included was great plenty of options and fresh. Thank you and we hope to come back next year team KC Beach ❤️

We had a hard time finding a beach bed to rent on Chaweng but came across KC beach club! 500 baht per person which includes two drinks. They also gave us a towel and a water. Perfect beach front bed to lay on for the day!

Really recommend - great location and the staff were lovely - thanks to Iris and Tiger at the front desk. Also all the staff behind the pool bar were amazing. Food really good quality.

Clean place, good service n they have private beach but it's lil far from the center. If you enjoy walking then you can opt for this place else you will have to take a cab to go to the Sumai Central or any party place

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in front of the beach and I must say, it was a great experience. The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the beach from every corner. The room itself was also very nice, clean, and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the direct access to the pool from my room. It was really convenient to be able to take a dip in the pool anytime I wanted, without having to go through the lobby or walk a long way. I would highly recommend getting a room with this feature if it's available. The only downside to my stay was that it was a bit expensive. However, considering the prime location and the quality of the hotel, I believe it was worth the price. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in front of the beach. The stunning views, clean rooms, and direct access to the pool make it an ideal choice for anyone looking to relax and unwind in style.

Really nice hotel. Breakfast is good too. The only issue is that the a/c is so cold

A lot of value for the rate of the room. Studio room with direct access to pool. Beach connected to hotel.

Great servicd..great location on the beach and not far from most things But the hotel itself really NEEDS some serious TLC. I was told it was closed for close to 3 years. I think that was more then enough time to refurbish the place. It's ok but I don't think I'd come here again. I like a bit more privacy and don't wish to see the neighboring room's balcony. I'd rather have less of a sea view and have more privacy. Way to open - all the rooms fave each other in one big U. Not my thing 😕

Amazing house music at the pool and good quality loud sound- but it felt completely out of place considering the pool is full of kids. Makes the place feel awkward, not sure what kind of place they're trying to be. Club or kindergarden? Rude Thai staff. Charming and fun manager. Decent food. Great beach with water sports.

As we are staying at the sister villa thought we'd spend the day down here. However there is a fee to use the day beds even if you are a guest so we decided with using the lounge chairs on the beach. The only negative being you are constantly heckled by people trying to sell you things. But the cocktails were great and pool is very clean with great day music. Don't attend if you're on a budget - its the kind of place you need to have a bit of money. Nice though. Great service.

The cocktails there are disgusting. They are using syrup and barely any alcohol. Save your money. First and last time we are coming here

Fantastic staff, everyone from the security guys at the gate to the house keeping and management. They are so calm composed and helpful when they meet you. They go a step ahead in ensuring that your stay is good. Our rooms are cleaned everyday, every staff we walked past, no matter how busy they were stopped and greeted us. They all work as a team and it can be seen in the quality of service they provide. I am glad i chose to stay here and would surely recommend this place to others.
