Our stay at Cape Fahn was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we stepped into our ocean view villa to the moment we left, everything was just perfect. The villas are spacious, intimate, well organized and with great views. The swimming pool is pure pleasure. Low tides in the morning allow you to have long walks on the beach, or play water sports. All the staff made great efforts to take care of us and accommodate all our wishes. I have a particularly challenging food allergy for traveling in Thailand, and everyone paid a lot of attention to it, preparing special meals for me, for which I’m very grateful. We also enjoyed very much the spa, and had great massages almost every day. Overall we felt welcomed and looked after, and really enjoyed getting to know the members of the staff 🙏🏼

We chose this place for our honeymoon. The hotel surprised us with honeymoon cake and a few snacks. Top tier service. Great food, especially made-to-order buffet breakfast. No noise during the night. Highly recommended !

A beautiful hotel on a private island with excellent food and service. My wife and I stayed here two nights for a friend's wedding in September 2023. Every room is its own private cabin-suite with a pool and separate living area and is beautifully maintained. The property has three restaurants, as well as a spa, shared pool, and of course all of the beaches! The staff stood out for their attention to the guests, ensuring that the guests had transport to and from the island guaranteed (they have a high-water vehicle for low tide, and a boat for high-tide!) no matter the hour of day or night. Yves especially made guests feel welcome and impressed with his attention to detail and sensitivity to guests needs. He remembered all guests' names and any details they might've shared. He was present and available while being discrete and unintrustive, and would anticipate needs, ensuring drinks were ready, tables prepped.

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending two weeks at Cape Fahn for our honeymoon. The service we received was of the highest quality and the staff are some the kindest and friendliest people we have ever met. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was very spacious and stylish. The outside space, including the private pool, was huge, and a complimentary mini bar for snacks, drinks and treats was a great addition. I can't recommend Cape Fahn highly enough.

An hour after checking out, we started missing Cape Fahn. We have stayed at a good number of hotels all over the world, but Cape Fahn has REWRITTEN our understanding of what good service means. During our two-night stay, we felt that the staff members genuinely cared about us and treated us like their personal guests. One waitress (Fareeda) remembered that my daughter liked watermelon. When my child was later playing on the beach, Fareeda came with freshly cut watermelon! She even brought mosquito sprays after finding my child bitten. The entire team worked together perfectly and was always ready to help. We usually preferred to walk but always found a buggy on standby, even though we did not request one. Beyond kindness, generosity was another hallmark of Cape Fahn. My daughter did not like pad Thai noodles and preferred broad noodles (pad see ew). We asked for some pad see ew noodles on the side – but they came with the same dish made with pad see ew free of charge for kids in addition to the pad thai we ordered . . . Over the 48 hours, individual gestures of such kindness and generosity accumulated to make this hotel stand out from the other 5* places we stayed at on Koh Samui (Conrad, Hyatt, Kimpton, Sheraton – to name a few – BTW these all are great hotels that are way, way better than similarly situated hotels in Europe and America). We would rate Cape Fahn 10/5 if we could. Indeed, Cape Fahn will stay in our memory for a long time. And if we return to Koh Samui, we will be sure to want to stay again. We have never really missed a hotel before, but Cape Fahn is like a friend that we long to meet again. We hope your team will stay fantastic and excellent until our next visit!

My all time and forever favorite hotel! Located on a private and peaceful island yet just a 10 minutes away from Samui. Can’t explain how much i love this place but i stayed here for 4-5 nights a year. Staffs are very professional and well trained. The price may be a bit high but i think it is worthy.

I stayed for 5 nights late March to early April. I paid with Hyatt points. Ok, first, one star for the fabulous Executive Cusine de Chef of the Cape and Kanary group, Massimo. He made a wonderful home style Italian menu for us that was paired with a beautiful 2006 Barolo. Second star because the hardware (rooms and facilities) are still very new and well designed and the island setting is interesting. Everything else go down after this. Service, or the lack of it, was the issue. I had a major issue dining at their signature Long Dtai resturant -- commented on their website, talked to the reception -- NO RESPONSE at all. I know Koh Samui is just opening after Covid and places are short staffed, but it was really serious here. I stayed at the Belmond Napasai before this stay and at the new Hyatt after and had meals at the Four Seasons and Six Senses (which just reopened) and I didn't see the lack of service at those places. I think Cape and Kanary needs to step up if they are going to compete. For the time being, pass on Cape Fahn and stay at established names like Belmond, Four Seasons or Six Senses if you are going to shell out over $500 a night.

Out of all the hotels in Samui, this one just brings the golden hour moment to the best for me. I have so many fond memories here of all the staffs, and finally have time to review. We stay in Deluxe pool villa 22. Divine! We also visited Cape Kudu, Cape Panwa but Cape Fahn reigns supreme. Their croissant fresh baked on the island was so good.

A divine private island experience with some of the most attentive, warm, welcoming staff I've ever encountered. Beautifully appointed rooms, and delicious food - the best I've had in 20+ stays in Thailand.

Cape Fahn is in a private island which provides very romantic and peaceful environment for a couple. The staff is super helpful. I remembered we ordered a dinner from our villa and then left our villa for a short walk. The staff was able to find us and informed that the restaurant could not do some of our orders and offered an alternative. The staff also helped us take some good photos. The restaurant "Long Dtai" is amazing, serving the best southern Thai food I have ever tried.

Dear Cape Fahn Hotel I stayed on October 17.2023 Trip 3 days 2 nights. Reserve villa No. 21( Horizon Ocean PoolVilla) The first time I open the door, what I saw was a dessert set of cake and champagne for honeymoon sweet. I was very impressed. I love it all thank you from my heart. The room was so beautiful, clean, the bed was soft and comfortable. And the climax is the sea view outside. Stunning view you can see the view around the room and in the evening so romantic. Privat swimming pool it's clean and doesn't smell bad makes playing in the water comfortable. The room and rich breakfast I give 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I also used the spa massage services here for 90 mins. Therapy staff are very good massage. Confirmed 💆👍 And finally thank you for all of staff is very helpful and friendly. And would like to admire service and care for customers. I admire of Front office manager K. Ken👍 And K. Alice check in👍 And K. Aek bellboy👍 Thank you so much and see you again Next time Best regards Chanida Hasler 🇨🇭🇹🇭

We stayed 5 nights at Cape Fahn Hotel whilst in Koh samui. We have travelled all over the world staying in luxury accomodation and this was amongst the best Hotel/ Restort we've experianced. The attention to detail was far supreme. The service was exceptional and staff are the most hospitable we've experianced anywhere in the world. No request is to much. Thank- you to all Cape Fahn Hotel and all the staff for making our experiance a memorable one. We'll be back!

A truly unique and wonderful experience. The aesthetic view of the room's pool merging with the sea is top-notch. Enjoying gourmet food by the poolside with a gentle breeze is incredibly romantic and picturesque. We encountered two managers from the hotel, both of whom were extremely hospitable. They warmly greeted us during breakfast and proactively offered us sparkling wine, showcasing the hotel's high standards for service. Experiencing this warmth and hospitality made our vacation even more delightful and slightly intoxicating. Walking from the hotel, you can cross the sandbar to the beach on the opposite side, which is also a very interesting experience.

Everything about our Cape Fahn stay was a 10/10 experience! They picked us up at the airport in a comfortable van, and transported us in their boat to the tiny island escape off of the main island. To get to the hotel on a daily basis they have a boat at your disposal always ready or 2 min away. It was fast and easy! You can also walk if the tide is low. A special thanks to Alice at the reception who greeted us and always helped us with everything we asked for! The roooooom- it was an incredible room with gorgeous view! The design itself and how spacious and calming it is. They thought of every detail to make the stay comfy! We loved it The restaurants— breakfast buffet was so yummy, staff was super nice! The manager in the restaurants was on top of it. Sad I didn’t get her name! The spa- amazing massage and such nice ladies who work there! That part of the island felt so calm and beautiful. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want a quiet, peaceful, naturey, luxurious experience 🥰

I am giving Cape Fahn 5 stars for their excellent service and attention to detail for our wedding planning. Khun Pearl and Khun Tea are consummate professionals. Planning a destination wedding is difficult, and these two have been exceptional with their communication and customer service to make this process easier. They provided a lot of information, options, and details. We were delighted by our tasting experience at Cape Fahn. We provided honest feedback and suggestions. Khun Tea took note and paid special attention to our requests. Khun Pearl took the extra mile to help make our wedding dreams come true. We feel extremely grateful for getting to work with Khun Pearl and Khun Tea for our wedding planning and are thrilled to have our big day take place at Cape Fahn. We highly recommend Cape Fahn if you are interested in planning a destination wedding at Koh Samui.

We stayed 2 nights at the Cape Fahn during our honeymoon. We loved how spacious the room was and that we could jump right into the private pool from our bed and from the livingroom. Also Cape Fahn’s breakfast was top notch and much better than the buffet of the 5 star hotels nearby. The hotel is small and private, so it was a plus to be able to walk around without really meeting other guests. Thank you for the great stay.

Great hotel with fantastic view, delicious food, and genuine hospitality. If you want to see sunrise and celebrate something special, go for horizon ocean pool Villa! With this great view, I decided to host a small celebration party for my newlywed’s sister. It was the last minute call; however, the staff at Cape Fahn helped to pull everything together. We had a private dinner at our villa where we had a wonderful view and delicious dinner (the steak is super yummy). It was a special and memorable night. Very thankful for Pearl, Khun Sa, and the team to make it happened. If I had enough time to prepare, Cape Fahn would have been the place I hosted a wedding ceremony for my dear sister!

We got early check in and extra breakfast on arrival which was to die for. The service is amazing with spacious homey chic room with private pool. Staying here feel like I’m home away from home. Love it and will definitely return one day.

Being our first trip of the year due to COVID-19, we plan for private place for relax. Pool Villa hotel is one that we are looking for and Cape Fahn Samui can fulfil everything. With only 22 villas on private island make our 3 nights here very peaceful. Service, especially via App, is excellent and convenient. Breakfast and Afternoon tea were to die for. Spa was great and so relax. Out of everything, we were surprised by romantic arrangement for my B-day in Villa by hotel. Thank you all staffs making my B-day in this year so fascinated.

This place is immaculate; the villa with “spacious” pool, the friendly staff, the service, the privacy, the authentic Southern Thai food at Long Dtai and the UNMATCHED scenery. With that said, i highly recommend this place to anyone. We had such a truly amazing stay here and will definitely come back again!

The property is a part of Hyatt Group and looks fantastic from the shore. We lived at another hotel on Choeng Mon Beach and our daily walks found the reception on the shore (if you'd like to catch a boat and go there for a romantic dinner). Later, we realised that you could walk there from the beach when the tide is low. This was an experience in itself! The hotel is beautifully designed and has only private villas. It is also the only place on Choeng Mon Beach where you can see the sunset. The staff was accommodating for the walk-in visitors as well :) The cocktails and the food were amazing. We stayed by the pool and, after the sunset, watched the trucks bring back/pick people at night. I would highly recommend you to visit the hotel and experience it for yourself.
