Secluded paradise with top notch food and service. As usual, Four Seasons' most valuable asset is the staff. The personnel here was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to chat with them all the time. Stepping into this property feels like taking weight off your shoulders. It's like being somewhere away from all worries. The view is mesmerizing and you have everything you need inside of the resort, so no need to even go outside. The food was a delight, especially breakfast. Kudos to the chef! I highly recommend a private romantic dinner with your loved one. And this has been the best spa treatment we've ever got!

What a stay! Everything was perfect, from the level of service, through the quality of the rooms and facilities, to the location and atmosphere. We went with our three young children, and everyone had a great time. The staff is very child friendly and accommodating, and we never felt uncomfortable for the noise or mess we were making. The food was fantastic, and the themed dinners were exceptional - especially the buffet on the beach. The setting of the resort is also amazing. The gardening and natural topography are beautiful, and the beach is very private and pristine. Bottom line - would recommend this place hands down.

Walking into the lobby you are greeted with stunning views and amazing service plus a private buggy ride to your villas. The villas are phenomenal of course with spacious modern bathrooms, private dipping infinity pools and awesome airconditioning, the views are to die for. The restaurant selections are phenomenal and pricey and the pool is irresistible. The beach is gorgeous plus there are these little private seating spots sprinkled under the trees close to the water 🤌

The best resort on Samui island. High standard of service and attention with fantastic staff. Not cheap but if you stay here you get what you pay for. Fantastic spa. Overall highly recommended.

Truly 5 star Vacation paradise in Samui. Room 503 comes with all good amenities, big hair dryer, well-design for man & woman get-dress closet area, infinite pool, sunset view. Service is always superb and beyond others hotels. Large swimming pool, free water sports and good dining experience with sunset. If you prefer Thai cuisine, here you can come for tasty & quality one as well.

Even if i left the best review in the world it wouldn’t be enough to describe how wonderful this resort is. The experience was perfect. Food was wonderful , service was out of this world. Atmosphere was warm and lovely , my two year old was the happiest I’d ever seen her. Staff played with her and made her feel at home and more. The resort is so beautiful and so clean and they take great care of it. Would return to samui just to stay at the four seasons resort again :)

We had an amazing experience staying at this luxury Four Seasons Resort in Koh Samui. This resort is absolutely gorgeous. Our villa has a private pool and a stunning view of the ocean. It is huge, well maintained and beautifully furnished. Housekeepers came to clean our villa twice a day. They’re very efficient. This resort is located on the north west of the island and situated on the hill. It’s well equipped with amenities eg. gym, spa & massage house, boxing ring etc. Buggy is the mode of transport for this resort. No issues in getting a buggy while staying there. We had the opportunity to dined at 2 of their restaurants. Both with stunning views and food was amazing. Huge spread for buffet breakfast. We also had a bbq dinner on the beach on one night. There were a fire dance and other live performances. Great experience and very entertaining. Glad we did the dinner. Bar on beach made great cocktails! Customer service is excellent. The resort’s assistant manager (apologies I forgot her name) is fantastic and so efficient. Nothing that the resort couldn’t do for us. I booked ‘Once in a Blue Moon’ for a surprise birthday dinner for my husband. She arranged a perfect dinner on the beach with an amazing view. There were so many things they had done to accommodate us. Above and beyond. Note: Sorry for not doing this review sooner. I would like to acknowledge and appreciate all the amazing efforts that helped to make our holiday at your resort a memorable one. Thank you!!

Amazing experience from the moment we stepped inside the property. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the beautiful 360 view. We appreciate that we were recognized as returning guests and were given updates of the changes they’ve made since our last visit. The staff greeted us by our name, and they even remembered our kid’s name. The food is delicious. I am a vegetarian, and they were able to accommodate my dietary needs without any problems. They even offered to prepare the vegetarian dim sum if I pre-order it for breakfast. Every room comes with a private pool. The suite is large and comfortable. They set up a kid bed for us, along with toys, t-shirt, and snacks for kids. It was an incredible experience, and we can’t wait to return again next year!

O U T S T A N D I N G!!! This hotel and its staff is just out of this world. We spent 10 nights just recently at this wonderful property. Our expectations were pretty high and we were worrying if they would be met. They weren’t - they were exceeded - each and every day. The reservation process was already very kind, helpful and efficient. We booked the entry level villa and we were stunned by its size, layout, views, interior - everything was just perfect and more than we expected (photos always look amazing and what you see in real is less “wow”… the opposite here. The villa was just wow from a-z). 8/10 dinners we spent on property, that wasn’t planned as we wanted to go out much more, but after we have tried both restaurants and participated to their special dinner nights (Thai & BBQ) it was clear that we don’t want to miss the fantastic dining experiences here. Food & service were WOW! The variety, quality and love they put into every dish is amazing. Service absolutely attentive and so warm and welcoming. Talking already about food & beverage experience, also the breakfast was just perfect. The buffet and a la carte options (complimentary) offered anything you could think of. Again, everything super fresh, home made, of highest quality and so good looking. The variety was outstanding and approached even different guest cultures - wow. Both, for dinner and breakfast the team (incl the chefs) knew very quickly what we liked and prepared and served it without us even asking for it - that was definitely a key experience and so much appreciated. The drivers bringing you from and to all spots within the resort are all so kind and nice - we loved having the rides with them :) the gulf car offer in general is just great, as ways are really long and also very steep sometimes. The large pool and private beach are just beautiful! No matter how many guests were there, it was always nice and quiet, as it is such a large area and the hotel does “only” have 60 villas. This was so great for us, as we were truly looking for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s activity offers were also amazing and appreciated - we enjoyed a variety of complimentary resort activities from yoga to Muay Thai boxing to cooking class. All activities that we have joined were absolutely great and made our experience even more valuable. Last but definitely not least, let’s come to the staff, as they are the true stars of this outstanding property. Peach, Panny, Faeng, Elizabeth, Ten and Visa from Koh made our breakfast and dinner experiences at Koh to a truly wonderful, positively surprising and so much appreciated daily experience. They went beyond our expectations and made our visits always special. We thank you so much for that and miss you already. Kay and Anya from pla pla were always so welcoming when arriving to the beach area and always took best care of us, thank you so much! Gulf car driver Dome was just amazing - he was so enthusiastic and kind at all times, he could easily be in charge of guest relations as he was bonding so much with us during the short rides. He was giving recommendations, was truly interested in our day and simply built a relationship- congratulations for this amazing team member! P was such a fun person that we’ve not met often, but the times we did, she left a positive and fun impression and we loved it! Branka, in charge of f&b truly knows her job and - in our opinion- went far beyond her title. She was greeting and interacting with the guests each and every day at breakfast and dinner. She was so natural, fun, positive and professional. Chefs Fabien & Shanmuga treated us daily so well and took best care of us - amazing hosts whom we highly appreciated. This is just highlighting our highlights, nonetheless, everyone was just amazing and great! We appreciated all staff so so much! Disappointed at the quality of the food served for breakfast. Not much healthy options, they said chicken was fresh, it wasn’t edible to me when I tried it.. small items are okay but I do expect more from four seasons.. especially on the healthy nutrition food options.. Plus the raw fish didint look enticing I dunno why.. Would be nice to work on more on conscious healthy diet options.. Of course though over all amazing hospitality with attention to details.. amazing service as well.. O didn’t stay in the rooms just went for breakfast one day.. also didn’t feel initially very welcoming for outside visitors..then warmed and opened up still though

Very luxurious hotel, lovely views. Beautiful villa with private plunge pool. Spa is amazing, they transcend you to a different world. Restaurant menu options are limited. Taste is also not value for money.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom residence for 4 nights and had a marvelous, pristine experience! Our butler Pai was extremely competent, accommodating and friendly - he fulfilled all of our requests seamlessly. The hotel room views are stunning and service is spectacular!

For the many thousands of hotels I have traveled to around the world this for sure is at the very top in service and excellence. It's surrounding jungle is amazing with lush gardens, natural and well cared for. We had the beach front villa very private and right on the water, worth booking as it's right on the beach and only one of 60 we were told. The hotels ability to predict your next move and always exceed on delivery is unmatched. The people of Samui are amazing and kind and treat guests like royalty. I am beyond impressed with the overall experience.

First off I didnt stay here my wife and I took advantage of their 2500 Baht day pass offer. They give you the money straight back to spend in the resort. Many of the resorts we visited looked tired and poorly maintained. Not here though they have kept the 4 seasons in fantastic condition during covid. Pool is amazing and beach is the cleanest in Koh Samui.

It’s not your ordinary hotel, it is a remarkable, once in a lifetime experience. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE goes out of their way to provide the best service imaginable. The rooms are immaculate, equipped with an infinity pool with a breathtaking ocean view located right in a tropical forest. The food here is divine, we couldn’t stop eating. Little tip: try the award winning red panang curry — it’s out of this world. Biggest thank you to the whole, lovely staff, Mr. Pillay, Mrs. Esse, Mr. Ananas, the whole reception crew and of course Ginny the Junior Sous Chef, just to name a few. We will be thrilled to come back!

Amazing staff and accommodation. My family had an amazing time here. Good shuttle from and to the airport. The staff were very helpful when we needed to get to certain areas. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. Service was spot on. Very friendly. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. The interior is exactly like the pictures you see. We went during off season (November) and had the whole beach and breakfast bar kinda to ourselves. It was very pleasant. Dinner was a little on the dark side in terms of lighting but still very enjoyable. The buggy was super fun and a very convenient way to get around the hotel. I would totally stay here again when I save up my money because it's quite expensive. But so worth it :)

It's our second time visiting the resort. The Four Seasons service is always excellent. We love kids club providing different interesting activities and the staffs are all experienced. The main pool size and cleanliness is impeccable as they use salt instead of chlorine to sanitize, after the whole day pool activities, the hair will not feel dry. The managers are very attentive and warm. If you are a Four Seasons fans, you will know that they are from true heart taking care of your stay. The resort remains our top choice when going back to Koh Samui again.

Incredible place, amazing setting. Location is....a few miles away from anything and you definitely won't be able to walk to the shops, but if privacy and luxury and opulence is what you're after,... then this is where they live!

Wonderful! All staffs welcomed us with great attitude. The beach was quite small but very clean and quiet. Food was great at every restaurants in the resort. We had to call for a golf cart everywhere we needed to go, but they had very prompt response waited less than 3-4 mins.

We have had the best holiday at Four Seasons Resort last week and still wishing we have stayed longer! Everyone at FS is so welcoming and treats you wholeheartedly. They greet you by the name and remember little details about you like your favourite drinks and tastes. Would like to specially mention Ae and her team from KOH Thai Kitchen. They are really awesome and we won’t forget the food that they have prepared for us in the multiple visits during our stay. We will come back to FS Samui in the future for sure!

The best hotel i’ve ever stayed in. Everything is taken care of. The only thing they care about is how to keep you happy and comfortable. I had high expectations about this hotel and i’m happy to say that it was higher than what i ever expected. Highly recommended and would love to come back here again.

Clearly the best luxury hotel in Samui. Location is a little far 30 min from airport but the spot is perfect with multiple white thin sand very private beaches. Fantastic food and great villas hidden in the jungle for a big week-end in couple The hotel is far from Ritz Carlton and 6 Sens so don’t expect to go have dinner outside; else you’ll drive a minimum of one hour for food. Only two restaurants on site : you get bored fast Love the Pla Pla restaurant on the beach with the fantastic pool. A must see EFoiling would be great at the beach to improve activities The hotel being in the middle of the jungle, you MUST carry your anti-mosquitoes spray with you night and day As the hotel is based on a mountain (not even an hill) you must use buggies to go up and down most of the time so expect to stay in room for long The targeted clientele is clearly two nights for honeymooners/fashionista : the hotel is really not young kids friendly as nothing is flat

The staff here (especially Tangmo) made our wedding the day of our dreams. The resort is insanely gorgeous and we are so happy we decided to get married here. The food was incredible and our room was absolutely stunning. We felt so taken care of from check in to check out. Can’t wait to return!

Unreliable. Rang up to book Christmas Eve dinner on the beach for my family. I was assured tables were still available but instead of simply confirming my reservation details over the phone I was told to provide my email address and phone number and I’d be emailed information to allow me to make a booking. I then had to spend 5 minutes phonetically spelling my email address to the staff member and then never heard from them again, and yes, I have been monitoring my junk email items. Extremely disappointing service from a purported 5 star resort.

I wasn’t staying at the hotel but went in to try the beach restaurant as was hoping to do the day pass for New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately for a 5 star hotel the choices of quesadillas, popcorn chicken, burgers and fried seafood were a disappointment. We decided to go with it but it was very poor food, the popcorn chicken with vegetables - the reason I choose it was to get some vegetables in, came with a leaf of lettuce, a slice of cucumber, carrot and pepper. The chicken quesadillas, were so so poor too. I would give them a one star for the food but the staff were very hospital in around the place, the serves not to much.

Before my arrival, I had a very high expectation as this was my first stay to Four Seasons property. To sum it up briefly, my whole experience at Four Seasons has been one of the highlights of my trip to Koh Samui. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. I made a few requests before my arrival and they were fulfilled exactly to what I wanted. There are some cons as I found breakfast selection was quite limited, but I still could taste the quality of the food and I knew that they were good stuff! However, I wish they would have provided something like a la carte in which each of the guest could have placed an order for something special. By the time I had to check out, I did not want to leave and that was probably a real con. This place made you fall in love!

Wonderful Coconut Paradise. Upon arrival you are very warm welcome and feel like home. The Villa is functional with panoramic view. Comfy bed linen and pillows. Nice bath tub with sea view. Thank you to all staffs to make a great holiday experience. K Mgcal, K Yod, K Peachy , K Peter, Koh restaurant team and K Tug, K Wi (who surprised us with paradise bath). The resort is very well maintained and open all facilities even though it is during the pandemic and the occupancy is very low. Still provide top notch services. Beach is pristine and beautiful. Main pool is 50 meters with nice temperatures you can swim all day. We also had Moo kata dinner at the Villa. It’s was fun and delicious. Recommend to try especially if you go with friends / family. We had a perfect holiday and can’t wait to be back to Four Seasons Koh Samui

Beautiolocated on the hill side overlooking the beach on Samui. The beach Park and pool are at sea level and the beach is right in front this is a great place for honeymooners and lovers to enjoy each other's company. Very romantic place

Everything about this property is perfection. The staff is highly trained, so friendly and at every turn goes above and beyond. The resort is gorgeous. The food is delicious, and the spa is incredible. I went with my 10 year old and he loved it. It would be amazing with family or as an adult getaway. I can’t recommend this four seasons enough.

We had the “Once in a blue moon dinner” here to celebrate our honeymoon. Words can’t describe how amazing this was. We’ve been to quite a few places but this was next level! A private cove in a secluded spot in the beach, live music, excellent dining and a great hostess. This is one of those lifetime experiences you’ll never forget!

It's a mixed feeling that the property is well maintained and managed but the surrounding nature has gone through severe ecological degradation. We snorkeled in the sea seeing no coral reef but the algae boom which is a painful experience both physically and emotionally. The hotel tried to help restore the devastated reef system but it may be too little too late.

It’s the best hotel ever. We spent there amazing time because of so kindly crew, beautiful view and perfect atmosphere. We wish to go back as soon as possible!!!

We stayed there for five days, and this Four Seasons is nothing short of fantastic. We found every member of the staff more than wonderful. The location is beautiful and the food is flawless. It’s the attention to the little things that stood out during our stay and it's obvious the staff pays attention to the guests. If you‘re looking for a romantic getaway with a secluded feel this is the place.

I am always amazed as to the level of service I receive at four seasons hotels. How do they do it,? Rooms are excellent, food is excellent, activities are plentiful. You truly get what you pay for at the resort.

A beautiful, tranquil resort complemented by exceptional staff. Our journey by Four Seasons begun at the airport, with a welcoming smile, even noting from our previous stays at FS I drank sparkling water and my partner drinks still (the little touches). Check in was in the delightful lobby area with panoramic views of the scenery and personal greetings from senior members of the team. The villa itself was wonderful, modern, clean and perfectly located to the beach yet a secluded setting. With the undulating position of the resort, the buggy service was always on hand if you weren’t up for a walk. We enjoyed many complimentary sea activities provided by FS during our stay; such as kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkelling. My partner also regularly went golfing some 20 minutes away which was seamlessly organised by the team. A special mention to Branka, who spoke to us everyday and recommended fantastic eateries for us to try during our stay. (Suparttura, is a must!) Her genuine passion for service and food shone through. Our only negative would be the Thai inspired food evening, we personally felt lacked finesse and for nearly £100 per person our expectations were set high. Ladling luke warm curry wasn’t particularly exhilarating for the taste buds. Unfortunately, FS Sayan Balinese and BBQ nights set the bench mark high, which we felt it didn’t compete. Apart from that one evening, the food was excellent! The breakfast was delicious with various options and the team were attentive. A great stay from start to finish, with an unrelieved position, scenery and personalised touches from a first class team. Thank you, Kennedy & Jas

I didn’t stay at this resort did end up at the entrance to the main checkin/greeter. We had planned on having dinner. Unfortunately we had to change our plans at the last minutes after we arrived there and the host was extremely helpful in making recommendation and helping us get transport. The view was worth the trip up there.
