The hotel is not bad. Don't expect that it looks as good as in the photos but for the price we paid ( 22 euros/night ) it was actually pretty okay. The only thing is that if you can't stand on loud noises in the night ( I mean really loud, motos and traffic and so on ) then you shouldn't choose a room with the view to tue street. It's close to a big mall which this is a plus and pretty close to the center.

Staff were extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. Prices were too high and I got stuck with extortionate extra charges

Have stayed in the area before, so no complaints there, however. The accommodation was dirty, there was mould all around, the bathroom, the curtains (hadn't been washed in years!!). Even the picture was mouldy. We had to tuck the curtains in the window frame so they didn't touch our heads while in bed they were too dirty and it stopped the creepy crawlies coming through the frame!! The decking was rotten in places, nails pocking out, the outside table was very rusty. There was no excuse it was as they just opened up after the pandemic but forgot to 'clean'. We booked a bungalow near the pool, we knew that there were a lot of steps to the accommodation but in places not very safe. Have to say the pool area is the places best part and the man who kept the pool and gardens clean and tidy.

What I diden't liked The room was a little bit outdated. I think the pictures dosen't match with reality. I've asked for a room with the garden view to be less noisy, but it dosent exist a garden in the back of the hotel, just another small road. I've saw that the room with a city view they have modern furniture. But they are to noisy. The beach it's kind of far away, I think more than 20 minutes walk to get there. What I like it. Because we had the room with the back view of the hotel, the room was quite and not noisy. The swimpool it's a great place to relax. They have a garden around, it's quite over there and usualy just few people. The location it's good, just 10 minutes walking from Central Festival witch it's a shopping mall. Also close to shopping mall you will find a 7 eleven. The pictures with the bed are the city view rooms. And the picture with the car are garden view room.

A bit eye attracted light sign from the street, this hotel lobby is 3 storeyed building on the island round road, nar Caweng pond(" Pru"),.it has rooms in the buiding and also Bungalows ,overlooking the pond, that's gret view but sorry no seaview. However, it's nice and convenient location.just walking distance to central festival shopping mall.I stayed at room on the second floor with street view, it's sometimes noisy from traffic on daytime and evening ,but less noisy on late night. In room facilites, it comforts mw with microwave oven.small frige, electric kettle.it's okay for price.

Stayed here the second time. If you searching for a nice and clean room with balkony and all you need in the center of Samui with a good price, here is your hotel! Including a very nice pool area up the hill. Friendly staff.

Within walking distance and excellent rooms for the price, we were happily surprised when we arrived! Wi-Fi was good, rooms were spacious, AC worked and the pool was very nice!

Just needed an overnight stay opportunity. I paid 1000 baht. I had low expectations, but in THIS Hotel you experience a night mare. Mold everywhere in the room, very loud AC, towels that have a lot of spots, a bed that is not just uncomfortable, it is literally contaminated. This hotel is dirty & rundown and still try to squeeze as much as possible out of it. Avoid it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they let us leave our key behind the desk every time we went out. Pool was gorgeous and quiet. Room on the roadside was extremely loud due to traffic and music from the night market, however, we requested to move rooms to the back and this was accommodated. Room on the back was very quiet and cleaned daily. 5 min walk to night market and central Samui shopping centre, 10 mins to beach

Just needed a place to crash near the airport the day we landed at a not to fancy hotel, it ended up being a place we were sad to leave since the pool is so beautiful, it is like a 2 min walk from the actual rooms but the view is worth it! Definitely worth the 1000 bath per night since the location is also pretty good, right near central mall-If you cross to the other side of the mall you find yourself in the middle of chaweng area-the best area in koh Samui! Also has Netflix
