Hello, you are the manager of a hotel? you abuse your employees to put moral pressure on a former guest? they should be ashamed! the 100% paid booking was subverted by you trying to give me a miserable room in the lowest category. We refused at the beginning of the stay. your attempt is equivalent to an attempt at fraud! we asked for an equivalent replacement; but such a room was no longer available, it was said afterwards! the room provided is not an improvement! it is also dirty and the bathroom in particular is extremely worn! we waited 7 days for your reply and apologies for the disruption you caused to a conflict free stay.โกงแบบฉ้อฉลแย่มากๆ

Poor maintenance, dirty rooms, leaking toilet, garbage in hallway. Restaurant was closed in the evening, beach made a desolate impression.

Hotel looks a bit old and the breakfast might not blow your mind. However, the staff was lovely, the location very convenient, restaurant had good food, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Considering also that we came back from COVID relatively recently, I think this is a 4 stars.

Really nice hotel/resort, it is the good view and placement at the beach that will take this hotel on the list for 3 stars. The staff at the hotel are very nice, and there is a good service. The rooms are a bit old and could use a makeover.

We are staying in one of the Garden’s Villas in Thai House Beach Resort, which located directly on gorgeous Lamai Beach. Villa is spacious with great air conditioning, large patio overlooking the garden, separate large and dated washroom with full sized bath tub. The king size bed is very comfortable. All the furniture is quite dated. On the patio we have patio furniture and drying rack. Property is sparkling clean, garden around the villas is well maintained and beautiful, housekeeping’s invisible but doing great job. Soundproofing is great, we cannot hear other guests at all. Beach towels provided and replenished every day. We bought a package with the breakfast for 2. Breakfast has Thai & European options; however, nothing special. Food is mediocre, quality is not that good. Some vegetarian options are available, not much for vegans. Majority of resort’s staff do not speak or understand English at all. We never had a lunch or dinner in the restaurant in the resort, there’s a lot of great restaurants around. We had a few wonderful boat trips already to the Anthoung National Marine Park and other islands. All the tours we bought ftom the travel agent whose office located in front of the main entrance to the resort, Pop Tavel & Tour. She is very professional, knowledgeable and able to help her clients to find perfect tour. We highly recommend her. Also, I would like to mention a little hiccup when we just arrived to the resort. During checking in, one of the front desk clerks told us that they had a problem with their booking system, and they have no available villa for us. I ask them how it’s possible, because we booked our villa 6 or 7 months ago? She was not able to provide any reasonable explanation . Also, she offered us to stay in a basic room for two nights and after, she said, that they would try to give us a villa. As a compensation for inconveniences, she offered us one free dinner in the resort’s restaurant. We declined her offer, and firmly asked to give us what we had paid for. It was very strange, because they found a villa for us right after this incident.

Such a nice place! Really good service! Always nice and helpful! The hotel look pretty old but it’s really clean, they change your beach/pool towels every evening. Buffet breakfast is so good, in hotels they often give you same dishes every day but not here, they cook something new every day, it’s always hard to stop eating) They have super comfortable sun beds on the beach, and a net of jellyfish, seaweed and other in the sea right in front of the hotel, so if you planning to spend all of your vacation swimming in the sea it’s the best hotel on Lamai beach, and if you get tired of sun bathing there are a pool that almost always in shade.

Hotel with a beautifully appointed garden and pool with direct access to a stunning beach. The rooms are a bit dated but well maintained - definitely extremely good value for money

Great cocktails and a beautiful view on Lamai Beach!! We hadn’t have the best timing with the weather, but the cocktails are awesome as well as the view. The hotel looks like it as a great value for the money. Staff is super friendly and it is very clean!

The hotel management and staff are delightful!!Everyone is kind and friendly. Rooms and premise are very clean. The rooms are huge. They are a little dated, but my husband and I spent all day at the beach and exploring the islands anyways so we did not mind at all. There’s a lovely daily breakfast, with Thai and western food options, overlooking the beach. I highly recommend this hotel (especially to families) if you are staying in Lamai.

This resort is one of the best that I have experienced. The staff service(Oil, Phakka and one more lady at reception were very helpful) to the beautiful beach in front of the resort , everything was wonderful. Best part was the breakfast buffet, it's something that no one should miss. While booking , do take the breakfast along. Though the spread is not too much the food here tastes amazing. We did not get a chance to do a massage, will definitely keep this on the list next time we are here :) Thank you , Thai House Beach resort and team!!

We were having a lovely time ten day stay however we were going to extend the holiday in the morning before our departure or renual the big boss lady reprimanded my wife for not being appropriately dressed in a head master manner as if she was a staff member

Do not order European cuisine dishes. Terrible pizza dough, hugely cut onions in pasta and pizza. Nice view though. Light is barely working, if you like intimate atmosphere maybe it’s your cup of tea.

To be honest, if I could give it 0 stars... I would. All I can say is do not rush to book this "resort". With being a 3 star resort, I didn't have high expectations at all but I wouldn't even say this accomodation deserves 3 stars. Our room absolutely reeked of sewage and after raising concerns about this, a male at reception with purple lipstick didn't have any interest in helping us. He didn't even make eye contact when we tried to speak to him and when he would reply, he wouldn't even look at us. He was completely rude and not how I would want my employees to treat guests if I was the owner. He needs to learn to smile and treat guests nicely/with respect. After they told us they had fixed the problem, we went into our room to find they had just burnt some incense in the bathroom. This didn't solve the problem and I went and asked again. No offer to change rooms was even in the picture for them as they just kept relighting the incense. I will be back to Koh Samui island but it will not be to stay here at Thai house beach resort UNLESS a revamp happens to the rooms and staff are happy to be there helping and accomodating guests. On a positive note, I had a really lovely young lady with braces check me in to the accom. She was great 🩷

The hotel is next to the beach and it gets lots of points from that. Everything was good for the price we paid for, however, we're not coming back again. There was a construction going on in the balcony of the room next door to us in the afternoon. The noise was VERY loud and we could almost feel the vibration from the wall. We asked to move our room to the other side but they said they'd move everything downstairs to fix and come back to attach whatever needed later when we were not in the room. The noise lasted for about 5-10 minutes longer and when we went to ask, they quickly said they were moving down then. The noise stopped. Next day, it happened again in the afternoon and we went to ask to move to a new room. The receptionist said there was no construction going on in the hotel. I quietly pointed at the direction of the noise. She called someone who confirmed that he was indeed fixing something but insisted it would be for half an hour and they assured they would be done with it. The noise did last for half an hour but the next day the same receptionist nervously approached us, saying there would be more constructive and whether we wanted to move. We had plans for the whole day and we were about to check out the next day so we refused the offer. The staff, in general, were nice and friendly but you should never even think about assigning anyone in a room next to the one under renovation. Of course, you would get complaints and bad reviews. I'd still give them 5 stars if they had moved us since the first time we asked, or even the second. Something was broken in the balcony and they had to fix it. Yes, I understand but we didn't fly all the way here to spend our afternoon listening to construction noise.

The three star on room is purely due to the bathroom, which feels like it really needs an upgrade and the hand held shower head would often fall out the holder while showering - and then I just don't like shower curtains. But saying that, the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to help. The location is perfect! Right on the beach which is gorgeous, friendly restaurant staff to assist with refreshments right there by pool or beach. Close to the main shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great location, next to local shops, restaurants and the hotel is beachfront. Our room was dated but very cozy, bed was very comfortable and bathrooms were super clean. This is the perfect place to disconnect and relax by yourself or with your significant other. Food and drinks have a reasonable price and the breakfast offers delicious options from Western to Thai options. My husband and I appreciate all the attentions received and how thoughtful the staff was since we started exchanging emails and once we arrived to the hotel they were so nice, attentive, great service! Thai House Beach Resort is ~35 min away from the airport and if you contact them prior your arrival they take care of your pick up. I loved this place, thinking of coming back!

The resort is nice, small and quite. The pool is small but enough. The place is quite clean and the staff very nice. Although they don't speak much English, it is enough to communicate and understand each other. They keep the swimming pool, the beach and the rooms very clean. I have not eaten at the restaurant because there are many other cheaper options in Koh Samui, but the breakfast is tasty with fresh fruits, fresh juices, omelette station and salty and sweet options. I very much enjoyed my stay here.

Because of staf shortage less service then years ago. The staf did their best for the guests. They were helpfull and gave use good information. The resort needs also a paint and some upgrade at the pool area

The staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. The facilities are clean and well maintained, with manicured tropical gardens and ornamental fish pools creating a relaxing atmosphere to each spacious room with its own balcony. The beach is literally metres from the dining & pool area and they have weekly events for the guests. A lovely experience.

Great location, right on the beach and near a main road in Lamai with plenty of shops and restaurants! Beautiful quaint pool area that takes you straight from pool to beach! Breakfast was decent but nothing special. The thai breakfast items were yummier than the continental breakfast stuff. Staff was all lovely and very accommodating. Lovely room! Overlooking the most amazing garden rooftop! Only thing that bummed us out about the room bathroom. It wasn't as fresh and renovated as the rest of the room. The shower pressure was absolutely lousy. However, I would definitely come back when I'm next in Koh Samui!
