We had a wonderful time at Prana! From the start when we were welcomed with friendly smiles and delicious drinks, throughout the whole stay, up until the end, when we sadly had to leave -- we felt really welcome and had a wonderful time! The staff is a delight; always friendly, always helpful and so cute with our kids too. I don't remember all the names, apologies, but I know Min, Pop, and Jar did a great job! Surely the breakfast has to be mentioned as a huge plus... a great selection for every taste bud, from pastries/bread to salty Western and Asian delights (f.ex. stir fry, dim sum, or also mashed potatoes, sausages of course, etc. Etc.), to sweeter things such as fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, and so on and so on. Not to forget the freshly made eggs and/or noodles upon your wish. The room was ideal, in fact we had 2 neighbouring rooms for our family of 4, as to have more flexibility sleep-wise. It was perfect, really ideal! You could step out onto the terrace and were seconds away from the pool, the kids room, breakfast, etc. Etc. -- so practical! And the rooms itself were lovely too, nicely done and enough space. The light in the bathroom might be a bit brighter as it was quite dark and therefore a bit hard to see. We loved that there were 2 pools, one where the main part of the hotel is, and the other one at the beach, with views onto the sea🌊... our kids had a blast bathing all day every day and so did we! Location was also good, perfect for coming or going to the airport. It should also be mentioned that Prana is very very childfriendly! There is an extra play room with plenty of fun toys, as well as colouring utensils, and so on. In general, kids are very welcome and everyone chats to them, high chairs are brought immediately and it just makes everything so much more agreeable for the holiday-needing parents 😏 Not always the case in Europe sadly! Anyhow, it was very much appreciated 👍 The Tropikana restaurant is a great place to dine too, overlooking the beach for one, offering a good variety of food and an even greater variety of good drinks ! If you are keen to have some variety, there are also a handful of other options just a short walk away (f.ex. Yui's or Chi if you like it posher) Thank you very much Prana for a nice stay, we would come back any minute! Surely we'll be back should we come back to Ko Samui 😀🥰 KOP KUN KAA! 🇹🇭🌺

Very good experience in Prana Resort. From the pickup, through quick check-in, good welcome drink and small snack waiting for me in the room. The room was very nice and clean. I had a fantastic sleep. The area is very quiet. I got the result of the PCR Test by e-mail early morning. So I was free to enjoy breakfast on the beach. The Egg Benedict was amazing. The staff has been attentive and very friendly all the time. I highly recommend Prana Resort. Thank you for everything. I will come back on my next trip.

Nice hotel with rooms, pool, spa and reception on one side of the road – and the restaurant, a second (infinity) pool and beach on the other side. Everything is in top shape and guards are present to safely bring guests across the busy road. Breakfast is big and delicious – from Croissant to noodle soup – it’s all there 😉

Nice welcoming, excellent staff and nice cozy rooms with good maintenance! The staff are extremely helpful and with great vibes. Tropicana restaurant that they have in hotel are so tasty and clean that we preferred to eat there instead in the city, and the most important that the prices are fair. Great hotel and will stay there next time also.

Great hotel! Stay in the beach wing if possible with a poolside room. Staff are friendly and very helpful, bedroom and pool area are clean. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. Arranged our airport transfer and ferry transfer and even provided boxed breakfasts! Will stay again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The hotel boasts two beautiful pools, one on the doorstep of our room (literally 😍) and an infinity pool across the road. If you can book a room with pool access, do it! You will not be disappointed. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean with fantastic air conditioning. Staff were always so helpful and friendly. Checkout is 12pm which would usually be inconvenient for people with later flights, however this wasn’t a problem as the hotel provides free shower access after checking out along with free pool towels to continue availing of the hotel services. The only negative thing I have to say is there was a slightly pungent smell in the room, however we experienced the same smell in a number of our accommodations so it didn’t affect our stay at all and the hotel provided a lovely air freshener for the room. It is not within walking distance of the walking streets but taxis are cheap if you use InDrive so it wasn’t an issue! Would definitely return if we’re ever in Koh Samui again 😊

I reserved three nights at this resort and after only one night I extended my stay an extra five nights! It's a beautiful resort with an amazing staff! I also got several treatments at their spa. It's gorgeous and very reasonable prices for a resort spa. I recommend getting the beach side rooms if you can afford it. Although, the other side of the resort is also gorgeous.

Very nice first stay. We decided to drop in for one night but ended up staying 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. Beautiful boutique resort with delicious food and exceptional service. Will highly recommend and be back!

I and my wife have come on 16th Nov. to stay at Prana Resort for a week. We are leaving on 23rd Nov. The hotel is amazing and location is great. Central Mall and Chaweng beach, food outlets are within 5-6 km range which is quite comfortable. The rooms are clean. Beachside pool is superb with great view. One can enjoy drinks and food at sea side restaurant. We both are pure vegetarian and to our delight, we found many vegetarian dishes in breakfast which is not so common to find with so much vegetarian variety even in other good hotels in Thailand. Reception and restaurant staff are very helpful, friendly and always greet with a smile. We can’t ask for more. Ample parking space available. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay and would highly recommend others to try it out themselves. 😊

Really lovely place. Large rooms, air con excellent, great breakfast spread and terrific staff. As mentioned in previous reviews, resort split in two by road. Beach front villas great but we stayed on the other side and just as good. Lovely pools on both sides. Not really a swimming beach in front of the resort, but the sea view from poolside or the dining area is beaut. 7 Eleven just down the road where you can buy incidentals ( like beer or coke etc). The action and crowds are at Cheweng, but easy to get there and then escape back to a quieter place on the island. Fisherman’s village free shuttle on Fridays worth doing.

We loved our stay at this resort and will highly recommend this property for peaceful accommodation. we gasped in awe with the ocean view from the hotel everyday and must appreciate the staff and their services.

Absolutely lovely hotel and resort. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is spectacular and the view on their beach is just amazing. Our room was very clean. We had a problem with air-conditioning the first night it was too warm. The food and drinks are a little bit pricey compared to some of the local market. We were disappointed with the service for drinks on the beach as it often took over a half an hour for our drinks. I don’t think it was the staff themselves being slow, just stretched too thin. Maybe the management should consider hiring additional bartender. Yeah.

We had our honeymoon stay in this hotel and we would give an overall rating of 4/5. The breakfast was average - nothing special at least for the European standard -> the eggs taste a little different than in Europe but there is a lot of fresh exotic fruits and also a nice choice of traditional thai dishes, although I think they are rather fitting for a "lunch" than for a breakfast. To get to the beach you have to cross a little street which is a little bit annoying due to the traffic however there is always a person helping you to cross the street. The pool at the beach is very nice - a great place to take pictures and all but the beach is rather small and dirty - at least during our stay in December. If you wanna be close to fishermans village which is quite cool this is a great spot for you. If you are looking for something luxurious I recommend you to go something else. I recommend you to go to a small thai restaurant nearby which is called NOI FRIENDLY for your daily lunch since its cheap and super tasty!!!

We stayed here for our honeymoon in December and had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were all SO kind and helpful, truly a joy to interact with. They personalized our room in the sweetest way upon arrival. The resort is beautiful, worth mentioning that it is set up in two parts so to get to the beachfront pool with the infinity, you have to cross the road if you aren't staying in the beachfront rooms - not a major deal just something we didn't realize until we arrived. The breakfast is worth the price, lots of options and was very delicious. We did want to go out a few nights and found that the nightlife was better in Chaweng, but it is easy to get a tuk tuk if that's what you're looking for! If you're wanting a relaxing, quiet stay, Prana is the perfect place. The only small areas of improvement we noted were that our view was not great on the ground floor - would suggest booking a pool front or second floor room. There was often a smell from the drains in the bathroom floor but that is not unlike other tropical hotels we have stayed at. We would certainly return to Prana Nandana and would recommend staying there!

Loved staying here,not central but easy access to taxis etc They have rooms that are on the beach with a beautiful infinity pool and magical sea view. Service excellent!! Great value for money .

Great location , and pools!! Fabulous location with really good aesthetic touches all over the location. Having two pools were a nice touch. Overall very reasonably priced as well. The infinity pool by the ocean near the Tropicana restaurant on the inside larger pool was a good combination especially for families travelling with children. The gym is a little bit small with only one treadmill, one stationary bike and an elliptical… It is to get busy during the morning and evenings into working out, have a chat to the people at reception. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Prana.

This location is excellent. They or rich on the beach with an infinity that looks right over the ocean. An excellent opportunity for photos. The service was stellar. Everyone was polite and kind and they where very communicative. They could get you wherever you wanted to go on the island with a quick call and make sure you got a good rate. 5 star service 5 star location 5 star views. Also room is ac cooled which is a life saver in this heat

Stayed June 2022 for 4 nights in Cool Pool Access room. Really enjoyed our stay. There are 2 sides to this resort, separated by a road: beach side and resort side (there is a crossing guard there to help out when busy!). Our room was on the resort side which was lovely. Rooms are new and modern. Pool access from the room was amazing, with another access direct to your bathroom/shower which I thought was very smart and useful. You also have access to the beach side infinity pool, which had an amazing view. Also happy hour from 5-7pm where it's 2-for-1. Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from and included a egg station, fresh cooked to your order. Can also hire scooters from reception to get around. Location overall was good. Only downside was the beach - the water was quite murky and sand very coarse/gritty compared to other beaches, so didn't make for the best afternoon swim or walk. May have just been unlucky time of year.

Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. They helped me arrange a birthday gift for a friend who stayed there. They created an amazing package and made him a wonderful surprise.

Staying at the beach club where the hotel jazz music with a repetitive bass wakes you up at 7am. From 11am onwards you get blasted from the disco beach club next door competing with the hotel music until late at night, jet skis are are practicing racing all day so close to the beach that you cannot even go into the water and you have to go to the bar yourself to get a drink as service by the pool is non existant. Very poor. Wont be back. Many better choices in Samui!

I have been here a few times, but this time stayed 4 weeks in total. Prana is in a perfect location close to anywhere on the island and simply the perfect retreat on Koh Samui. The Ocean Front Rooms are beautifully designed and waking up to the sound of the waves, or having breakfast on the private terrace is simply fantastic. The hotel facilities are of gorgeous design including amazing Spa treatments and of course two stunning pools, one of which is a huge infinity pool at the Beach Club overlooking the white sandy beach and blue ocean. The warm welcome was complemented by free welcome drinks. Laundry and Spa discounts as well as some welcome amenities. The wide food selection is delicious and for my extended stay of 4 weeks offered a large variety of tasty dishes. Apart from the great spaces, super fast WiFi, delicious cocktails, I am most of all impressed by the warm, efficient and genuine service. The team truly makes you feel special every single day and their wonderful smiles make even rainy days sunny. The Prana team helped me to get my Visa sorted, arranged Covid tests, called my car rental company and was generally always available with support and assistance. The great service is really outstanding and with a beautifully designed hotel a real winning combination. I will be back without a doubt and can only recommend this place as Samui’s No. 1 choice to stay. A big thank you to the Prana team for making my time in Thailand so amazing!!

Staff was super nice and friendly, always trying to help and Findung a solution Room was great for the pricing. Clean and bed comfortable Also the hotel itself is really nice, not too big nice pools and clean. Not sure why it is not 5 stars as it is better from service and clean rooms as it 5 star hotels are in Thailand. We have been to a few the past two weeks. Really liked it You can rent a scooter via the hotel,they have a contract with one rental. They bring the scooter and pick it up. We had a early check out and just left it in the parking and they took care of it. We are coming back next time we come to Thailand

Prana was a wonderful place to stay, and I loved every minute of it. The oceanfront villas come highly recommended. The view is breathtaking. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The service is efficient and well-organized. Thanks to Mihail, the resort manager, who assisted us in settling in and provided excellent advice.
